Jamal and his team do great work for a fair price. Removed a large spruce tree in a downtown area- not a lot of space to maneuver, houses and power lines nearby. Jamal and his team have trimmed and removed multiple trees on our property, including two huge fir trees that were dangerously close to our house and involved bringing in a crane service. He managed the job expertly from start to finish. He is competent and skilled and has always gone above and beyond to perform the job well and leave our property immaculate. This company did fine and fast work addressing an urgent problem with a collapsing tree. Owner Jamal was courteous and knowledgeable, and a clear communicator. He and staff navigated a tough situation to successfully remove the bulk of a tree that had suddenly threatened our fence and shed due to a carpenter ant nest that had weakened the trunk. Cleanup was great too.

This company is OUTSTANDING! From the estimate process to scheduling, entry of the team this morning onto our property to the clean up, and exit. We had five cedars that needed removal and one was growing out of the deck that became sick - not an easy one to remove due to risk of damage to the house or deck. Jamal, the owner of the company came to give a free quote. His pricing is fair. Some other bigger tree service competitors gave me high quote.I learned some of them charge trimming hedge trees by actual hours on site. Jamal gave me a flat rate to trim it as you wish. Mine had brown bold spot, so couldn’t trim too much. So watch out on detail.There was another competitor similar to his quote, but I decided to go with him. He explained well, suggest what need to be done, found a hidden small tree among hedge trees that needed to be removed which no other competitors notice, and gave me a detailed readable quote at site.We had a tree on lawn, and we want to saw grass seeds on tree removal site. So I asked to grind stump. There were part of spread of tree roots were visible when I remove grind debris. I guess it is hard to see the missed roots under the pile of grind debris. He said he will come back to take care of it if there are.Jamal came back to grind missed roots later as he promised. He kept his words. I really appreciate it!I suggest to check the job site for completions for saving both their time and yours. I needed to ask to finish some unfinished jobs to be done. Jamal and his crews were working continuously, some stuff get behind. They were courteous and good sprit to get the job done correctly. Thanks!Missed roots can not be seen until you removed the big pile of wood grinding later though.Jamal post free fire wood stump round at Craigslist. I was wondering how long it take to be picked up. He said he will come pick it up if there are any left. Well, all the wood got picked up by early evening the same day. You guys, let’s talk about Tree Time for a hot minute: Today my best friend called me telling me she was going to be late to our Thai food date because she got her brand new drone stuck in a tree. I got onto Craigslist looking for an arborist, and Tree Time popped up first, so I called them at nearly 6:00 at night. Jamal the owner answered immediately and listened to my plight. Meanwhile in the background his partner Russ was shouting that he would come help me, too! Jamal had a new bucket-truck to pick up, so Russ it was :)Y’all, Russ made it to Counsel Crest Park, where the incident happened, in only an hour during peak traffic. I couldn’t believe it. He was professional, prepared, safe, and brave af. He safely harnessed and climbed himself to the top of the tree, secured his line, and then George-of-the-Jungled himself back down onto the offending branch, and freed the drone! Worth every penny. They were so compassionate in their willingness to help after a long day, and their dedication to safety was top-notch. He was so quick, we still made it to Thai food, so I’m extra thankful for that. They came inanddida great job

Damaged property and lied about it.Branch landed on archway and they just tried to bend back in place.Removed small fencing around flowerbed and just thrown and left in the yard. Several sections broken.Borrowed hand tools because they didn’t come prepared.One or more workers smoking most of the time when on my property.Left a lot of smaller branches in the yard that would cause problems for lawnmower. I spent 45 minutes after they left cleaning up the yard when they where supposed to have it all done.Would not use again or recommend this company.Not sure how they got so many good reviews.Very unprofessional.

Jamal and his crew did an amazing job at removing a 44-yr old borer beetle infected Birch tree. With 75% of the tree hanging over the neighbors’ yard, shed and fence, they managed to strategically drop and place all branches and heavy limbs perfectly as as to avoid any damage. The price was very reasonable and it was a pleasure to work with this crew. I would highly recommend them without a doubt!

I love this company! Jamal and his crew showed up on time and worked nonstop until the job was done - including the great job they did cleaning! They were able to avoid hitting any wires that were close to the tree and did no damage to the chicken coop right below the tree. See the picture below for all the wires and the chicken coop they had to work around! I was impressed with their accuracy and work ethic. The pricing was very fair, similar to other bids I got, but I went with Tree Time because Jamal was the most responsive and prompt. I have NEVER experienced anything like my contact wth this company owner. Although i was not treated poorly during the estimate at my home,the sheer lack of professionalism was enough to make me decide to go elsewhere for my tree removal needs...All i can honestly say is that maybe some sort of rehab may be what the owner jamal and his wife amber need to get back on track

Jamal and company cut down a huge tree between my neighbor and my house, as well as, two large dying branches on a birch tree. Jamal Charles and the rest of the crew came out and trimmed three large trees for us. They were over 100 feet tall and look amazing top to bottom. Also they saved us over a thousand dollars and did a perfect job with great clean up. They even blew the debris that fell on as roof off leaving it looking professionally cleaned.

Jamal confirmed that his crew would be at our home at 8:30, and that’s when they showed up. Our first bid said they would take two days and quoted $6000. Tree Time did the job for about half that, and in one day! Huge old broad leaf maple, rotting split trunk. The crew member who limbed the branches from his bucket lift was like an aerial Samurai. Afterwards, he pointed out the rot and decay in the tree and solemnly said, “that was a dangerous tree.”I’m so relieved to have this threat removed, it endangered two houses, three children and four parents. I choose to remove trees reluctantly. This one had a long, long life. We’re sorry to see it go, but not as much as the squirrels. Highly recommend Tree Time!

Fair pricing for tree and stump removal. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The leftover wood was picked up within 24 hours.

My neighbors had a tree trimmed, but the company needed to do work on my property since the tree overhung mostly on my side of the property line. These guys damaged all my shrubs and trees under the big willow they were working on. They also did minor damage to the corner of my house while dragging the big limbs out to the street, dragged a ton of gravel into my yard when hauling these limbs out to the street also. Destroyed a garden gnome under the work area also. I had to spend an hour just cleaning up the limbs and leaves they left under the work area. Ive left messages for Jamal to call me back with no response. My wife had to leave the house, so told them to move their truck which was blocking the driveway, and one of the workers yelled Sh$t! in front of my 5 year old. Thats been my experience with this company.

These guys passed us on their way to a job as we were struggling to saw away at a downed tree that was blocking our driveway. A recent storm had knocked down a large tree over our driveway and we had not discovered it until the morning as we were trying to rush to work. We had a huge 30 year old silk tree in our front yard that Jamal and crew were able to remove with ease. They had the right equipment, large boom truck that was just purchased, and the know how to get the job done. Very reasonably priced and they were there right on schedule. Awesome experience with these guys. Just had two MASSIVE (50+) Sycamores removed from my backyard by these guys and they we professionals through and through. Gave me a bid and were out taking them down just a couple days. We were a little nervous because these giants had branches overhanging both our house and our backyard neighbors, but these guys took them down without a hitch! Chipped all the branches and cut the truck into manageable pieces for us so we could use them for firewood! (Us and probably our entire neighborhood 😆) Id definitely recommend these guys for their knowledge and expertise.
