Ive got to really say I was blown away by how helpful and friendly Jamie was. He got us set up with our unit quick and easy and even affordably. Clean well kept property. Easy terms and rules with a super convenient location nearby a lot of apartments. If your shopping for a unit this is the place to go! And they even have uhual on site so I had a one stop experience!! So thankful!

Im super pleased with the whole experience, from booking online to them showing us our storage unit and explaining how everything works. Place is very very clean and easy to navigate, plus very secure. I would say the only downside is that there are three parking spaces and so it gets a bit crowded if there are a lot of people moving stuff in at the same.

Lacks parking at lower level. Often busy so sometimes difficult to get a spot to unload or load during daytime hours. Later in the evening typically works better.

I was super happy with the price I was quoted for the rental truck I used. I managed to stay within the miles I was quoted for and drove extra carefully to not damage the vehicle and even filled the tank more then what it was at when I received it. I thought the entire moving process went great. When I had first rented the truck I thought it was odd that the manager didnt come out and look it over to make sure all damage prior to use was already marked. They had originally posted three charges of a rdiculous amount to my account but after calling they said they would take those off and it would just be the initial quoted price total.

Jamie, the manager, was so incredibly attentive and helpful. I never thought, of all places, a storage unit would be the place I receive world-class service. But, it was! By far, the best experience I’ve had with a company.

This is the cleanest and safest storage unit facility available in the Beaverton metro area. The customer service is top notch and that’s the reason why I chose to go with them. Both managers assisted me and also one of the storage consultants on the phone and in person and honestly care that you have a good experience. There’s over 50 security cameras and I couldn’t feel like my stuff was in a better location. I was able to use the U-Haul the day of my move I would recommend this place to anybody looking.

The facility itself is fantastic, very clean, bright and easy access. Cell service is limited due to it being a metal building. The manager Jamie is nice enough but needs to stay consistent with company policy and procedures. It closes at 10pm and he is not flexible after that time yet another manager informed me the deadline to leave the facility is is10:45pm. Regardless I was after hours one too many times and was given a punishment that I have still yet to see as an option in my contract or company handbook. So for 30 days I was on restriction! I was allowed to access my unit only when he was available up until he left for the day. It’s all good as I found a better facility and now I have 24 hour access.

I highly recommend this storage facility. It is clean, safe and well priced. Jamie the manager was kind and helpful. I am glad that we found them!

Although I initially gave this business a 5-star rating, I have to say I am pretty disappointed that I received a letter to inform me that my rent is going up $30 per month from $179 to $209. I was notified on May 9th for the new rate to be in effect starting June 1st. This is a 17% increase, which to me seems unreasonable. I could understand $10, but $30 is a pretty big jump. It makes me reconsider how much I really need all the junk in my storage unit.

The facility is good however the hours are not. They claim safety for other renters if people are not in the facility late. But, what difference does it make? Once the employees go home there is still several hours no one is there. But, there are plenty of cameras to monitor the place - so security is really a mute point. I knew the place closed at 10pm so I rushed over there to finish my move as moves often dont go as planned - I was running later than expected. But, I got there on time unloaded my stuff and headed to the elevator a minute or two after 10pm and I couldnt get in to drop off my stuff. I called the emergency line via speaker next to the elevator to see if they can unlock the elevator or something. But, they could not and said they dispatched someone to help. Now Ive been waiting for a while and decide to leave but I cant as I found out I was locked in. I called the emergency line and they were rude and hung up on me. Finally an hour after my first call, the manager came and let me out. He was rude as well, cut me off while I was talking with him and walked away. If they offer to make things right, I will change the review. This wouldnt have been as bad experience but this happened to be New Years Eve, I was very cold (gas was down to empty so I couldnt have the heater on), and then they were rude and unapologetic.

Some of these reviews are kind of funny honestly. Folks— don’t forget this is a business. Businesses raise their prices year after year to accomodate additional expenses they have to face internally. If you’re a broke MF don’t expect your sign up rate to stay the same. Would you charge someone the same rate for a service you provide, over a few years times, with a changing economy, changing business expenses, etc? If you feel like you are getting ripped off, do some research. Find something that fits your budget long term, not at the sign up price. This facility is nice, clean, and open during hours only graveyard shifts couldn’t accomodate. I signed up for this facility knowing I’d have to meet their terms, not them meet mine. I’m happy, and realistic. Thanks!

Really clean, new, and well-managed. Between all the cameras, security code, gate, and locks, security seems to be on point. I like that its heated as well. Also, the manager was very personable and competent.

I lost my entire life renting from they were mean thdn they got a power trip n became rude . I moved my storage within thisr facility 3 times. Never a discoiunt n then I went to jail for a monthl n when i got out the price doubled. They were not eillinv to work with me b couldnt wait to auction off mine n my partners lifes belongings...Thanks west side u guys r ruthless and way iver pficed stop bitching about every litgle thing..

Place is great a few hiccups being new and all but good storage keep your safe and dry.
