I am super impressed with their service! They were honest and fast at repairing my sunroof! I drove all the way to Beaverton from NE Portland and it was well worth the trip! I will go to them from now on if I need anything done to my car! I trust them!

I have nothing but great things to say about this business. From start to finish, the employees kept me in the loop, were never pushy to make a sale, and went above and beyond my expectations. I am very IMPRESSED.I just bought a new vehicle recently and was not crazy about the cloth seats. I was looking online and educated myself on the Katzskin name brand through Tacoma World Forums. This is a superior name brand. I visited their website and found a dealer. I found a style I liked, but the color I saw online was not the color I was imaging in my head.I spoke to an employee for 30 minutes the next morning, exchanged emails, and I chose the color of leather I really loved. The leather seats arrived in less than 10 days. I dropped my truck off and in less than 1.5 days, I picked up my truck with the new leather seats and was just FLOORED. Everything was perfect and exactly how I imagined it should look like. The quality of the leather was spot on and the shade was correct. The finished product and experience were perfect. These guys and gals are professionals and it really shows. I am so THANKFUL and thrilled with my new leather seats. Thank you so much!

The reason I contacted Coach was because I read the reviews online, and the one that really stood out was that they stood behind their work.Additionally, I changed my order several times with Coach and at least one time, affected their schedule, however, each time I made a change, Coach Automotive worked with me.The second thing I really appreciated was the professionalism. I was quoted a what I thought was a fair price, for work and this was something I appreciated because management believes it is important to be accurate with customers. I called around before finding Coach and could not be happier with the work they provided.I recognize there are many body and upholstery shops in Beaverton/ Tigard, but if someone asked me for a recommendation I would recommend this business based on their honesty, and how I was treated.Thank you.

There is no better place to take your car, Coach Automotive is it! Both Kyles, Steve, Christine, and everybody there is so nice and respectful! Ive had 4 power moonroofs installed in various cars and just had a moonroof and heated leather put in my 2011 Sportage. It take took it from nice little SUV to luxury little SUV. Ive been working with Coach for I guess around ten years or so. These guys replace anything that has to do with your car Interiors. They have replaced several Vehicles Interiors for my company, a steering wheel, and they made recommendations on cleaning and maintaining the vehicles in a way that Services the vehicle long-term. Today I picked up one of the trucks that I had them replace a seat in. I was only expecting to have the cushion replaced, but they went ahead and replaced the whole seat cover as well, which I appreciate. A brand new seed is fantastic and Im super happy with these guys and how they do business

I personally wouldnt recommend anyone come here. I made it to my first appointment to have a remote start installed, and had to walk home just to get called and be told that I cant have my install completed because THEY didnt know I needed something, made me come back get the car, then I had an appointment for 8 am, I work graveyard and got off early and fell asleep and woke up at 930 and called apologizing and told it was fine and to come.in, just for their installer Steve to act like a punk and call me being rude as can be saying hes got an appointment and cant make it happen the rest of the week because hes leaving for vacation.

My sunroof became detached while driving months ago, and I finally found a place to fix it. Nicest group of automotive professionals I’ve ever met. Gave me an amazing deal on labor/parts. The two Kyle’s that work here are both fantastic. Cannot recomend enough!

These people are one class act! I live in Central Oregon (where there are NO authorized Katzkin dealers) and contacted a few different accessory shops within a few hours of my location. The prices were all over the board! Coach was, by far, the best deal. That, coupled with their stellar customer service (they even mailed samples to me!), and the flawless installation - makes this your best choice for Katzkins. Dont rush them, though. This project requires 10-12 hours of work - depending on your vehicle. I had a friend pick me up and left my rig with them for a couple of days. The leather is very heavy-duty, thick and luscious - soft as butter! So glad I found these people!

Purchased new 2015 VW CC from Salem VW and negotiated sunroof install which did not come on the car from the factory.Dealership contracts with Coach Automotive Access for the installation. Have never had a sunroof installed on a vehicle let alone a brand new one. A little nervous to cut a hole in the roof but Coach did a superb job. Steve was my contact person and was very prompt and professional. The installer who had 10+ years of experience installing did a great job and looks and operates as if from the factory.Great job guys... Thank you.

Got my car back from Coach and the top speed of my car was clocked at 103MPH! My car also had an extra 15 miles driven on it. I like the leather seats but Im not happy at all with how this company treats your car.Let this be a warning to all who go through Coach Automotive to get katzkin leather seats.My car only had 550 miles on it, which means its extremely bad for an engine to be driven that rough. All Coach had to say was that they didnt do it. Well Im the only one thats driven the car besides Coach Automotive. Coach didnt care about my car and didnt take this matter serious.

I needed to get my old, broken down seats in my 01 F250 replaced with some leather. My friend referred me to Coach Automotive to get the job done as he had Katzkins installed there. Needless to say, the finished product is amazing. I got the heated seat option, new cushions, and two-tone leather to replace the cloth. From start to finish Steve, Adam, and Josh all provided excellent customer service. Steve came out and showed me what options I had to get the ball rolling and they even picked up the truck and delivered it! Thanks JP for doing a clean install as it is clearly evident in your work. I went in for a sunroof install in my 2015 Dodge Ram when I first bought the truck. 2 years later now everything in the headliner rattles. They didnt take the time to tape the wiring inside the headliner. Now i have a 3 year old truck that when I go over a bump it sounds like the headliner is falling off. They also used a cheap headliner material which is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend or take any of my vehicles near this shop.
