Too many problems with their corporate office. They accidentally charged my credit card multiple times for future payments, it took moths of fighting to get my money back. Also, theyre trying to sneak in fees and additional cost once in a while, look at your statement every month! All in all, very lousy customer treatment from their corporate office. The local Regus team members were nice.Everything reported on the Better Business Bureau website about Regus is true and some of the things reported by others happened to me too.Stay away from Regus!

Great facility. Awesome people. This campus is well maintained with awesome people and beautiful executive offices. Managment keeps the place modern and up to date. Always will to help with anything just ask. Key words: all inclusive office service, professional, well maintained facility, fun modern feel with friendly people.

DONT CHOOSE REGUS. I rented a small office space for $400/month for two months. I received 3 invoices for $400, $852 and $733. Tried calling customer service/billing on their toll free number, no answer. If you could find another office space aside from Regus, I would.

Update: after 4 months of dealing with them STILL HORRIBLE OR EVEN WORSE. Please do yourself or your company a favor and avoid this place. After being contacted by their so called customer service executive things actually got worse not better. They did nothing to compromise and reach a happy medium for both. They did nothing to compromise given the COVID situation. Instead they actually tacked on late charges and additional bogus charges. Their so called customer service executive (Staci Johnson) actually lied. Told me that my account had been zeroed but then I continued to receive invoices with added charges. They never provided a customer service number, nor there was any way to speak with a real person. They just sent threats to send me to collections and to their lawyers.Really stay away from this terrible business.If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do NOT make the mistake of hiring this company for your office needs whether you are an individual or another company. They are fraudulent in what they charge and they really do not offer anything special, except maybe a never ending string of weird bills and secret charges that are not disclosed or invented as you go. Even their contract practices are predatory and are geared to take advantage of their customers, even when they dont provide a service. I was charged for office space I could not even use due to Stay-At-Home orders during the Covid-19 pandemic. Talk about heartless and predatory! Even after that, I was still getting bills for random charges for things that I did not even consume or used, like coffee and office restoration or reconditioning. Mind you that I only used their desk for maybe 2 weeks if that before the pandemic hit and I always brought my own coffee and never damaged anything. This place is a danger to your wallet. DO NOT go here.Update: I contacted them multiple times about my concerns. They were really difficult to contact. They were quick to send bogus charges, but slow at responding to concerns, if they ever responded at all. I contacted them about cancelling due to Covid and I never received a response until I complained online. Even now, all they say is please contact us. An absolute joke!

Absolute horrible experience with Regus Beaverton Round. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Would never use or recommend anyone to use their services. As a result of my experiences will never use this location, or for that matter any Regus location again. In my opinion their billing practices are unethical and their services without regard to customer satisfaction. There are plenty of choices besides Regus. Learned my lesson at the cost of $176 for absolutely nothing in return.

Ive been working with Regus for several years, and Ive used about a half-dozen of their offices. I wasnt a fan of the very prominent Christian rock in the common areas in this office. No way to turn it down or off. Very unprofessional for a business environment to force that on everyone, and very annoying. Otherwise, it was somewhat similar to other Regus offerings.
