I used to cringe when I had to go in to this UPS to return something from Amazon. Today I went in with a rather challenging return and immediately noticed a different vibe. They were smiling, nice and eager to help. I knew something was different. They mentioned the ownership had changed. IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS because they went above and beyond to ensure my return was completed properly. Im so glad that I dont have to dread walking in there ever again. BRAVO to a new beginning and new customer oriented culture!

Had one of the craziest experiences of my life here and wanted to warn others that one of the managers who works here is mentally unhinged. My wife went in to try and ship a set of air pods (small package worth about $200) at the most basic speed with insurance. The person she dealt with was the manager. He initially rang her up for $175. When she told him that was unacceptable he rang her up for $75. Assuming that the high cost was for insurance, she paid and left. When she arrived home and looked at the email receipt, she realized the manager had charged her for second day air. We called the store back within 30 minutes of dropping the package off to inform them that they had overcharged us. A different employee answered and told us there was nothing that could be done as the package had already been picked up from the store (this turned out to be a lie). We then requested to talk to the manager. He got on the phone and was extremely short with us, told us to bring our credit card into the store, then hung up on us. When we arrived at the store he had us swipe our card and then handed us our package back without saying anything. Confused, we asked if we could still ship the package basic ground like we originally wanted. This is when the manager lost it. He started shaking and told us to get out of his store. We said we didnt understand as we had been calm and polite the whole time. He told us we didnt need to understand, we just needed to get out of his store before he called the cops. At this point we were getting glances from the other employees there as his behavior clearly made them uncomfortable. We again asked him politely if we could send our package still as we had made 2 trips to the store at this point. Without saying anything he pulled his phone out, walked to the back and proceeded to call the police on us. We were so shocked by this crazy, erratic behavior that we left not knowing what to do. We just figured everyone else should be made aware that this store clearly has a culture of deceit as we were lied to by more than one employee there. Will not be using that store anymore.

Great UPS Store with wonderful staff in Beavercreek, Ohio. I been going there to drop off UPS shipments for my office and other shipments for a few years now. Clean and nice location in Beavercreek, Ohio close to Krogers. No bad issues at this UPS Store at all.

I had a box with this store for 3 years and I was absolutely thrilled with the level of customer service. I got the box while I was living in California and was set to move to Beavercreek where I would be started a business. I opened the box all the way in California and the process was easy and smooth. For three years this team has treated me and my small business very well, receiving a few hundred packages (many of which were quite large) and never made a fuss. Always helpful and friendly, they were just all around a great store.Only reason Im leaving this UPS is because I moved elsewhere in town and its 30 minutes roundtrip extra versus my new location. Otherwise id never have left.I highly recommend this UPS store if youre looking for a box, especially as a small business. This store is convenient and provides prompt professional service. The manager also works with local businesses and really understands our challenges and trouble. Case study: July 2020. The entire crew helped me package a check for overnight delivery late on a Friday evening. When I reached home and double checked on the original request, I discovered I had been scammed by a very convincing e-mail message! I called and the UPS store held my shipment. I returned to the store and retrieved the check and the store cancelled the shipment. This saved our organization a significant sum of savings that would have been lost to this scam. The store went out of their way to provide polite and excellent service with both the shipping request and cancellation. This turned what was a embarrassing situation into a great experience. This place is FANTASTIC!!! I cannot say enough good about it but I will try. The location is great, the store is very clean and organized and supplies are always stocked. No matter what time of the day I come in, I am ALWAYS pleasantly greeted right away and if they are busy, they make sure to let me know they will be right with me. They are professional yet very personable. This is something I feel is missing from other types of places that provide the same services. I have called upon the store MANY times for lots of things I needed and have never been disappointed. I make copies, I do lots of faxes, I have mailed many packages and I am considering getting a P.O. Box because unlike the Post Office, UPS provides an actual street number which is really a nice option. I think you would be surprised at all the services they provide and you may not even know unless you check them out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do this. From the exceptional staff and services, you will find it is the perfect place to do so many of the daily tasks you need to do with ease. They will help you do this in a more pleasant way and get you going on your way!! :)

Excellent service every time I walk in the door! Consistently greeted with a hello and how can we help you. As a manager in my day job, I especially recognize how great of employees they are. The staff members always remind me of their additional services and never seem bothered by questions or that I forgot to put tape on my package. They truly seem happy to help and I always trust my package is handled properly. I consistently take my business to this location as they make a typically not so fun errand more enjoyable.

Everyone that works at the store are extremely friendly helpful and are always there for me. I was in today and had a problem with my printer at home I was unable to print a shipping label to send a package back but Kelly the owner of the store was able to access that information through my email on my phone so that I could get that package sent back today. That’s just one example of how wonderful this team is!

I stopped in on Halloween to ship a package. I was greeted with a hello upon entering the door. I needed to print a shipping label before shipping and I was quickly assisted by a lovely and helpful employee who helped me print my shipping label from my flash drive. Thanks again to wonder woman and the rest of the staff at the UPS Store!

We dropped off an Amazon return. The woman that helped us was nice.There was an older man there that was rude and hateful. He kept making comments -“is it 6:59 yet!?! Better yet 7:01?!?When the lady asked what we needed help with, we said “we have an Amazon return”. The spoke up and said “of course you do! Just like EVERYBODY else!”I just thought it was inappropriate to be making in front of the customers!I don’t like going to the UPS on Feedwire but - I might have to start making that trip-ugh.

Shipping gifts here is more pricy than usps, but at least they can guarantee its going to arrive by Christmas. And they pack it too.

I stopped in during a business trip and the staff was very helpful with shipping an overnight package. They were quick and courteous. If you are in town I recommend using this UPS store for any shipping or business needs!

Not sure who the older guy is but will try to talk you into having everything repacked because he doesnt feel comfortable with it. Dont do it, you want to buy a service just go for it, if he isnt comfortable with you being charged less money so you can get a package there that still was destroyed after paying 60$ and it taking longer then go somewhere else. They also have given me zero information on the claim I sent in weeks ago so I get to go have the most fun conversation with them about that this week. Will update on store behavior after Im done.

This store is the very best of the UPS stores. I walked in today with two lamps to be returned to Amazon - each to be packed with original packing in a larger box - and then those large boxes packed within yet a bigger box. This store did that packing for me - and I always get exceptional service at this store - this should be your first choice for a UPS store - or for any packaging job that you may have - definitely 5 stars - thanks, guys!

I was not having a great experience in figuring out how to properly get my shipment sent out, UNTIL Kelly and Marty (forgive me if I misspelled that) jumped in the next day. They went above and beyond: finding and holding my package from shipping until I could get there and getting it properly re-labeled, so that my return would process correctly. I will definitely use this location again, based almost entirely on the strength of their customer service!

I went to ship a guitar from Ohio to Idaho. I went to the UPS store because they said they have guitar boxes. The first price they quoted me was over $500. They were able to get get the cost down to $280. Are you kidding me!!!!! I can fly there and hand deliver it for that price. I would not trust these people, they are absolute crooks!!!!

Kudos to whoever does the hiring. When I brought in my return item, the lady that worked there (I wish I remembered her name) was super helpful. She carried one of the two packages I brought it, she was very thorough and quick. Other representatives were very professional when I overheard them talking to other customers.

Avoid this place! I called to get a price over the phone, but they said they couldnt do it even though I had the dimensions of the box and weight of the item, even the address. I then asked if they had boxes I could purchase to ship my item and the answer was yes, when I asked for a price, the said they had a packing service that would cost $30. I decided to drive down and get a quote for shipping only, after I had packed my own box. The young man took the shipping address and quoted me $51 to ship. I quickly responded that was too much, then he said he could do it for $35. Now I was puzzled because I had asked for the cheapest price and was given a quote only to be given a new lower price. I rejected the second price and was informed that maybe his boss could do something better. Moral of the story, these guys are not moral. I went to the post office and got the same delivery date for $16. Never again UPS store, you are crooked.

This UPS is awesome!!! They allowed me to come in 15 minutes after closing and helped me with my return. Also one of their young workers helped me carry in my huge heavy box inside from my car. They were so sweet and kind at this UPS location.

Ive been to this location twice and both times I had fantastic experiences. The first time I was unable to ship with UPS because of logistical issues on my end but they let me keep a small piece of bubble wrap even though I had to go to one of their competitors (by no fault of theirs). The second time I went in to purchase a box but couldnt because theyre unable to take credit cards for purchases under $10. They went out of their way to give me a scrap box that fit my needs even though I wouldnt be buying or shipping anything. In short, theyre a fantastic, local company where the employees care and do their best to help out even when youre not spending money with them. Will absolutely be returning.

Lol $80 to ship a package less than three pounds and the size of a cellphone. Was told this was my cheapest option. I absolutely love this store and all of the staff. They have helped me find the quickest way to get a package somewhere, the cheapest way to ship a gift, notarize paperwork, get stamps and pick out cute new pop sockets for my kids. It’s a super convenient location. I love when the Girl Scouts decorate their windows for the holidays. I prefer going here over the post office and fedex 1000%. I couldn’t recommend a better place or friendlier staff.

Terrible comment from the older gentleman working the desk there. I made the comment that it is expensive to buy their box there when I have the amazon box my product came in, so it is highway robbery. The staff are always fast and friendly. Every couple months I typically go by with some kind of return and Im always in, greeted with a smile and hello, and out, in record time.

I love that the store is such a part of the community. Today I went in to purchase a large box for Operation Christmas Child collections, and was generously gifted one instead. I always see flyers and signs promoting local events, and it makes me feel like the company, its franchise owner, and all the employees really care about whats going on in our little town.

I just finished a discussion with a representative from store 3397. Totally rude, I’ll mannered and needs to be removed from answering the telephone. I don’t know if he was the owner, manager or an employee but he needs to learn to speak like an adult. I believe customer service at any level should be approached by an employee with the ability to speak properly. I am not a child, i am a 54 year old women who doesn’t appreciate the being spoken to in the manner the person spoke with me. Take note... to the man with the anger management issue.

Ive known the owner of this store for many years, and can vouch for his integrity and the pride he takes in his work. After visiting his store for some notary work as well as a shipment to Australia today, he was efficient and accurate with his shipping advice, and offered it all at a fair price. Now if he could only learn to play golf as well, hed be set. Thanks for the quality service Kelly, and as always, it was wonderful to see you.

Very helpful and pleasant employees. However, I do NOT recommend you ask them to scan and email something to you. I had two things notarized which cost $6 each, which is a reasonable price. I asked them to scan and email the documents to me, and it remarkably cost $15 ($13 to scan 10 pages, and $2 for two minutes of internet time for them to email it to me). Had I known the ridiculous price to scan, I wouldnt have had them do it. I found out when I went to check out and was expected a total cost of $16 and was shocked to see it was $30.

I work with Shoes4theShoeless and we were packing two big trucks to send to TX for hurricane relief. I stopped and asked the store manager, Kelly, if he could donate some boxes. He was unable to donate new boxes, but he collected a HUGE stack of terrific, large, lightly used boxes and had them all stacked up for me to come pick up. I appreciated his help and donation!

I brought to The UPS Store in Beavercreek, Ohio 4 large shoe boxes full of letters my grandparents wrote to each other while my grandfather served in WWII. They listened to what I wanted and they came up with a plan. I had them scan the letters and format the files so they were sorted by the dates they were written. They did each one which totaled 1,359 letters. This preserved a little bit of our familys history. They did a great job and its much appreciated!

The owner of the store engages in deceptive practices to include pricing and shipping options. Several years ago, he took an expensive aircraft part out of its original crate and, on his own accord and without informing us, repackaged it in cardboard and styrofoam resulting in the turbine blades cutting through the box and extensive damage to the part at a considerable loss to us. We neither consented to this nor were we informed this would be done prior to shipping. Last year, we were quoted $550 for shipping 3 medium value items via a slow shipping method to later discover we were overcharged by his store by $400. During the shipping process he took a knife and cut open the package that was sealed for shipping claiming that he needed to verify it’s value. This item was a component to a bigger piece of equipment , one we are sure the owner would have no knowledge of the specific value. We took a photo of him cutting into our package. Dropping off at the UPS shipping depot would have saved us a fortune. Yesterday we attempted to ship a mid dollar value item and we were quoted $236 for 3 day shipping. We opted to ship from the Obetz UPS and were charged $87 for the 2 day insured shipping and 3 day would have cost $60 vs $236 quoted at this store and this quite came after several lies from the owner.Sadly, the laws that cover the carriers are archaic and consumers have little if no recourse. Save yourself the time, money and horrifically condescending customer service from the owner Kelley and take your business elsewhere. Also take note of the owner’s snarkyand childish responses to all of the negative reviews about his substandard customer service. I am sure that UPS corporate would be interested in knowing a retail store bearing their name is owned by a scam artist.
