I worked with a man named Matt who was extremely helpful in my job search. He set me up with multiple interviews and even though i messed up my first one he helped coach and prep me for the others. I am currently very happy with my job offer from my new company and I would not have even heard about it if not for him, as they went through Aerotek instead of job boards. I was applying for entry level CAD Drafting positions and was lucky enough to get picked up by Alanna at Aerotek. She gathered info about what I was looking for in a job and my career goals. She then presented me with multiple job openings and asked me which ones stuck out and what my likes and dislikes were for each one. Every time I respond to a position that I would like to apply for. The CS rep asks me for more information, a week later or so they offer positions that clearly they are struggling to fill. Personally, my experience has been negative. Same position, for less money. I would say find another temp service. Your worth it.

My experience started off great, however there was serious delays in communication. Interviews would sound promising and made to sound like they would be scheduled, but their slow communication probably lead the employer to find alternatives. Please be aware of Aerotek and read their reviews first before going with a recruiter. Their recruiters seem to be poor intern quality and seem to lack any motivation to help people. I’m not sure what they even do. I had one interview go well which lead me to believe this would be a great service, however the HR manager was on vacation and decided they didn’t need to hire anyone. It was a massive waste of time. In order to get in touch with anyone at Aerotek, you would have to call over and over, email, and/or message to get a response. Do not rely on them to help you. You are better off doing your own employment searches and scheduling interviews. While waiting for Aerotek to get their stuff together, I made several interviews on my own searches and had 3 job offers before they could get me the possibility of an interview. Most of their jobs listed also are very low pay. Beware!!

Ill admit that I was hesitant to work with a recruiting firm, and in fact had a previous experience with a recruiter that had my mind made up that all recruiters were the same.But, I was unemployed during the time of COVID, and had a few peers suggest Aerotek. So, I gave it a shot.And I am more than glad I did! Wow! I was hesitant at first to work with a staffing company after getting my degree in architecture but was having difficulty finding a job that fit where I wanted to be. I gave my resume to Aerotek on a whim and a recruiter called me back immediately saying they had some openings available that sounded like what I was going for. I have spoken and emailed with several different reps here on reference to work search. They do not ever call back like they say they will. And when I have called they say they dont have a record of me or their record is many years old. They have failed to update their records and simply farm your information for profit. I have been told by multiple reps they have a position for me and will contact me with a start date, yet they never do. I am highly skilled with multiple degrees in Manufacturing and Management. I can only speak for this office and I say seek employment elsewhere. They will not help you.

Ive used Aerotek both as a job seeker and as an employer, theyve always been really responsive and positive about getting things lined up. As with most jobs, there was some down time waiting for the hiring managers to make a decision, but Cal was really on top of follow ups at the times we agreed on. Ive had the most amazing & supporting experience with Aerotek. My recruiter Alanna has been nothing short of amazing & supportive. I am a first generation college graduate with zero industry experience other than the ones I got in a class room. This company is purely quantity over quality, theyre looking for people thatll accept being underpaid and settling for the first position offered. My first work with them was back in 2012, and they were better then. Since then its all been downhill. After submitting my resume and receiving voicemails from 5 different Aerotek recruiters in less than a week, I met with one for a 10am meeting, he said hed call me after lunch. Never heard from him. I received a call from another recruiter the following Monday, who mentioned their records showed I wasnt able to make my meeting the previous week. He then proceeded to schedule a meeting for later the same day, and said hed get a confirmation email to me. I never received the confirmation email. This company is only looking to put people in positioned theyre over qualified for, and will be underpaid for. Theyre looking to fill positions en mass. Quantity over quality. As others have mentioned, this is the used car salesman on commission of staffing. You arent their customers, the businesses that need positions filled are their customers. Youre just a pawn they can use to line their pockets. They also like to make all these staffing awards visible but they are a sham show, theres no credibility behind them, and no show of where these awards were voted on or who issued them.

My experience with Aerotek, and Matt Hanson in particular, was incredibly positive. I made it clear from the very beginning that I was looking for a job in an industry that I would actually enjoy and if it took awhile, so be it. Despite my decision not to pursue a large portion of the jobs Matt brought to my attention, he kept at it and after a few months of searching, finally got me an interview with the company I currently work for. I have been there several months and the salary is good, but the work I am doing and the industry I am in is even better.

My first communication was while I was in school, and at the time I did not have enough experience to apply for a full time job . If anyone is looking for a recruiter that will actually land you an awesome job very quickly, ask for Dondrale! You wont be disappointed.

Not very helpful. They are more focused on filling positions and making a commission than finding you a job that you want. They will literally offer you the crappiest jobs and try and tell you that you don’t qualify for other positions. They also care more about their contracts with their customers than your well being. Don’t go to them. I suggest Ajilon, Robert half or Volt.

It seems like if youre somewhat hire-able these guys can get you a job in the local area. I lost my job at the beginning of October and Kelsey Breidenbach was able to find me new career in no time. I started my new job before November. Cant speak for everybody but it worked out well for me. She even re-formatted my resume for me before the interview!

I wish that all of my contract experience had been working through Aerotek. It was a great experience working with the Beaverton branch. The staff was excellent and I was treated with the greatest respect and kindness. They were prompt in getting back to me when ever I contacted them if they didnt answer the phone in person, but they almost always did. I only left Aerotek because of a new position with a municipality. If I was ever to work outside of this current position, I would definitely look up Aerotek Beaverton.

Molly provided the highest level of recruitment tailored exactly to my current situation. Donte Parker of the Beaverton, OR office is a wonderful person to work with. He is responsive, quick to answer questions and concerns. Within two weeks of signing up with Aerotek, he had an interview lined up for me with a large client doing what I enjoy.

Eddie ponce is the Aerotek associate i have been working with and i have never been so disappointed in an employment professional.The whole place is playing games and trying to act like they are handling your account and making moves for you, but lack any results or jobs. I have been with them for almost 5 months. The first job was ok but when i needed to move to a different job as the first was not compatible, i got the run around. He has left me without answers or a job for over a month as of today. I have kept constant communication open and last received a email from him simply telling me he “ is swamped and will contact me later in the week. “ i never received any communication past that.Since this happened i have signed up with another agency and they have found me an amazing position quickly and professionally.I do not recommend Aerotek unless your desperate and even then beware. The places they offered me and i toured were unsafe.

I just got out of the military and drove to Hillsboro, Oregon all the way from my old duty station in Norfolk, Virginia. If you like the vibe of a used car salesman in charge of your future, this is for you. I was lied to and held on by a string. Some of it not aerotek’s fault, but I was gaslighted and told what they wanted me to hear so I’d continue with the project I was placed on. When the project ended, I was the only woman who applied and the only one not hired on. I was never even told that this was a possibility- it was always a guaranteed permanent position. They strung me along until the very last minute and I would have been out of a job December 2nd had I not found something else. They told me I would have a job through Christmas, lie. They told me I’d be hired on, lie. They told me when I was hired on the pay wouldn’t change, hours wouldn’t change, lie. Drastic pay decrease had I been offered the job (everyone else was hired so I know what they were offered), different schedule, etc. I was fed lies so I’d do what they needed me for. Never missed a day of work, never made a mistake, still strung along for their benefit. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Don’t believe them. They use you to get their money and do not care what happens next.

Unfortunately I have had to use this company twice in the past two years, but the results have been good.The first job was through a recruiter named Sarah, who is in another state now. Shortly after being converted the company decided to move across the country and I didnt, but at least it was a good fit and the experience helped advance my technical career.So far the second job, found through Monte, appears to be shaping out the same. Its a food fit, challenges my technical expertise and an enjoyable atmosphere. Slightly above my last one as well.Overall the quality of the jobs I found through Aerotek are better than any other temp agency I have worked with, but have to be patient.

Don’t get woooed by this companies outward appearance and recruiting antics. Truly for show. They are truly struggling to align culturally, socially and ethically behind closed doors. HR and others are closed minded due to a culture of lack luster leadership that does not get involved with their employees. One would think that the size of this company would be an Advantage for leaders yet they truly have no real interest in the employees. Be sure to ask about their constant turnover if they choose to be honest. This company could use a cultural intervention and some management overhauls.

I had Maddie as a recruiter and she was not motivated to helping me. I always have to call her and ask her for opportunities. I leave her voicemails to give me a call back and she never calls me back. Never coming here again. I don’t have to take jobs I don’t think would be a good for me for me .

Went in after getting referred from my bf. Funny cus he hasnt been looking for work in the past few years so I have no idea why they even had his number he never went through them. He said I was looking for work so he phoned me in. I Scheduled an appointment. I Went in with my resume, Told me they would give me a call call next day with some job offers. Been a week and not one phone call. Didnt seem like they wanted to help. After reading all reviews they all look fake. Like the people have only done one review and it was about YOUR company 😂👍😉Im just sure. Very desperate lengths to make urself look good. Calling people that arent even looking for work and who never contacted you 😂👍

Dale Baker was on it, contacted me with leads and even though I was a state away, arranged my interviews for when I was available. Wont lie, had some near hits but in the end, set me up where I am now and I couldnt be happier.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I don’t have a 4 year degree, and that caused a lot of heart ache where I was working. A friend recommend Aerotek to me, and I thought to myself “here we go, a necessary evil to find better work” they could not have done a better job changing my mind of what a recruiting agency can do. Two and a half weeks after my first phone call, they found a promising place, close to my home, paid over $10/hour more than where I was working at the time, and it was a much better environment for me. After getting placed in the new job, payroll was diligent to contact me anytime my hours were not in their system near the cut off, my recruiter gave me calls about once a month or better to check up and even took me out to lunch. Now, as I sign papers tomorrow to become an employee of this company aerotek found for me, my recruiter is still working to help me anyway he can.If you have the proper resume and are looking for a higher paying job, but can’t get your foot in the door, I would highly recommend this company.

I was contacted by Aerotek while moving up to Oregon from Southern California. I was a little sketched out at first because temporary agencies or placement agencies are not big from where I was raised. However, from the get-go, they were there whenever I needed them .Paul Chung and Morgan Gerke were my contacts throughout my process of finding a job and being hired. . Both of them ended up sick at different times throughout my process of finding a job, and they coordinated seamlessly. They are the reason I have the job I do now. It felt like they really wanted to get to know me and prep me for my interviews that way I was the perfect fit for the job and vice-versa. Aerotek is deceptive at best, and untruthful and solicitous at worst. They will cold call you to offer you posistions that nobody would call a career, jobs that make you want to jump off a bridge within a week, All in order to make more money for themselves. Another tactic they use is when you write a google review like I am right now and people like your review, those Likes will mysteriously disappear. So that the review goes back to the bottom. Calum Hill had a tough case on his hands when I entered his office. Ready for a change, I came to Aerotek for help and Calum became my recruiter. Me working 50 to 60 hours a week, usually 6 days a week and rotating between 3 different start/end times made it very difficult for me to search, let alone interview. But Cal stuck with it and found an employer that offered more money and a work schedule that fit my current life challenges. To be honest Rick Martin contacted me about a job, he had found me on indeed. I met with him a couple days later and was discouraged that this was a temp to hire agency + some of these reviews are harsh. I agreed to Ricks offer despite my skepticism. Ive been working with Rick and Dustin Gaurderman mostly for 1 month and they are terrific people who nearly bend over backwards to get you to work. I am very happy I didnt let the reviews and my own skeptical attitude make me miss this opportunity.
