I rented from Budget in May in Florida and had a great experience, a 10. This time, it was not a good experience at all. The van we received was dirty, stains on seats, was not vacuumed out, the back door hitch was broken, the knobs were broke off the air conditioner controls, there was mud on the inside of the van. The salesperson was not helpful at all. Did not try to help find another van to rent, did not offer any discount or compensation. Basically, take it or leave it. We needed it so we brought it home, washed in, scrubbed the seats, tried to fix the door. It was not the quality I expected or paid for. I have pictures that Id like to send to show you. I was also told I would receive the caregivers discount when I picked up the van and the sales person refused to help me there also.

Tell me one price… charge me 150$ above price. “Oops we can’t refund. Call budget”. Will never use this place to rent a vehicle again.

It was a no-stress rental. I googled Budget + Amazon Benefits and followed the instructions. I should receive a gift card from Amazon which will make my discounted pre-paid price even better. Paid for a Premium car, but was upgraded to a Toyota 4 Runner. Very nice experience.

SKETCHY. Owner was out of town and hired somebody who had zero knowledge of what she was doing. Also this storefront looks like a great place to get robbed... I do not recommend to anyone

When I went to pick up my rental the office was closed and their was a note on the door. I was very upset because I was going out of town. I called the 1800 number and the girl was not helpful at all leaving me more frustrated when I ended the call. I did get a rental the next day but the car was not clean

I paid for additional coverage including roadside assistance. I experienced roadside issues, was told I would get refunded for repair we did. We did not get refunded for the repair and I just got a bill for the roadside assistance. No, Im never using Budget again.

Reservation was for 8am. There was no one in the office and I was stuck waiting outside in 80 degree weather with no cover until a representative drives up 17 minutes past the reservation time.Reading other reviews this seems to be a systemic issue. If it wasn’t the closest location at our hotel we wouldn’t have gone with this place at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I walked 30 min to get here ....only to have to wait out in the heat for another 10 min. I arrived at 8:50am. Needless to say, I was fuming both literally and figuratively by the time I finally got a car. The car was fine, but clearly had not been cleaned...not a big deal to me, but I know this is important to other people. As others have pointed out, the car smelled of smoke, again no big deal, BUT there is a sign on the door saying there is a $250 fee for smoking! Even though it was hot out, I drove around with the windows down trying to air out someone elses smoke so that I didnt get charged for it. I will be planning my trip to Ohio better next time so that I dont have to use this place.

Really need some assistance at this location. Customer service was remarkably bad. I would avoid this location at all costs. It’s a shame. I have always had a good experience with Avis Budget. I travel nearly 50 times a year and this will be my last time using Avis Budget.

We had no issues here. We booked through Costco online the morning of and arrived to pick up our car only an hour later. They were conveniently out of the boring small car we’d reserved, so we paid the same price but got a nice upgrade.Returning the car was easy, too. I parked out front, went inside with our paperwork and the keys and turned it all in at the desk. Only a couple clicks on his computer and he thanked me and said goodbye. We’d definitely consider using them again in the future.

Place is ran by a guy named Moeb. Nice guy. I requested a compact car but they didnt have any available. Moeb rented me a Mustang for the cost of a compact car! Could not be happier with my visit. To top it off, when I returned the car he even bought me a Cinnabon! Great guy and great service! Thanks again Moeb!

Budget is awesome just not this location!!! They are ghetto and have no respect for customers!! Left me waiting for 30 minutes while they cleaned a car and the car was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke, I went back inside told her it was dirty and the car smelled like smoke, her response, so what do you want me to about it? And I have all the reason to believe the review written below was wrote by one of the staffs themselves. Go to a different location or just GO RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Walked in and immediately started walking back out until we saw a small light in the corner. We thought we were getting scammed because of how dark, filthy, and abandoned the building was. I’ve never used a rental so I called twice to verify the requirements needed in order to receive the car (I don’t have a credit card.) Both a female and male employee assured me that all I needed was my debit card I used to reserve the car, and an ID. Turns out the only way I could get the keys was with a credit card on file. The employee working had no answers for any of our questions.Upon leaving, we were told we would be immediately refunded the 75$ taken to reserve the car. Fast forward to today (TWO WEEKS LATER) and still no refund. I called and and they had no intentions of refunding me. They needed multiple confirmation numbers and bank statements in order to get me my money back.If you’re going to rent out a newly abdondoned building I’d suggest at LEAST sweaping the floors and hiring informative employees who know what they’re talking about.When I say this place was dirty I mean their was large dust bunnies traveling in every direction, wrappers, trash, and dirt covered the ground, and the small desk in the back corner was horribly cluttered. We even made a comment about it to the employee working where he replied “we just started renting here.” I’d hate to see the condition of this building months down the road if this is what it’s already gotten to.We ended up using UBER since we were left with no car in a foot of snow. So much cheaper and always a friendly face, I wish I would of taken advantage of them in the first place.

I was told if I wanted to keep past 12 I paid for that day and if I returned it early I’d still be charged so I kept the car past 1 they charged me an extra 67$ the guy at the place I picked up in Beavercreek Ohio was rude and shouldn’t be working with people and I didn’t have that extra money on my card I will never go through budget car rental again worst service ever.
