Lots of negative reviews here but every time I have called, they are professional and helpful. They have good systems in place and the services are thorough and consistent.I called to get a large dumpster rental today and rep was perfectly helpful. All costs and info given up front.Thanks.

Used to have Aloha garbage before they sold out. Sadly I dont think there is another waste service in WA County (definitely not liking the Monopoly WM has here).Most recent issue with them was as of July 1 2021 there was a rate increase...with no advance notice. We received a letter on July 19 with a letterhead dated July 1 saying that as of July 1 there would be a rate increase....that is unprofessional. Rate increases should be notified at a bare minimum 1 month in advance to effective date...I recommend that if you can pick any other service in WA county that you do so.

I just love the lack of respect from this company. NOT. THEY JUST LET THE CONTAINERS FALL ALL OVER THE PLACE. Wish Aloha gbg hadnt sold.

Most likely satisfactory service. On rare occasions,garbage collection is a day or two later due to oversight of an entire street,June 23, 2021, our garbage container was overfilled. However, a full garbage bag plus pizza box was left in the bottom half of our garbage container on June 23, 2021. Mid afternoon on June 23, 2021, Aloha Waste Management reassured me that there won’t be an overage fee on June 30, 2021. Thank you, Aloha Waste Management.

I called this company to ask how much a small commercial dumpster would coast me to rent for a day . I was told the average cost of the dumpster I wanted was between 40-100$ . I said sure and ordered it. After receiving a 240$ charge on my credit card And a 47.88$ bill in the mail, I emailed them to ask what was my actual bill total. I got an email saying my final bill out was 80.29$ So i called the company back to ask why and they told me the minimum charge for the dumpster I order was 240$ They didn’t do anything even though I have an email saying what I was to be charged . in the end I payed 287.88 $ if you ask me this company is a bunch of con artists . DO NOT use this company for anything !

Poor servic, many missed pick-ups, and bill for services not performed!

They are constantly coming up with excuses of why they wont perform the service they are being paid for. They dont make up for it and still charge the same even when they miss pickup.

Wow, I thought no one could be worse than Aloha Garbage. I guess you just had to prove me wrong. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE MONOPOLIZED SERVICE.

Misses pickup on purpose every time. I do not need this hassle in my life thanks a lot.

Always professional and courteous. The only times they have missed service have been my fault for not putting my bins out early enough.

Misses pickup then lies about resolving the issue. Been on the phone every day since they missed my trash can and nobody seems to care.

They were unable to pick up our trash for everyone on the designated day, but since it was due to weather we are still charged for it regardless of if we get the service or not. I called to speak with them about other options and got to bad we will be charging you and we will not pick up until next week

I called customer service because I couldn’t log into their webpage, the lady gave me another phone # for IT. I called and spoke with the IT lady, she was very condescending, spoke to me like I was an idiot and I my problem is still not solved.

They have missed several pick up for scheduled trash removal. I have called them several times and nothing has been corrected and they continue to bill me for services not rendered
