I can do all my laundry here & its faster than my apartment cuz they are all broken down there. 🥺 This place is convenient & close by & not terribly expensive. 🤗

Absolute disappointment. $5 on 4 different dryers and ONE load of salon capes and towels ARE still not dry . Most of the dryers give an error code after a few seconds and never get even warm. Filthy premises. Neglected at best. Go somewhere else .

Local laundrymat. nice clean plenty of washers and dryers. Change machine available as well as a soap dispenser..

They have machines you can use your card and machines you can use quarters. Lots of different sized machines depending on what you are washing. Driers work very well. You can split your loads and dry quicker.

Havent had anything but good experiences here. Some one said $6.25 per wash is to much but that $6.25 is for double and triple washers.

Nice place. Can be busy at times, but overall, nice place.

Go here often. So happy theyre adding the card option to their machines! Never had an issue and will continue using Hyland Hills.

There was a lot of dryers that would not dry after 30 minutes, Youre close were not close to being done And there was no number for you to call

Majority of the washers didnt work and couldnt get my money back and the dryers wouldnt work unless you only put an incredibly small load in and the facility was very dirty there was garbage all over everywhere wont go there again

$6.25 for a load of wash?!?! I needed to do 2 loads because of issues with my washing machine at home. That amount of money per load is simply ridiculous.

Hadnt been here in a while, so came 4-17-20 and sadly disappointed. This place used to be clean and well maintained. Today at 1:45 PM it is dirty and the x-large washers, that I came here for, have layers upon layers of detergent caked in the fabric softener dispensers, and similar in the liquid detergent dispensers. Havent been cleaned in a very long time! Entire place similarly dirty & neglected. Sad to see as they claim to be eco-friendly.

Ive been coming here for the better part of a year. The washers extract way more water then other machines which means the driers take less time. Ive had a few issues and every time I just send an email to the number, I think its posted next to the coin machine, and someone answers within minutes and someone shows up pretty quickly.Its also way cheaper than anything Ive found down town!They have security cameras all over and the biggest issue is that the bathroom never has soap, I just bring in a little laundry soap to wash my hands with.

Nice place, always clean but people leave and their clothes are done but you cant use the machines because they arent there to remove their clothes.

I’d really like to know why nothing EVER gets dry when I use this laundromat. Sometimes a whole load will still be sopping wet after an hour. Money and time WASTED. Don’t go here.

Lots of machines out of order. Some machines will stop accepting coins and not return anything. Contacted the owner about this, they said they would issue a refund and mail it to me. I have not received any refunds for either time this has happened to me. This place could be better.

This place is very spacious. Machines are nice looking. However, machine ate my coins. Another didnt take the laundry soap we put in it. So my clothes washed with just water only. At $7.25 for the load thats a lot to try and re-wash them. This place is not staffed. Good news is you can use their free wifi to email them your issues.

I love going here, its almost like an unknown gem. I can get in and out in under 90 minutes. The long tables and multiple options for washers & dryers make laundry quick and easy.Plus, its an ECO laundromat. I ♥️ that!

Washer had error codes, wouldn’t drain. My stuff is being held hostage in the washer and there is no way to contact anyone? The website on their window doesn’t exist.

Come here to get your laundry done. More reasonable than any other laundromat Ive been to, 2.75 for a load of wash, .25 for 8 minutes of dry = 3.25 total. Also very clean.

Good laundromat with good coin exchange machines. Stopping in tomorrow morning at 6. I left my shoes I’m on the machine.

So, this place is great EXECPT FOR ONE THING: the only way to contact management is an email address. Currently, half of my familys clothes are LOCKED IN A WASHER and I have no way of contacting anyone to unlock the door for me. Just the email address, which Ive never gotten a response to. This happened to a gentleman a few weeks ago (different machine) and I emailed them and never got a response. This is really inconvenient.

No way to have issues taken care of. Person cant get here to fix it until the next morning. Leaving me and my wife without clothes for work.

I love going here. There are hardly any issues with machines and when there are, the owner refunds you upon inspection. Texting doesnt always work from the washers though. I always go here to do large amounts of laundry at once.

This is one of the best laundromats Ive gone to so far just be careful a few of them are little wonky but I find for the most part I dont really have issues at this laundromat both with the machines and with people around I have never had any of my clothing go missing using this laundromat thank you Hyland

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Not to mention the machines take your money so not only do you lose the detergent, fabric softener,...etc,. You’re out your cash as well. Took some pictures of just how bad.

Do Not Support This Place.The cops are allowed to harass you for doing laundry here. I do not support crime. Harassment is a CRIME evem from the police.

Has gotten really bad . The bathroom has been out of order for week now before that it smelled of urine. Washers are starting to smell and multiple dryers have stolen my quarter , has kept stopping on loads (I do small dryer loads, so a big load is not the issue) . Just disappointed in this laundromat lately

This place is ok the matchine did brake and I could get a hold of the owner to let them know .but when i went back the next day it was fixed and my cloth was dry already

Laundry got locked in the washer. No phone number anywhere to call. Washer cost $4.50 to use, had to re-run my laundry for another $4.50. Never will be back
