Have had josh drain and fill my tub and Lonnie did some maintenance on the tub. My overall experience with them and the company have been amazing. Both tech were very knowledgeable and were able to answer questions I had to better take care of my hot tub. They also offered suggestions to get the maximum benefit for cleaning and maintaining the tub. I was very happy with All Spa and their commitment to excellence and standing by standing by their product. Josh diagnosed an issue and later Lonnie fixed the problem. I have had several warranties in the past and most companies try to pass the problem of as user error to avoid having to fix the problem. I hope their management gets a chance to read this and acknowledge their hard work. Thank you again.

Jennifer Bartels Assisted with our tub purchase in Wilsonville. Sales associate, Jennifer Bartels, did an excellent job answering all of our questions. She has continued to follow through even after ordering and delivery of the the tub, taking care of lose ends and getting auto ship set up for us.We switched from a bromine tub to salt water. It is an amazing difference. Skin is softer no bromine smell on the skin. We love it!

All Spa and my technician, Terry, are consistently amazing. Appointment are scheduled easily and I am always notified of timing. Terry in particular is awesome. He has been out to repair major parts of my spa, twice in the last 4 months, and each time has all the parts and fixes it quickly. He is pleasant and always answers my questions. He even offers me cleaning supplies that I would otherwise forgotten. I can’t imagine a better service experience. Thank you!!!

I was having a problem with my salt chlorine generating system for the second time since our new hot tub was installed in February 2021. I received excellent advice and help both from my local store in Medford OR, specifically Gavin and also from the headquarters in Beaverton OR, specifically Sara C. They and all the other people I worked with were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The one service call I needed was completed by Pete in a very timely fashion and was very informative. Turns out, he had serviced my old Caldera hot tub many times in the past as well. AllSpa seems to be a very reputable company that does their best to provide satisfaction with their high quality products and service.

Dale, who sold it to me, still is a big part of my helpful team.Nate, the most recent service professional, was very helpful with my new parts and offered good suggestions to care for the other parts of my tub that need replacing. I highly recommend their service department and coaching for long term care. Best self care routines for me include, therapeutic hot tub soaks and exercises in the water.

A controller for a spa purchased 5 months ago failed to function. Technician restored the functionality by disconnecting and reconnected the battery and reestablished connectivity. This procedure (battery cycled) is NOT documented in the Hotspring user manual. He checked and verified that the spa was operating correctly. I asked for documentation of the service mode that is entered by a switch on the internal IQ 2000 controller. He declined to provide this information. The repair was efficiently and courteously provided for this malfunction which I believe was caused by multiple main power glitches in a rural location. I was disappointed to be informed that subsequent service calls for a $9k device under a 5 year labor & parts warranty would occur a minimum of $75 for ANY future calls.

We were pretty frustrated getting the appointment set up after a 4 month wait, but we understand that due to COVID-caused supply issues, they simply couldn’t procure the part for the repair. Once the part did arrive, they promptly scheduled the appointment, completed the repair and got our swimspa up and running in one go. The technician was super friendly, informative and helpful, offering to get us treatment supplies if we needed them. The delay wasn’t their fault; would totally recommend them to anyone!

Every time I called to check in on the timeline of a part that was being ordered I received excellent service over the phone. Each person I have talked to was as helpful as they could be in providing me information on when the part would arrive. The delivery was fast and easy! I was lucky enough to get an appointment within a few days of purchase. There was a little hiccup with the installation (something was plugged incorrectly), but they got me in quick for a repair and fixed it promptly and efficiently! I had a great experience.

Rochelle is absolutely amazing. She’s very good about letting us know when to expect her and is always on time. Our hot tub sits on our back deck requiring her to go through the house to get to it. We trust her implicitly to go in and out without having to accompany her. She is very good about not letting our cats out ... no matter what they tell her!

Overall a good experience. Can’t quite leave 5 stars due to the $45 per 15 minutes if the service runs long, which is not in control of the customer. If that’s a risk, I’d rather have a pre visit estimate done. But it added stress to the experience having to watch the clock so I didn’t pay $180 per hour (which is substantially more than I make as a physician). Wouldn’t be able to recommend to others as long as that is in place. But Lonnie was great and the job was done well.

He is a wonderful representative for your company and is very knowledgable and informative in explaining the why of what is going on with your spa and to understand how to be proactive in properly maintaining it to help avoid future problems that may appear. He happily compleated his tasks in a timely manner and made sure he answered any questions we might have had and any products we needed before leaving. My hot tub stopped working on April 2. Because Allspa is the only company who can do warranty work, I had to wait until April 27 to get an appointment. Technician came while we were out of town for a few days. He called to tell us it was fixed. When we returned, we found out that it still wasn’t working. Called Allspa, and they couldn’t get their technician back until May 7, even though the repair was incomplete. They gave me the manager’s phone number. I left a message for him, but he never returned it. They only have one technician in a city of over 100,000 people. Ridiculous!

Our hot tub jets were not flowing as hard as they did when we first bought the hot tub. We scheduled with AllSpa for a maintenance person to come out and take a look. Terry was the maintenance person who came out, and he did a great job, replacing the filters and explaining how the jet controls could be adjusted for maximum flow. I would definitely recommend AllSpa.

I have a very slow leak in my hot tub. Cost me $250 to tell me they couldnt find it and I should try an over the counter product to see if it would seal the leak from pipes. Apparently the first charge is only for 30 min of tech time (most businesses it is for the first hour). Very expensive for no result.

I have been a valet service customer for over a year now and very happy with the service. Bobby and now Wyatt have done a good job keeping my spa up and running. Today Wyatt found a wasp next under my cover and took care of it and asked where would be the best spot to drain the tub water to. He offered advice on preventing wasp from building nests under the cover again. You hire nice people who are easy to work with and know how to do their jobs.

Called to have my very old spa checked to see why it was not heating. Gave the person on the phone the make and model. Repeated very old several times. Waited 3 weeks for a service man. He said it was too old hed didnt know how to fix it. But it was not heating. I called because i was not given any paperwork of what was tested or even that he was there. Woman on the phone said that was normal and my tub was too old to get parts. I can order the parts and they will come back and install them. Are you kidding me? This cost me almost $200.00 . Worst business practice ever.

Today Lonnie McCann came to drop off a cover for the filter compartment. What a great day this was. We had been trying to get the chemicals balanced but could not get it right. Lonnie was wonderful. He walked us through the process, wrote some instructions on the bottles and got it all worked out for us. Without his help, we were about to give up. Was impressed with the latest tech that work on our spa. We had a cut in the Shell from what was most likely a razor knife that occurred either at the factory or during delivery. After working on it he informed us that because it was deeper that it appeared he would have to return with a repair kit more appropriate. To the naked eye of a laymen it appeared to be completed. The fact he wasnt happy with the results and informed us of same with intentions to return and finish the job was very impressive.

He came back to the house after the part arrived and installed the 2 speed jet pump that had corroded and replaced it swiftly. Service guy was friendly but seemed inefficient resulting in extra charges to a seemingly super easy fix - usb software load was all that was needed and yet the technician logged 38 minutes. We already had the boards off and everything ready for this to be done QUICKLY. Once he had loaded the software, he screwed all the covers back in place and I tried the auxillary jet button and it did not work. So then, he had to remove the screws and reinstall the connector that he had removed in the beginning and then reinstall all the board covers back into blace. When I complained about this, I was told that the technician logged 38 minutes on site and that the extra charge is valid. Was he there 38 minutes, YES. Did he need to take that long to chit chat and redo somethign he caused? NO! This should have been a 15 minute deal AT MOST!!!!!!!!

Giant KUDOS to AllSpa technician Robert Burgess!!!. Our spa stopped working a few days ago, and Robert came out the day after we reported the problem. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 40 minutes (turned out to be a failed circulation pump). He also replaced the Moto jet piece. While he was doing his repair work, he answered all my questions about my maintenance, draining and filling, chemicals, etc. He was friendly, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. When I went into the spa that evening, I found that the Moto was still not working correctly. He came out this morning again (he just left), and showed me that the problem was the way I had the diverter positioned. Once he showed me (reminded me) how to you the various diverters, all was fine. The problem was mine. I cannot recommend Robert highly enough. He was FANTASTIC. If/when I need additional service on my spa, I will make sure to request Robert - hes the best!!!!!

We love our new spa, but had a few hiccups along the way. I was very impressed with how responsive Allspa and Oregon Hot Tub were, in particular Luke at the Vancouver location. He made sure all of our issues were resolved and even made a trip out himself to our home to help resolve a couple of issues. They truly provide service that will put you at ease and are quick to respond if any issues come up. I will definitely recommend Oregon Hot Tub to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

We needed spa salt when I did a water change. Unfortunately after driving 45 minutes to your store I found out that you were out and it was on back order with no certain ETA. One of your employees checked your other store and found one last container and said she would pick it up and bring it to my local store the next day. Jon Alvarez is the best! My hot tub quit working, Jon determined it need a new pump which he installed. He also said that it looked like my control panel was not long for this world, that he might be able to get an old one and he would give me a call if he did.He was right the control panel failed he put in the old one he found and so far its working great. I am very happy with your service team and the communication throughout the process. I have a 20 year old Prodigy and have been diligent to maintain it. The small leak in the pump requires a replacement, but I chose to hold off - based on the possibility of getting a new tub. I was very happy with Terry Lynch my service technician. He did a great job on service. I was a little bit frustrated that it took so long for the part that needed repair to get shipped. First it was back ordered. Then it was damaged so they needed to order a new part. It ended up being a month and a half without being able to use my hot tub. I truly missed using it!

After servicing by this company our hot tub was repeatedly out of balance and we were unable to use it. Even after calling the company twice and asking for a different service person, the same service person called me two weeks later and said that they were on their way to service my hot tub. I called the company again and they said that they just didn’t have time to change the schedule. Even when I asked for a manager to call me, I received a call almost two weeks later. My rating of one star is based on my experience of poor customer service over a period of 12 months.

Im not as upset about having to pay a deductible for work that is under warranty, though that seems wrong. Having a hot tub under warranty unusable and unable to get service for several weeks is unacceptable. Not to mention I have to maintain the hot tub daily until you get here.

This review is the result of multiple communications after a service visit that was completed last month. Miscommunication happens. After not seeing eye to eye on the expectations of the service call and its pricing - Allspa has reached out and continued the conversation and shored up what the expectations were should I decide to use their service again. I have to say I am glad they did this. I believe all businesses have a right to profit and as such I had a problem and they could fix it. I am impressed with how they handled the issue after the fact and I will recommend using them moving forward. The first pass was not quite there with respect to communication but I do believe they want the best and I will give them another opportunity to service my spa.

Great company! I moved from San Francisco to Bend with my home sauna all packed in boxes. I was very nervous about finding a company I could trust to do the job of setting it up for me. Our spa was not working well, but the AllSpa tech, Chris, came out and finally deduced that our Ace system controller was out and the chlorine generating cell was ineffective in working with it. Chris was quick, professional and took care of business. Back to enjoying our Hot Tub again! Gary
