James was extremely friendly and professional. My car broke down on I-5 and after waiting 5 hours and being reassigned twice through my insurance’s roadside assistance program..: I was extremely ready to get the whole thing over with. James had the best skills and attitude I could have hoped for!

My sister’s SUV broke down last night in Beaverton. She went through her insurance to get a tow. After being reassigned 3 different tow trucks and waiting 3.5 hours and being told to wait another 75 minutes, I finally called AutoHaus. The dispatch guy was very polite and the truck showed up in the stated 30 minutes. We were SO happy and relieved. The driver was very polite and professional. Next time any of our family needs a tow, we are going straight to AutoHaus.

Want to share my huge appreciation with Dustin at AutoHaus. Dustin was called out to help my wife who was stranded with her vehicle and before towing did a quick assessment, identified and fixed a loose battery cable and got her up and running. Dustin also offered to follow her to the dealership in case she had any issues along the way. I cant thank him enough for taking care of my family during a stressful time. We will earmark this company and use them whenever we need tow/vehicle services again. Thank you, Dustin!

My girlfriend’s car was broken down, we waited an eternity for the truck her insurance was sending us. It was hot, I was angry and frustrated. Called Autohause, picked up on the 2nd ring, talked to Justin and quoted me a very reasonable price. He was very nice, professional and understanding. James arrived in about 15 minutes. He was nice, professional and just a great dude. Amazing customer service goes a long way. Justin and James did an amazing job, and really turned my day around.

The driver James showed up on time they gave me two calls ahead of time great service couldn’t ask for more and even gave my kid a stuffed animal and I think she enjoyed that thanks!!

This place is awesome! I got myself stuck and basically stranded in the hills outside Portland after the snow storm and I couldn’t get anyone to come help me, especially not AAA. Eventually my dad was able to get a hold of this company and they agreed to come find me with little to no fuss.They sent Ty and after about an hour and a half of searching (for some god awful reason we couldn’t figure out the address I was at) his truck got stuck in the snow on an insanely steep hill. We decided it wasn’t safe for him to come get me, so he offered me a ride home and I was going to hike down to find him. While I was getting my car ready to leave for the night he called me back to tell me he found a way around and he was gonna come get me! He got my car unstuck and got it back down the hill for me and on top of that gave me and my dad a great price given the circumstances. Probably one of the nicest, most helpful guys I’ve ever met! I’ll definitely be keeping his card in my wallet in case I ever find myself stuck again!

Well I certainly didnt want to call a towing service today but I had no choice. I called AutoHaus and Ty answered the phone promptly and was very professional and courteous. He told me someone would be by in about 20 minutes. Ty was also the driver and was just as professional in person and very friendly. I hope I dont have to call for towing again any time soon but if I do I will call AutoHaus.

This was the first experience using any sort of towing company and I have to say it was really good. I had two flat tires so I decided to give these guys a call and the driver Shane arrived really fast. Everything was made easy and Shane was very very helpful in giving information and everything went very smoothly. Even when speaking to an employee on the phone she was very nice and helpful as well although I was not able to get her name she was still very friendly. Once Shane arrived he was very professional and got the car on the hook and we left and he gave me a ride to our destination. I would highly recommend their services and I am very pleased with Shanes professionalism and all they did for me and how fast it got done.

Needed my car flat-bedded from Portland to a mechanic in Hillsoboro. The dispatcher quickly lined up a driver who got to my place in about an hour - sooner than promised. Driver was friendly and on the ball, got me loaded up and moving in just a few minutes. After drop off he offered me a ride over to my workplace. Good service all around.

I will never use this AutoHaus two service or refer this company to anyone. To be fair the Sherwood location in particular. I have no clue about other locations. Today a group of cars in the line I was in were confused when we approached an intersection. There was a tow truck parked sort of diagonal on the road as you would pass the intersection blocking most of our lane with its lights on. This was confusing too all in my pod of cars since we could not see any police or anything. The car in front went around the tow truck me included along with several cars behind me. I chose to stop due to the confusion and decided not to continue and to turn around as did the other cars in my group. This tow truck driver was coming back to his truck. I was behind him waiting for the other cars to turn around. I said to him this was a bit confusing. He was visibly mad and got in his truck and knowing I was right behind him. He did not HESITATE and quickly backed up intentionally to try to scare or even hit me. I consider this an attempted assault by a motor vehicle. I had to hit my gas hard so I would not get hit. This is why I would go with any company but AutoHaus. This guy was being a jerk. I wish I could put a negative in front of the star. To summarize, dont do business with jerks. Life is to short and there are way too many a-holes on this planet. Stay away! And to you big gun tow truck driver - nice job. I didnt know they let 8 year olds drive tow trucks. My son has more class than you ever will.

Price was better than I expected (in fact even lower than was verbally quoted over the phone). My driver Kevin was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had been concerned about whether towing my non-running car out of my garage would be feasible or easy but he made it a breeze.After he had dropped myself and my faulty car at the repair shop, I realized that my spare key must have fallen out of my pocket. I felt a bit panicked, but called him and he was able to find it under the seat. He then turned around to deliver it to me. I dont imagine that is part of their normal scope of service - which by definition makes it above and beyond!

Just wanted to post a huge THANK YOU to Matt at Auto Haus Towing here! He helped me out with a much needed tow on Fathers day, bad luck right! I called for a tow through my car insurance after I broke down on the side of Highway 26 going west out of the tunnel. And they said it was going to take over 2 hours that busy Sunday. I just happened to see Matt with Auto Haus pulled over behind me. So I asked him for a tow and he said yes. Super nice and professional and got me and my VW bus out of harms way off the busy highway and over to my mechanics shop asap. Thanks again!

Subjective feedback, by all means dont pay attention if youre a true believer in this company. Customer is NOT satisfied; failure of organization to communicate in any professional manner... With two days advanced notice to schedule a basic tow pick-up & delivery, my scheduled request went unacknowledged via email. Call to verify pick-up (on scheduled day of) gentleman on phone had whatever attitude, and pretty much wanted to re-direct responsibility elsewhere. My accountability was in not immediately following-up the same day of email, via phone. Context of which should not go without asking, why should the customer feel they NEED to follow-up AFTER making a detailed request via email? My ending rant, How does this business value their customers? Absolutely no need to throw out names, please make considerations in customer relations as a priority...

Having to get your car towed is never fun. My car broke down before I could get to my appointment. Called a Lyft, made it to the appointment, but then had to get back to my car. Lyft, Uber werent working and it was taking 20 minutes to get a Radio Cab. Bob came and picked me up and got me back to my car. We had to tow all the way back to McMinnville at 5:00 pm. Bob even drove me home from the shop. Thank you!

My car needed to be towed in Porlands Snowmageddon 2017 and AAA wouldnt tow it because they were only issuing emergency service and I was stuck in a safe location. AutoHaus came through for me and was able to tow my car home.Dan met me at the car and took care of me. He was fast, friendly, and professional and got the car home in a snap. I was worried our steep driveway would be an issue, but he was able to drop the car off right out front.

Unsafe driver! Speeding south on I5 at 2:30 am February 21st through Eugene area 20+ over posted speed tailgating with brights on!!! Then the driver approached my vehicle at a rest area and apologized!!! He knew what he did was RUDE and UNSAFE and did it anyway!!!

Anthony was AWESOME!I normally HATE using tow companies because I believe that its an exorbitantly high price to pay just to have a car moved from one place to another. But Anthony of Autohaus was not only courteous and nice, but he had an attitude of how can I be of service. He also was the most skilled tow driver Ive ever seen. He was able to get my truck parked as close to the curb as possible with enough room to turn the tires towards the curb since its on a downhill slope. He had to back my truck in and basically steer the truck in reverse as if he had as if he had a large trailer hooked up and was placing it in a very tight spot.Anthonys attitude of service and his level of skill and the fact that Tualatin Auto Repair recommended Autohaus, mean that I will be using them as my only tow company If ever the need arises again.Thank you to Autohaus, but more importantly thank you to Anthony as his attitude is the exact way we should all be looking at our work and our personal time. How can I be of service to those I love, those I care about, those I work with, and even strangers?

Call them at 10am yesterday asking for a tow told id get a call that id be put on a list...wait all day no courtesy call saying u fortunatly wont be able to make it today nothing...call them today still nothing told to wait an hour n theyll call me back...Called finally and say im on the list n theyll call when they get to me no ETA again nothing...Wont even say where on the list I am...So, I call a different company Beaverton Towing and theyre more expensive but, they can at least say it might be about noon when I get towed...thats 3 hrs roughly and these guys im now over 24hrs waiting...Snow or not this is rediculous...When a different company can give me 3 hrs and this company is w/e they get around to it...lol excuse after excuse. Surprised this company can even stay in business...
