Our walk-in freezer broke, Roxane was very professional, polite and kind when we called. She was able to send someone out the very next day. They identified the problems with our 20-year old unit quickly, and were able to find an alternative way to install the new unit without having to wait over 24+weeks. Our freezer is now working how it should. Fair pricing and they provide a full calendar year warranty on the work they perform. Will definitely recommend Rox Services to any business!

I hate that we do not maintain our refrigeration systems the way that we should we could probably save a lot of money. The other alternative of course is to call Rock services as its the second best thing to maintaining our own refrigerators when they break these guys come and fix it they have a fair price theyre relatively timely and fixing things and I dont think theres any BS involved equipment is expensive fixing it is expensive we want to have somebody who we trust and whos going to be honest with us whether or not something can or cannot be done thats what you get from Rock services

At our facility we have a large industrial refrigeration unit that went down. Rox Services was able to come out that day give us a estimate for repairs and set up a date for replacement. Their installation techs were here on time, did a wonderful job and left the area clean. Now our refrigeration unit works perfectly.

These guys do the job right. I own two pizza guys in the Portland area and now I only use Rox services. They communicate with you the entire time which is very rare from similar businesses. They call you back when they say they will which is very amazing. Because you call a service company they just leave you in the dust but not Rox Services. I use them for both my pizza stores and i had emergencies where they fit me in without charging me extra just because things happen. Other companies take advantage of that and charge extra.

Do not hire them! I had technicians come to my business and without even consulting me they would leave. I was charged for breaks they took to be on the phone and waiting on other technicians. I was quoted out 7000 dollars after already paying a lot for just their service fees. I was quoted for insane amounts of work when my equipment is less than a year old. After getting 2 other options they alerted me both my coils work fine and the leak im having isnt even a coil but from a pipe in my backroom.The technicians came in and refused to hear me out. I have experience with coolers but it seemed like he was gonna take his time for the 100 an hour multiple days and no information to send me a quote for 7000 when the equipment is actually working.The technicians honestly to me just seemed lazy cause they are getting paid either way.

To add onto my dads review cause i also dealed with the techs. They quoted us for 100 miles which costs more when we are only 30miles away. They have charged us each time for the travels and they are only 30miles from my business so even round trip is only 60. 😑I guess 24 plus 24 equals over 100 these days to get the fee🤷‍♂️I see great reviews for herve. That is why i hired this company. First day he brought his daughter which was very distracting. I understand covid but still very unprofessional due to being charged for time.

Great service! We needed our commercial ice machine fixed and they did a very thorough job. I appreciated how fast they worked and gave me preventive tips to help us prolong the life of our machine.

I highly recommend Rox Services for any commercial cooler services. I had a commercial unit that did not work. It was installed in a house I had recently purchased. Herve, the owner, came out and was very knowledgeable and experienced. He told me what he thought the problem(s) might be and quickly tested the unit and figured out it had no Freon in it. He tested to see if it would hold pressure and it did so he flushed it twice before filling it up. Worked like a champ. We figured it was empty because it had a leak but in the end whoever did the service before did not replace a compression cap and that’s where it leaked from. He replaced it, tested it and cleaned the radiator and insulated a couple lines. Then we had a soda in the porch before he left as we waited for the thermostat to kick it off before he left. It’s been working great and he was very fair on the price. Thanks Herve!

After being jerked around by a larger company, I decided to give Rox Services a shot. Jerve is very professional! The other company would come out to just fix the problem but Jerve actually took the time to not just fix the problem, but find other issues with the units I have. Not only did he fix them, I found out that the units I have were still under warranty and got majority of them fixed under that warranty.
