I needed a small fix to our carpet which was customized by our puppy. From my first contact with the company, I knew I was in good hands. Tess set me up with an appointment that was just a couple days out due to a cancellation and I received a call an hour prior to my appt that they were running ahead of schedule. Adam and Jacob arrived as promised and set to repairing our carpet. The job was done professionally and promptly and they were kind enough to give me a cleaning estimate when asked. The carpet repair looks great and I dont see any areas of concern with the fix. Everyone was personal, the job done professionally and they were prompt; what else could you ask for?

Carpet Surgeon is very professional and did an amazing job cleaning our older area carpet and stairwells. They cleaned the black soil along the wallboards in one room. They removed squeaks in the floorboards in several rooms and depressions in the carpet from the previous owners’ furniture. If you need more than a quick shampoo, Carpet Surgeon is the service to call. They will give you an itemized estimate for the work you want done.

When the person scheduled to perform my service got sick, the owner of the company came out and did the work himself rather than have to reschedule. He did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend Carpet Surgeon to anyone.

Not the cheapest but honest, punctual and did a great job with old carpets. Did not try to upsell me on anything. This company was actually a backup to another local company Id hired through Groupon, who seemed like they were offering a great deal until I met their Rep in person, who would never give any pricing in writing and constantly changed prices amongst other things.
