Golden Corral is not bad at all unless you are on a diet! This GC has nice staff and the tables are normally clean in a hurry due to the number of people that come through. So weekends can be very busy.

Golden Corral located near the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek is one of the better locations in the region. There is always a massive selection of hot and fresh food. I particularly enjoy weekend brunch where you can get waffles and made to order Omelettes as well a steak cooked as you like.

All you can eats concept that really makes you come over and over. From the fresh fruit, shrimps, halal and non halal foods, everything is nice. The staffs are friendly tho.

Who doesnt like a good buffet? Always a good selection of food, waddle out the door every time. If I were to comment negatively about one food item, it would be the steak. It was cooked exactly how I like (medium rare), but the meat seems grisly. I guess Im spoiled by ribeye! The hostess that took our money was very pleasant and our waitress did a wonderful job.

Good food except the veggies seem to never have any seasoning. The wait staff is excellent and is always there every time I needed a refill or plate taken away. The only reason I have them 4 stars instead of 5 is the bathrooms and the veggies. How is everything non touch except the sink? Oh well see yall again next time....

This was the best Golden Corral ever but apparently they are gone for good! -as of 11-18. Such a shame they (corporate I think) pulled the plug. Dayton mall private owner franchise never reopened either. Miller Lane -different franchise owner- is only one close still open. Why oh why!!The staff at Beavercreek was THE BEST!Sad corporate wouldnt hang in there and weather it out! I will forever blame them!!Mess with my food esp buffets and I get really mean.

They always have more than enough really good food prepared well to make up for the dishes that are overcooked (they tend to cook veggies and pasta to soggy mush, and I greatly prefer my veggies and pasta to be cooked al dente). I always get full long before I eat some of everything I want to have, and then I remember they have some great desserts Im at risk of not getting to eat because Im so stuffed. I love their carrot cake! In my opinion, their fried chicken is better than KFCs, Popeyes or Lees, but someone seems to take all the wings before I get to the tray of fried chicken. They usually have several selections of fresh fruit with as many options of canned fruit.For my sons high school graduation, I reserved one of the private party rooms. We had family come in from out of several different states, so it was nice to have a place everyone could gather to eat whatever they wanted. A large buffet with a multitude of available options made it easy for many family and friends to stick to their different diets. It was nice to be allowed to hang some decorations and hang out 4-5 hours as guests came in, ate and visited, including being able to move some tables to open up a corner so the little kids could play on the floor with toys we took. We were allowed to take in our own cake decorated for the occasion, which, despite the dessert buffet having a wide selection, still was nice to be permitted to do.Ive been to a handful of other events for my extended family held at Golden Corral restaurants over the years, and its always a comfortable, relaxed setting with decent privacy in the party rooms. For me, its a whole lot easier than having to rearrange the garage, rent a canopy tent, tables and chairs, and spend days preparing food and drinks when I dont know if well have 20 or 50 adults show up. And Golden Corrals servers usually do a good job getting drinks, refills, cleaning up used plates, replacing silverware that was taken with plates, and otherwise making sure everyone is happy.Its not my favorite place to dine out. I would not say I love it. But, I do always like Golden Corral whenever we eat at one of their restaurants.

I am so happy and thankful that they allowed me to host my daughters and my husbands birthday party in their party room. I also like how they have the line set up to get food. Its keeping everyone safer, and it also creates a sense of order when getting food. The food was tasty and the service was outstanding!

Golden Corral is the perfect place to meet up with your WHOLE family! Everyone eats alot, there is space to be comfy in. Its just fun!

The two stars are for the friendly staff. It was expensive for the amount of choices that they had. I had the meatloaf which was good, a little cold unfortunately.. We wont be going back and to save you a trip its not worth going.

A little slower that before covid but they still have it under control and running well. They also had a person cleaning and sanitizing the whole time . All in all, we had a good experience. Stop the madness and youll get another 🌟.

Fried shrimp were big clean and deliciously battered not too thick not too thin. Brussel sprouts perfectly packed with flavor and succulent texture. My girlfriend started with a salad with fresh spinach, big green leaves of spinach. Onions that had to have been just cut. The chocolate chess pie was popular and rightly so. A chocolate fans little slice of something nice. The strawberries were skewered for the chocolate fountain. Everything was stocked full and fresh. The staff was attentive and kind. Two people and a two-year old for approximately $40.

Great staff, great food. I only would like to say you need more sugar free and no added sugar deserts options. I am getting tired of the one berry pie and it is not very good, as it has very little berries in it. And one kind of cake and jello. Those of us who needs to watch their sugar intake still like better desert options. It is so hard to walk past all the wonderfully delicious deserts and then we have a mire 3 things to choose from.. But the main courses and salad bar and all, is excellent!

I visit this nice place quite a bit! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this spot frequently. The cooking is very good, the staff members are helpful and the charge is decent. I enjoy being in this restaurant over a rich supper.

If youre not sure what you want to eat, a buffet is the place to choose so that you can try a little of everything. One of the other good things, as if you dont like what you got, you can try something else. That being said, goldencorral is just that. A place you can go and try a little of this nut, if you dont like it try something different. The food is good, but of course not as good as a specialty restaurant. The one thing I have found out each time Ive gone there is that no matter how great the steak smells, it truly is lacking and seasoning. The cut of the meat is not the best for a tender steak as well. But again, that isnt the only thing there. If youre looking for a salad, that is definitely the place to go, as the salad bar portion is always fully stocked with fresh vegetables and a variety of toppings. Then of course theres the dessert bar. If you go, definitely try out their bread pudding and if you want to give it another little kick add just a little bit of whipped cream on top.

Its family friendly. The staff do their absolute best to make your experience worthwhile. Its nicely lit. The food is in point. I definitely say try the popcorn shrimp, fried fish, and the sweet potatoes. OMG so good. Like I recommend it 100%

Ate here for lunch recently. The food was warm and I am always on the look out for old food or bugs at a buffet but the food was fresh and it was bug free. The waitress was nice and gathered our plates quick and refilled our drinks even quicker. Staff was friendly and they have the best banana pudding on the planet! Overall great experience and I will return!

This Golden Corral is one of the best Ive been to. Only negative is that the seating area is smaller than other locations so it can feel a little cramped. The food is mostly good. Very few times have I taken an item and thought that it was subpar. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Drinks rarely go empty and used dishes are cleared quickly.

Well if you like your food warm over hot water then knock yourself out.They might do social distancing but they can or dont check food temperatures!

I love the Golden Vorral Buffet. There are always a wide selection of items and this months special with a big assortment of BBQ ribs was great. The servers are on top of things so the hot sides are always hot and the salad bar is fresh. The waitresses ate so friendly and helpful. Try it out...you wont be disappointed!

Had a birthday party with 25 people. Was able to reserve party room. The 2 servers, Amy and Fez, were wonderful! Never had to wait on drink refills or for dirty dishes to be cleaned. Food was hot and tasted good. Great place for a larger group to eat. There is something for everyone!

Everything I got from the buffet with exception for the fried chicken was cold. The booths were filthy. The bathrooms were also filthy. Didnt get a plate of food down before I had to hit the bathroom. I had to clean the toilet because it was so disgusting I was scared to touch it, trash all over the uncleaned floors. I was very disappointed. I wont take my family back there.

As far as my taste goes, some items on the menu are good, while other items are fantastic! On my last visit it got very busy, but the staff did an excellent job on replenishing the food and the clean dishes! I didnt have to wait on either!

This is, by far, the best GC I have ever been to. The place is clean, the steak is tender and our server was excellent. She kept our drinks full and her tables bussed and clean. We had a great visit and we will definitely be making the extra drive to go this to location over others.Management: I dont know what you need to do to keep Haley around, but you better figure it out because shes a worker and we were certainly impressed with her skill and work ethic.

First time at a Golden Corral. I admit I was a little hesitant to go, because the buffet experience scares me. My fears of a unsanitary experience were lifted upon entrance. Very clean inside, all the buffet islands were very clean. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. First buffet experience was excellent. Thanks Golden Corral!

Had a great lunch with my mother and aunt. Good was hot and fresh. Bourbon chicken was on point as usual as was the meatloaf. Restuarant was clean and our server was friendly and had our drink refills as soon as we was about 3/4 empty. Will definitely return to this location on future visits to my mothers!

A pretty good place to dine with friends family with an economical price that fits most family budgets. The selection is a wide variety of American favorites, and also a Mexican bar of southern cuisine with seafood sprinkled throughout the spread. There is also a bakery setting with all the delights of your hearts desires when it comes to your sweet tooth.

This place is okay, but i recommend going at lunch when most of the food is fresh. The food stays under the heatlamps a little too long.

Full disclosure - I feel like the quality of all Golden Corrals have gone down. It seems like they charge a lot for what you get - I know its all you can eat but when Im paying more than $25 bucks a person for food that isnt anywhere near fine dining or gourmet, I wonder what Im really paying for. Also, a lot of the food is just okay. Yes, their variety is absolutely their best feature and I do like having so many options on my plate. And their rolls are delicious!

Great food, kitchen staff will plate your food as you go down the buffet line. Servers will get your drink and other needs.

Managers are always polite and friendly. Bathroom is normally very clean. Newly renovated, new menu items, new plates and silverware. Love the new atmosphere! We will continue to eat here with our family and friends. Hardly ever a wait, even on busy days.

Never fails...have had repeated problems with steak chefs, they are very reluctant to give you a nice size piece of steak....also most dont speak English so its hard to tell them what you want. Every time for med.well...they say come back in 10 to 20 minutes...come back. And. They say come back later for med well...always has bloody very rare all the time. Great restaurant...very bad steak chefs !! , they need to to this problem fast !!

Just a calorie haven. Get a small salad, one of the meat entree and pasta and go to the desert table. Clean and excellent service but food is so-so. Nothing stood out tastewise and that was expected. I would go once a year to spurge. Wings were tough, bread had a weird taste, coconut cream pie lacked coconut, salad greens were iceberg lettuce, theres more but you decide.

The food was very fresh. When I got the steak it was the correct doneness and was tender. The waitress was always checking to see if I needed anything and was everything to my liking. The cashier was courteous and friendly. All in all it was a pleasant experience and the next time Im in the area I will visit this restaurant again.

Its Golden Corral, its not a fancy restaurant that you expect perfection... It would be nice if the grill master knew how to cook a steak properly, and not burn everyone of them. Yeast rolls are awesome, but we miss the old honey butter, and the new honey margarine is horrible.

I miss these places and am so thankful that I found this one still open.

I give this a try to start going to corral and beavercreek at 3 and 1/2 star The foods about 80%, good to excellent 20% needs approved on theres steaks are sometimes fat too fat and grizzly and some of their desserts need to be attended to a little better.

Food was horrible, cold, hard everything was nasty! Multiple people were at the bar complaining. No matter what we got it was cold.

The place was well kept and the food was pretty good. Id say for the price if youre looking to eat a variety of foods its a great place to go.

Great experience! Went in pretty early in the day and all of the food was fresh and delicious. The waitstaff checked on me every so often and brought refills without me needing to ask. The restaurant was very clean and well kept and everyone was very friendly.

Food tastes better than the one in Vandalia thats for sure. Food was good until we found a nat between the prongs on my husbands fork. We think it came from the utensil bag but not 100% sure.

The food was pretty fresh. Its always crowded and sometimes people forget their manners at home. But our server was nice. Good luck if you need to ask a question of someone behind the food counters. They hardly look at you, let alone engage with their customers.

I took my mom to Golden Corral for Thanksgiving. It was extremely crowded with a line going out the door and down the sidewalk. Even though they were very busy the staff were all still courteous. They all still smiled at us. The food was great. I watched a manager ask a woman who was eating alone if they could sit another lady was also alone at her table... It was actually very sweet to see. Two people that would have been alone on this holiday both had conversation and company.

Overall great food selection. Staff members check in on you often and theyre nice to. Some might take longer depending how busy it is.

I dont know why, but it always seems like the employees cooking at the grill dont want to give you steak! I saw the guy working send many people away every time I walked by...even if they asked for rare! I think we wont be back, just doesnt feel good to spend my money here.

I only give it 2 starts because I only go for breakfast. Its and expensive place to go for dinner. Its about $20 for 2 for breakfast but is closer to$40 for dinner. The food is ok for the most part but always colder then I would like and I dont care for the wings they show on their commercials. Stakes are decent and cut to order as they are always on the grill. Its a good place if you want some comfort food. But for the price I would rather good to a steakhouse.

Food quality varies wildly. Have had issues with cooks doing highly unsanitary things like using raw chicken tongs to serve ready to eat steak. The servers are decent and the manager took care of that previous tong issue from what Ive seen. So it kinda depends on what kinda service youll get.
