Was so happy and pleased by my experience here. First time at this location in Beaverton. I went to cash a payroll check and was greeted with friendly yet professional lady named Sahira. I explained that Id recently lost ID and had done business at other locations in the past. For anyone thats ever lost an ID, you understand the stress and road blocks it causes in day to day life. So I was relieved when she agreed to do it for me. Upon talking she made me comfortable and was very knowledgeable. She even set up a checking account for me and told me how to reap all benefits included. I will definitely be back for all my financial needs. Thanks again to a GREAT employee!

Rosa V the store manager has helped me most of the time and each time is different positivities experience with her, I really feel like she cares about her customers and I got to say thank you for all the care and acknowledgment that she always provides.

Iv just rescently started working again and i hate dealing with the banks. So i decided to check out the ACECheck cashing place a friend told me about. Boy am i glad i did. The minute i walked thru the door i was greeted by a very friendly staff member. She made the whole proccess so easy and i was in and out with my money so fast. I highly reccomend useing ACE to anyone who likes check cashing a fast and easy experience. First of all writing reviews is something I never find myself having time to do. But I felt I need to write a review about my visit into this store. Normally My go to store is the Tigard store because I’m always on that side of town and felt more comfortable going into I guess. Well , I was in the area and went into the Cedar Hiils store. Which I’m really glad I did. L I was helped by Sahira. Who was super friendly, and knowledgeable. She definitely deserves far more then 5 stars. Now, every time I need to go in I hope to see her. Payday loans are not suppose to involve credit, however ACE is checking your credit and they dont tell you.Also ACE will use your credit against you, and deny your request.Ive had ACE loans in the past several years ago and never had this problem.

I normally go to s.e portland office but i moved to beaverton and so went into that office and i thought i would have to do alot of paper work over cus i havnt been in awhile but nope and still had records so it was super fast and not crowded like division st.cashier was nice as well

The employees there are very rude and give you an attitude if you cant hear what they are saying. They talk quite and dont know how to give anyone respect.

They are what they are. If you need quick cash theyll help out but expect to pay 10% on a 300 dollar loan for 30 days plus almost 10 dollars in fees

Im a borrower for six years..just asking a favor for the interest at this time for a one.day late payment.The reason is Im at work.Heartless ace cash they never gave a waiver to those who borrowed from.them.From now on Ill never gonna loan again Never!!!!

Refused service due to inactive account based on not coming back every paycheck. Not everyone needs a loan every paycheck. Also false advertisment saying anyones approved for any loan refused to honor it

My loan was due on monday and after I got off work Saturday I tried to make it to the store before they closed (5pm) I got there at 4:50 and it was closed already.. then I thought.. maybe sunday...but they are closed sunday tooI work the same hours as they do and in the past Ive been able to go in my lunch hour and take care of the loan.. but this week im working far ans I wasnt able to go and paid at the store... called and asked if it was possible they could take the money out my account... the woman there was so rude and disrespectful telling no we cant, you have to come and pay at the store in cash... we argued for a little bit and I told her.. I cant make it and cant.. then she told meWell we are going to send you to collectionsSo I told her.. ok fine and I hanged upThis person is been there for a while and has a horrible attitude no customer service skills at allIs surprising she works at a place like this
