Absolutely GRAND…Wifey & I on our way back from vacationing in Kentucky had issues with what we assumed was brakes and rotors because of the loud grinding noise and stability censors going off & on. So we found you guys on Google, you got us in immediately, and we’re back on the road in a little over an hour. For ball bearings, thank goodness for you all. I’ll tell you from past experiences, mechanics would’ve repaired what I thought was wrong initially (brakes and rotors), & said by the way the ball bearings are bad. The woman who works the desk is very kind, however when I went in to drop off my car for repairs, I was talked down to by the manager/owner in a way that was shocking. I ended up walking away. I understand, as a business owner myself, that there are rough days, but this guy didnt let up. I dont recommend this place for service work. This is the first review Ive given on Google thats less than 4 stars... im not that kind of person...but this experience was discouraging and I want to save others from it.

Great Service Lenny and Chris were so great, I had a battery in my car go bad and I live in Colorado. We were leaving Virginia and once out the battery just wouldnt charge any more, Lenny was so great and even pulled my car in and changed it out for me. We ended up having a great conversation too.Thanks again for taking care of us on our very long trip my car ran great all the way home

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Wish there was a zero star option. They will charge you for parts never installed and labor never performed. The owner will tell you to leave when you figure out what happened and ask for your money back. Lenny Massimino, the supposed owner, is a crook! He post reviews on here to boost his ratings look for yourself.

Absolutely the worst repair service experience we’ve ever had...tore apart the wrong end of the car fixed absolutely NOTHING and wouldn’t return our keys until we paid the full quote amount for what Thayer were supposed to fix!!! AWFUL

We were traveling from North Carolina to Indiana, and my van started overheating. We stopped for the night, and I took it to Davis first thing the next morning. They found the problem and were able to fix it quickly and for a great price. They really helped me out in a tough situation. Honest and knowledgeable repair shop.

This place was amazing and so was the staff!! My family and I were on our very long journey home when about half way through our car broke down. We called a couple places and no one was open. We then called this place and hooked up by Lenny Massimino.They were able to fix everything within a day. They even stayed after they closed just to help us. They did good work at a great price.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They were able to schedule me for the next day. I showed up for my appointment a little early and they were able to get me started right away. Kind workers. They gave me the remote to the TV so I could wait comfortably. Everything was done in less than an hour. And I was shocked for how affordable it was! I even bought some car cleaning supplies from their store. All around great.

We broke down driving home from SC on a Saturday. They replaced a water pump at a moments notice quickly and a great price. Really appreciate them taking care of us Ina time of need.

This place does good work and has fair prices my mom has had her Hyundai in there several times and with no complaints.

My experience with Davis auto parts has been nothing But horrible I took my vehicle there about a month ago to get my wheel bearing replaced after calling 1 million times and getting the runaround I finally got my wheel bearing replaced supposedly the vehicle continue to still make the roaring noise they told me that they weren’t going to charge me for the extra work in replacing my spark plugs then I get my receipt and they charge me an extra $40 I’ve been called the owner about a week or two later requesting my vehicle be fixed because it still making the noise well after missed appointments because I work very far away from Beckley I finally got it in there Saturday morning Saturday morning the owner stated to me that he would give me a call as soon as he knows something early in the morning he advised I wait until 1 o’clock I called the owner he said well there wasn’t a key in the dropbox he then proceeds to go out to the dropbox and locate my key after my vehicle had been sitting there from 830 to 12 I didn’t take my vehicle to another local mechanic and they tell me that nothing was replaced on my vehicle or didn’t look replaced I called the owner the owner The owner must’ve confuse me for someone else because he stated to me to go ahead and call my lawyer I stated tell the owner that I would share my experience on Facebook he said that he would sue me for slander do not ever take your vehicle to Davis.

My husband and I where headed back to FL when our truck broke down on Thursday night Friday morning we called Davis auto and he said during it in and he fix it by 5 and brought the truck to us at the hotel there labor was so far my husband and I couldnt believe it. So if ur in West Virginia and need ur vehicle fixed go to them....

Cant trust these people, theyve supposedly changed the fuel pump 2 different times on my fathers truck, well after his truck broke down once again we decided to take it to a different shop and they informed us that the truck still had the factory fuel pump. We will never return here, dont waste your TIME or MONEY with these guys.
