Did the 42 day challenge. This gym is great! I lost inches of my belly. They really know what they are doing. All instructors are great and help you with what ever challenge you are trying to concur. Not just that, they always have great ideas on what to cook at home. Or ideas on how to order food when you go out. I highly recommend this gym!

Best decision Ive made in a while. Great trainers that are completely dedicated to helping you succeed! They focus on form and quality making sure youre getting the results you want.

This is an amazing place! Great staff and environment. My son attends their after school program, and its the best Ive found. They spend time doing circuit training and homework, which has been very beneficial to my son.

A clean gym with innovative equipment that takes the pressure off joints. Very friendly owners and a pleasurable experience. For working out indoors, its awesome!

Zero stars. This business just refused to allow my toddler (who urgently had to go) to use the restroom. The man said they wont let the public in due to the liability...ironic, as apparently this is during their grand opening.For a business that has the word family in their name, they demonstrated no concern for family health.

Tyler is a horrible trainer and makes me feel very uncomfortable!
