I called and after explaining what I wanted he told me to come in for a quote (I wanted to make an copy of a ring but change it from silver to gold) he gave me the price for the labor (I supplied the gold and stone). And after 5 business days I picked up the my ring. It looks exactly like the original except we decided to make it a little thicker in some areas for strength. To me its perfect, Thank you for great service and quality.

I went to replace a diamond on my wedding ring. They had it done in one hour. Most places itd have taken 3 weeks to have this replace. My husband and I also go here to replace our watch batteries. I highly recommend this place and will return in the future.

I just walked in ....and in moments My Timex watch had another Battery put in it. I watched the Expert Skills of the Tech, while I was waiting. Service was with a Smile, and you could tell that they really appreciate taking care of Customers. I will gladly have these folks change out batteries again. The Price was Very Attractive and Competitive as well.

I dropped in to get the batteries replaced on 2 watches last night. The gentleman working dropped what he was doing to replace both battery watches right away. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!!

Excellent watch store, even for high end watches. Great customer service and his prices. They also do water pressure tests on watches, which is something a lot of watch smiths dont do anymore.Just went for another visit (6-25-20) to get two of my watches serviced and again, superb fast service. Love this place!

I called prior to my visit to make sure they were able to assist me with replacing the bands on my watch. The person that answered the phone was friendly and extraordinarily patience with me. I drove there and they were able to assist me quickly within minutes. Would highly recommend taking your jewelry here!

Went in today to resize my wedding rings. The price was so incredibly reasonable, we also asked about having my husbands ring fixed. It had lost a stone, we were told it was because the channels needed to be fixed. That price was also completely reasonable. The two together was less than I expected for mine. Within three hours, the rings were completed and absolutely beautiful! So shiny and fixed perfectly. Highly recommend!

I dropped my ring off this evening and he told me it would be done in one hour!! I expected him to keep it a few days so I waited to drop it off until the end of the day. I went grocery shopping and picked it up an hour later before they closed! Resized my ring, down 2 sizes. It fits perfect!! The men were quick, and very kind!! I will definitely be back with other jewelry! Wildly impressed!

Andrew at Advantage watch repair is an awesome guy! Ive taken several watches to him for various issues and hes always done extremely good work. He really knows his stuff when it comes to watch repair. On top of that, he charges nothing but reasonable prices for everything he does. Hes also very quick and efficient. I trust Andrew with my high end pieces and highly recommend him. Hes become my go to watch guy.

Andrew work, and experience is excellent, I trust him with all my watches , clocks and jewels repairs. He repaired my two antique automatic Swiss OMEGA watches, French LIP as well as modern CITIZEN and other watches, as well as my 100 years old American clock. The new automatic OMEGA, I purchased from him runs precisely. I will not count all the watch batteries for all my family quartz watches, as well as my wife jewel tangled and damaged neck gold chains and all his work with very reasonable prices, some repairs for free and as I wait adding to me a nice friendly smile to this service. I see Andrew first with my repairs and for his advise, I do not need to go anywhere else, lucky to have him available.

WARNING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I would give no stars if that was an option!I brought an antique watch here that I needed a new/more links put on. They said the were common basic links regardless of the watches age so they would order them and put them. They said they would call me when it was ready. Well a month went by and then no call. So I called and they could find the watch or ticket number and said to call back. So I called back they next day. They said they had found the watch and would be ordering the links and would be ready in two weeks and they’d call me. It had already been a month!!! Another month went by so I called again and they did the same thing saying they couldn’t find it and they’d call me back. They did call back an hour later saying they had it and it was ready. I went to pick it up that day and they had not added new links at all! They simply just put a hug sliver clasp on the watch connecting it to the old clasp! I mean for real?!?!? First of all this was a delicate antique women’s watch with now a huge bulking clasp on it and secondly it’s a GOLD watch!!!!!! They put a huge slice clasp on a delicate gold antique watch and it took them 2 months to do that jacketed up work!!!! Find somewhere else!!!! Complete waste of time!

This is a immgrant Chinease family with rarely is speaking clear english.My watch was runing fast so I dropped it off.I have the watch back and still not repaired as promised and I paid $26 .This is what you get from new immgrants that refuse to assimualte to American valued and refues to speak engish !When I walked into the shop then seen all Chinease immgrants that dont speak english I had a bad feeling this wasnt going to go well .

We brought a 50 year old wedding present Mantel clock to Andrew for repair the chime movement. He informed us he would call us with estimate and repair would be 3-5 weeks. However, he never called us ever, 1st issue. After 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 11 weeks, 13 weeks, I went to shop to find clock unrepaired.Calling shop resulted in clock not done. Owner seldom present, no communication. At 4 months we picked up clock now broken completely. When delivered time worked but chimes were silent. I would cross this shop off your list of clock repair shops as fraud or sham store.

I discovered this hidden treasure of a business after being charged $20 dollars PER BATTERY at the Fred Meyer downtown Beaverton watch repair shop. Compared to them, the service at Advantage Jewelry N Watch Repair is fantastic. Batteries are a fraction of the cost. I also (at very reasonable prices) replaced a watch band and re-attached one of my own bands to another watch that I had. I also asked the friendly repairman at Advantage Watch Repair to see if a new battery would work in an old Pulsar watch. (The man at the Fred Meyer watch repair told me it could not be repaired). However, Advantage Watch Repairs repairman (who is also the business owner) squirted a little compressed air into the watch case, inserted a new battery, and it is now running like... well, clockwork!

What a wonderful find. I would recommend and trust Mr. Nguyen for quality repairs on my vintage watch.
