We bought a nice looking corn snake for my sister-in-law but I fortunately it die about 10 hours later. I was able to use the 2 week guarantee with no questions asked and pick up another one for her. 5 stars is for how easy it was to return the snake and grab another one.

Great store, but be wary of curb-side pickup if using the app. I recently spent over 30 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out because I checked in with the app that apparently doesnt work. I finally had to call the store and speak with an associate. Thankfully, the associate was friendly and was able to help.

We bought a cute unicorn cat house. Looked around and found many things we could use, to include a wooden stand alone gate for the top of the stairs. We could have bought cheaper but looking and touching was the right way to buy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cashier was the best, explaining the item, the price and how we could save $ with a tag card. We will go back. Sometimes cheaper is not the best way. Take a look you will be very satisfied.

The store itself is nice with a huge variety of goods. If you’re only shopping for supplies, this is a 5 star location. The grooming department needs work and is why I’m rating 3/5. I’ve had my pet there 4 times; 3 of those visits were cancelled and rescheduled. I made this last appointment 2 months ago, and the day before, cancelled. They didn’t even offer to call if there was an unexpected opening. To quote Darth Vader, “You have failed me for the last time.”

Wonderful experience! Great employees! I highly recommend this location! I did an online pickup order for a 50 gallon aquarium and was sooo happy with my experience! I ended up with a 30% off a single item coupon after my purchase so when I showed up I showed it to the lady that was working with me and she was so kind and patient to help me use that discount on my aquarium and refund the original amount! The process saved me $40! I am so grateful! That wonderful woman also recommend the best was the do my refund so I would see my funds returned the fastest, and she was right about that as well! She really knew her stuff and was so nice! That same woman and another employee helped me load my giant tank into the back of my car across the seats, again very grateful for their help! Even after the order was complete and I was loaded, the two employees were on their way back into the store I continued to text someone before I drove away, next thing I knew the original wonderful woman I worked with was at my drivers window asking to take another look at my tank, she feared she saw something wrong! I happily jumped out of my car and we opened the back door to re-inspect the tank to find no issues, but that is above & beyond to take a second look at stop me before I left that she thought she saw an issue. I was wowed by my visit to this PetsMart! I dont visit the area often but will make this my go to PetsMart when I am able!

Petsmart seems to always be a cheerful place. Maybe it is just me, but I just really enjoy looking at all the reptiles and fish. All the tanks are always clean and the inhabitants all look well fed. Im sure I will end up with another pet soon.

Its a nice place to buy you pet food. It is a little high priced but, I guess that is what you can expect nowadays. The people are nice that work there too.

We adopted an adorable rescue dog at this PetSmart today! The people we adopted sweet little Blueberry from- Luv4K9s- were so nice, & answered all of our questions. Great experience! Were so happy & proud to be Blues new Daddy & Mommy!!!😊❤🐶

Great selection of pet supplies. Groomers on site and dog training available. However, prices are exceptionally high and store is grossly understaffed. They DO NOT offer any discount for Police, Fire or Military which I find to be in pretty poor taste considering the prices they charge..

Found an employee stocking who was able to show me where the items I was looking for, and he checked back stock for me as none was on the floor. He was very friendly and helpful. Would go back to this store.

Aqauriast review. Avaliable products range widely which is nice. Not over priced for food and Chem.The problem is the tanks are disgusting.I went to the Beavercreek location on Saturday to look at fish. Everyone of them were cloudy front to back. Presentation was awful being covered in already. It was 3 hours after they opened and in one tank alone I saw 10 floaters. Which is more than likely killing/infecting other fish.If your serious about having an aquarium go to petland or a legitimate aquarium store.Also there is a lady who works register. Blonde/silver hair...avoid her at all cost. She is always in a bad mood and treats you disrespectivly.She is always working the first register, has glasses, and is a more older lady in maybe her mid to late 40s. AVOID AT ALL COST! Rest of the staff is quite kind.

It was great. Loved the staff, everyone is very polite. They had a high variety of food items. I just wish that they had more of a selection when it came too carriers. The one I have is great though and it wasnt an arm and a leg to buy. Over all experience was nice though.

I had an appointment today at 2 with Lindsey they called and said I could come 1230 when I got there they said they needed paperwork which they never mentioned in the 20 texts that were sent to me or when I was called or called them they would not let me come back with the paperwork at my original appointment time at 2 and were completely unprofessional! Don’t waste your money or your time when there are way more professional places for cheaper

To be honest when I walked in the store I was not created nor smile. Or anything I walked around the aquarium section the reptile section and the bird and guinea pig section and no one was helping me a manager and 5 to 3 people passed by me looked at me and did not say anything or help me. As I was walking in one of the aisles a lady greeted someone that had a dog and helped her out for dog toys then two other people but not have a dog did not say anything or greeted them I have been to a lot of PetSmart and theyre always the same they never help they never care about the customers they only care about if the dog is getting groomed or getting expensive dog food for what I can tell for my experiences I wish they would fix the customer service.Published 3.18.21

The employees are not very knowledgeable about reptile supplies.. they dont take care of their feeder insects properly.. also the live reptile cages could use a good cleaning.. if youre going to sell reptile supplies and reptiles you should maybe have somebody with knowledge working there.. every other departments awesome though

Its hit or miss with service here. Some days its awesome! Others, its as if youre a zombie and no one wants near you hiding behind merchandise or a register.Crickets are always low too. Mondays are their short days meaning, youre lucky if they have any after 4pm.We also purchased a bearded dragon for our son from here that has dwarfism from too much breeding. Poor dudes jaw doesnt sit right and hes maybe as long as my forearm at a year and a half old. While the other beardie we purchased the same day from the same container for our other son is twice his size.Overall, its not terrible but the over breeding could stop for sure. Its just sad. Luckily, he has a home with us.

The tags they have are great quality. With many different styles to choose from very customizable. The store offers a great variety of different treats and foods and beds and pretty much anything you can think of for a dog. They also have fish stuff and aquarium tanks. They also sell crickets if you need to get some. I sell some reptiles. I do not recommend going to the groomers there they are not friendly but rating the store it is fantastic. They also offer pet training inside the store which is a great thing to have if youre having difficulty with your pet. They match certain places on pricing so be on the lookout for better pricing. Also they have online ordering and you just go and pick it up which is very nice if youre in a rush . They also have dog poop bags outside their store in case your dog goes outside.

I would give no stars if I could. I went in looking to adopt a kitten because I have been looking for a one and a friend told me that she went in and walked out with 2 kittens the same day. So that was my thought when I drive over an hour to their store. I was made to fill out an application which is fine. I was told by two different staff memebers that they would get back with me same day. So I stayed in town and went back 2 hours later. I was then told that it would be at least 24 hours and that my application was being looked over. They would give me a call the next day. Okay. So the next day I called that store to check the status of my application, because I had yet to hear anything. This is when I am told that there is no way for them to know the status of my application and that the humane society I applied through would contact me. Yet again being told something completely different than before. I don’t understand how this company can want these animals to go to good loving homes and then make it more than difficult for their customers. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but I fell in love with this little kitten and went out and bought the stuff to have a home ready for her, and now I am completely left in the dark as to where to even go from here. Very disappointing.

Disappointed about adoption center. I like one kitten in online. I call pet smart and employee say that they have this kitten. I asked them to hold for me this kitten. I spent 2 hours driving. When I came somebody adapt this kitten already. I think it’s not nice to do like that.

My go to place for pet food and supplies. They have a great selection of products. They also offer a price match, matching the lowest prices of any other store or website, including their own, although depending on the employee checking you out, you may be nit-picked to get it.

Brought my 4 month old puppy to socialize and to get a new harness and the staff there fawned all over her. So I could go clean up where she piddled as I was putting her in a cart (and not have to worry about her trying to jump out of the cart and getting hurt while I did), one their employees babysat her a few minutes. I really appreciated that. That is great customer service.

Clean store. Clearly marked prices. Floors have markers for social distancing and direction of customer traffic while shopping. Employees wear face masks.

I had trouble locating the product the signs above the aisles were inaccurate and somewhat confusing the way they were worded. When I finally located the product I went to purchase I realized it cost 3x more in the store than the price online. I was so disappointed with PetSmart I ordered my product from chewy.com and I dont think I will use their website or visit the store again for anything.

It was hard to find some of the sale items, but we went at the end of the weekend. All in all, we got everything we were hoping to get, so pretty good. We bought a fish, tank, rocks, plants and some other aquarium needs.

Overall a great place to buy pet supplies they are pet friendly so you can bring your dog but it is not the best place to find pets if youre looking for a pet they have a very limited selection of animals for sale

Pet smart supplies a very large selection of animal supplies. From reptiles to dogs they have everything. I shop here for all my pets needs. The staff here was very friendly and I was asked if I needed help looking for something multiple times. The floors were very clean unlike others were people dont pick up their pets waste. 10/10 😊

I like this place, and its great when you need something specific or RIGHT NOW. But the prices are way too high. The same 40 gallon Tetra air pump that Petsmart sells for $30 is $10.19 on Amazon. And I really dont like buying from Amazon.

I went to PetSmart to get medication for a small cut on my dogs paw. Very helpful staff answered my questions and then she referred me to the vet clinic on site when my questions became to medical. The clinic staff was helpful as well. Telling me exactly what to get.They also had some really nice looking kittens looking for a home.
