I had some chips fixed in my windshield via a national company. I was directed to visit this shop. I was confused by the instructions, and the office staff was quick to help and get things sorted. When I returned to get my car, the price was as expected, and the office had had my car washed as a courtesy. Delightful experience. Should I ever need collision repair, Gerber Collision & Glass will be my first call.

Great staff that helped me out big time! Very kind and polite, with super fast repairs and estimates. Very personable and knowledgeable staff who will answer your questions and give you their recommendations based on their experience.

They sent text messages keeping you updated. When ever I did talk to them they where always great to talk to. When my car was done. They drive my car to the house and picked up the rental. The inside of my car was cleaner then when I dropped it off. I would use them again. Repair looks great.

Luis and his team are absolutely wonderful! My car looked better than new when I got it back, and they were extremely efficient in completing the repairs. Unlike other repair shops Ive used, the staff at Gerber did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout the process, keeping me up to date on timelines and any additional services needed. They were extremely professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. There were a couple small things that needed to be followed up on after I took my car home, and they let me bring it back and fixed it pro-bono! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair, and will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you for your great work, guys!

Rick was great as was the whole experience. Rick made it easy, got my car back to like new condition and made a bad situation much easier. After the repair I noticied a crooked decal and again Rick was right on top of it getting my concern addressed and resolved with the same speed and expertise as the original repair. All in all between the frequent updates, professional handling of my insurance claim and service after the repair I couldnt be happier.

We needed a repair to our van from someone backing into us. Everything was handled smoothly with great communication along the way. The repair itself was fantastic. Would highly recommend the Beaverton location.

The roof of our SUV got hit with a fly softball and it left a golf ball sized dent on the roof edge of our 6 mo old $40K KIA Sorento SX...but unfortunately it was on a stamped crease in the sheetmetal so I was told paintless dent removal would not work because the creased line wouldnt be crisp. So instead of a one day $100 repair it took 4 weeks and $1100. I was super underwhelmed with the work and gerber had to redo the repair 4 separate times ... so my reluctance to have 2 square feet of paintwork on our brand new car expanded each time until they had repainted over 25% of the car. Each redo had to remove pock marks in the bondo, paint blisters and goobers , hand prints and finger prints in the paint and clear coat , and most frustrating of all the creased edge wasnt crisp as promised. In the end after 4 redos and a month the repair was satisfactorily completed but the quality control was terrible ... and I had the managers guarantee each time because of the newness of our car and how poor the previous work had been we would get his absolute best technicians ... they were always polite and accommodating but essentially unable to get it right. My fears that they would do more harm than good felt true and I regretted having them do the repair. They were on the list of approved shops by my insurance company USAA. The cost of the work was in my opinion very high for what had to be done and the quality unacceptable st every step of the way UNTIL they finally got it right on the last repair.It was a very frustrating experience. In many ways I would not want to recommend this shop because of the first three repair attempts but I would based on the final. If you have a new or very nice car or demand perfection preloss brand new car quality just be careful and ask for visual inspections before paint. The manager was very interested in pleasing me as a customer and committed to proving the best quality but there was a disconnect with his crew. I believe they have the capacity to do this work 101% but how often do you get your car repaired that they would ever have a second chance? Since the nature of this repair was a small dent I cannot comment on their ability to correctly repair major collision damage or structural damage as mine was essentially bondoing and paint... but if you go there be prepared to demand quality control and assurance. I saw many other high end cars on site being repaired so maybe they do alright 9 out of 10 times and I just got the one times things didnt go well .. but to be clear when I drove off the lot for the last time the repair was 100% and now 6 mos later is still looking good.
