A call to SERVPRO connected us with Zach who responded very quickly. His professionalism and knowledge put us at ease. The two man crew of Tom and Brett were also very professional and hardworking. What we thought would be a stressful experience was much less so thanks to the staff at SERVEPRO of East Dayton. We highly recommend this business!

Back in March servpro came and helped me when the house flooded and insurance left us soaked. They went above and beyond and specifically zach was a great help and point of contact throughout all of this. I would highly recommend them, we have had no problems with mold.

Servpro was a lifesaver! Had a sewage backup that flooded my basement. I called them early in the morning and received a call back right away. I was shocked to hear from them that early in the morning. A hour or so later a guy showed up and explained what the plan was and how they worked. A team showed up and got to work right away and worked nonstop until finished. They were polite, professional, and did a thorough job. For a basement completely flooded I was shocked they came out the same day and worked that fast. Highly recommend!

These guys were at my house within 2 hours of my call on a Sunday am after the water heater exploded. They quickly took everything apart and then started drying up the water. They came back 2 days later to double check and remove equipment. Just wish they also put things back together! Now Im searching for a good contractor to come by quickly.

We experienced a major flood of our main floor and finished basement in March when I turned on the washer and went to bed. (I learned to never do that again!) When I woke up approximately 7 hours later, I found our house flooded. Someone said to call Servpro immediately, so I did. They arrived quickly and started working. It took a few days to tear out everything that could not be saved and dry the rest. On most of the days they were here, they worked for 10-12 hours. Our kitchen cabinets and counters were very difficult to remove, but they kept at it until it was done. They were also very careful to not mess up the counter tops so that they can be reused. Our tile floors had the cement board glued and screwed down, and they worked extremely hard to get it up, even using jackhammers, without breaking anything else in the house. They took the time to do things right, and didnt take any shortcuts. They were even careful about taking too long for any breaks, such as lunch, etc... They were friendly and pleasant to have in our home, even as they tore it up! Although I hope to never experience this again, I am so glad that I called Servpro. They were wonderful, and I would highly recommend calling them. If you can, request Js crew. That is who came to our house and they were amazing!

ServPro was absolutely amazing helping me with my basement flood (sump pump failure). Jesse was responsive and patient with all my questions. We found significant amounts of mold in our basement 3 weeks after buying our house. SERVPRO of East Dayton/Beavercreek had the most reasonable quote (in fact, their quote was half that of some other options). The owner was our project manager and he was AMAZING! One of the nicest people weve worked with and did a great job. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of East Dayton/Beavercreek and especially the owner!

These guys are amazing. The tech was on time, friendly, took his readings with his equipment and checked everything after listening to us and answering any questions, then said it was only an estimate to come out to check our walls to make sure mold was not hidden inside since it kept reappearing. It just turned out we have a bad humidity problem. No charge at all, I was floored! They then got back to us by email on the recommendations to remedy our problems. Thank you so much we will recommend you guys and use you again in the future.

If I could I would put a zero star. These guys are out there to take what they can money wise. They love to charge you for everything and do not use the same exact carpet cushions, if you ask for them. They act like they do something, and charge you for it. ALWAYS CHECK THE BILL BEFORE PAYING!

We had a bad fire at our home. They came out and packed and cleaned everything and were great to work with. I would definitely recommend if you have a fire or smoke problem to call them.

Very nasty sewer damage to our basement. The crew came, cleaned up after hours and did a fantastic job. Very highly recommend them.

Armando arrived during the time period promised and was very thorough in his explanation and made sure I was very clear on the work that was to be performed. He presented the options available and did not pressure us into any decision. The work was performed as promised and the results were as expected. Again, I would highly recommend this team. We had a terrible flood with the heavy rains a month ago and Servpro came to the rescue. Their motto “like it never happened” is an understatement. They were very responsive, at my house in the evening around 11pm. They extracted the water which was around 4 inches deep. After the water was extracted they set some fans and dehumidifiers and instructed they would return in the morning to remove carpet and affected drywall and baseboards. Nick was the technician in charge and he was very communicative through the whole experience. I could call or text him any time I had a question and he would always have answers. I’m very happy with my experience. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

March 19 2018 was the date of my fire. DO IT YOURSELF BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!!! ServPro of South Dayton, Huber Heights, Fairborn everyone of them around Dayton is the same franchise owned by the same brothers. Avoid them. THEY THREW MY THINGS AWAY BEFORE TALKING TO ME! Once they had my work authorization I was no longer a priority. There was a huge storm the week after my fire and all progress in my home stopped so they could go get more work. I had belongings from two other families mixed in with my belongings. 90% of the things that were packed in my storage unit were still covered with soot and smelled like the fire. They broke so many things when they repacked it all. They repacked my things in the boxes they used to remove them from the house. There was almost no detail in the not salvageable inventory. There wasn’t a salvaged inventory. No one takes ownership of the problems. Everyone points the finger at another person. No one said “I’m sorry, let me fix this.” I talked to the owner of the company, Gary or Greg, and he said “your insurance company will pay for all of it, what’s the problem?” Now I have to hire another restoration company to fix this problem. Please don’t hire this company.

5-25-2018 - ServPro of Dayton has completely left us stranded with many many damages to our home and contents, pods full of sewage laden contents sitting in our driveway, missing documentation and now they are threatening us with a lien on our home because we are demanding they take responsibility for the damages they have done to our home. They are also ServPro of Beavercreek and I was advised by their techs that the same Owners (brothers) own most of the other locations within the area. I will continue to update this review as this all plays out.

I wanted to share my experience with anyone willing to read. We had a flood in our basement not too long ago with all the rain that we had. We called Servpro at 2:30 am and they explained that they were on a waiting list. Hesitant I went ahead with getting on the list. The gentleman that I talked to told me that they had already received 100 calls. The next day a technician Armando called and said he was on his way to our home. Once here he was very professional and polite and had a team already on the way to suck out the water and help move things around. The crew worked their tails off and got all of our carpet and pad out. They took off all our baseboards and drilled holes in the wall and set up and bunch of fans and a couple big dehumidifiers. We only had 5,000$ in sump pump coverage. So we did have to spend some money out of pocket. It’s nice to know that there are companies like Servpro that can handle this kind of work and I’m so glad we chose to go with this company. I willForever recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Servpro for taking care of my home as if it were yours.

AWESOME Experience!! We had Servpro of South Dayton out to our home during the crazy winter storms we have had. Our entire house was a disaster but the Technician, Greg, made us feel like everything was okay! The office staff who took our initial call was also great! I was panicking and they assured me they would take care of me, and they did! I would gladly recommend them to anyone I know!! Great Company!

Like the previous review they over charge for everything, I got an estimate to clean up some sewage back up in a half bath. I was stunned, $1585.47 was the estimate. Are you kidding me. It looks like Im getting a mop and some bleach.

They always do a great job at getting things ready for the rebuild process or just getting rid of tough situations.

Weve used them twice for water damage issues and have been very impressed with the service.
