Five stars for a cheap gas!!!The prices are always cheaper than the other places around. Cashiers are always nice. The place is very clean. I really appreciate cashiers calling out on people who aren’t wearing a mask.

I gave $10 for a $7 car wash. First, I was not given my three dollars change. Second, the car wash spritzed a tiny bit of soap and water on the sides of my car, not even getting half of the car wet, and then the car wash stopped, the doors opened, and it instructed me to exit. The manager refused to refund my money or give me another car wash. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend them!Update: after waiting 10 minutes and insisting to speak to the manager again, they finally gave me a repeat car wash, but still would not give me my $3 change.

This BP station at 2835 N Fairfield is poorly maintained. On two separate occasions, theyve had extremely slow or non-functioning pumps. The incident that prompted this review is today, April 15, 2018. I offered to help a family in need of help with gas. After experiencing extreme slow pumping on pump 7, managing to pump $0.06 worth, and then a 2nd attempt where the pump shut down completely, I had the family move to another pump. At this pump, I was able to pump several gallons for them. I then pulled my own vehicle up to another pump, #4, tried to pump and that pump went haywire, shutting down in the middle of the transaction twice. I went in to talk to the attendant, explaining what was happening, and he told me to call my bank, because their pumps are fine and they sell to hundreds of customers per day. Instead of listening to the details of what was happening, the arrogant cashier blew me off with a youre an idiot smirk and again says call your bank. I left and drove directly to the closest Meijer Gas Station and filled my tank using the exact same card. No problem. I do not know what the problem at the BP station was, but I do know that the cashier on duty today and the ownership clearly care little, if at all, about customer service or the cleanliness of their store. You can also tell a lot about a gas station by how filthy their windshield solvent buckets and squeegees are, if they even bother to fill them. I tried calling the station after filling up at Meijer, to let the cocky cashier know that they must have some pump problem, and their posted number goes to a fax line. This operation is typical of merchants who buy a station or convenience store and clearly care not one bit about service or cleanliness. If you are in the Fairborn / Beavercreek area, save yourself a hassle and drive a little further south or north to the nearest Speedway or anywhere else. BP is incompetent and arrogant as can be on every level. I have personally boycotted their name brand stations since the devastating Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf, and I will continue to do so. Boycott BP if at all possible!

I entered the store to simply buy cigarettes & some cough drops after a long night of work. I walk in to the gentlemen working at 1:50 am on 12/23 yelling on the phone. I tried asking him a question only to be ignored by his shouting, I stood at the counter for 2 minutes listening to him yell and finally I walked out the door. He chases me out to my car saying,Oh Im sorry its just very important so. Are you kidding me? I work in customer service and have NEVER been treated that way. Unacceptable. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
