Technicians were very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were on time. I received a text with the name of the tech and his picture prior to his arrival. I especially appreciated they wore a laminated copy of their Covid vaccination card and offered to mask up! A great job and great staff. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service. We also had our kitchen and bathroom ceramic floor tiles cleaned.The technician was prompt, answered all questions, took his time and carefully cleaned all areas. The tech also suggested services that would benefit the longevity of our carpets and tile. Always a pleasure having our floors serviced by Stanley Steemer!

I had our tile and grout cleaned. It did not look very good. The grout was very spotty. When I ordered the service the salesman indicated that the grout lines would be scrubbed first and everything would then be steam cleaned and rinsed. This did not happen. Only received the steam cleaning. The grout lines came out looking very spotty. They were clean for an inch or two and then dirty for an inch or two. Our cleaning lady cleaned the grout lines by hand the next day with great success. My mistake was thinking a professional cleaning company could actually do a better job. I do not recommend you waste money on tile and grout cleaning with this company.

Our carpet cleaning team arrived promptly. They were polite, courteous and professional. We did a walk through of all the areas that needed to be cleaned and my expectations were met. They moved furniture as requested (no beds). I was provided with instruction on when we could walk on the carpet and the best way to facilitate drying. The cleaning was thorough snd was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with the experience.

I had my air ducts cleaned. David and Jeff did a fantastic job! They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable, and informed me of what they were doing throughout the process. Stanley Steamer was so quick with our carpet cleaning! Deeply appreciate their service after our first floor had flooded and covered everything with toilet water. Their water extraction team came the day of our emergency and our carpet cleaning service a few days later. Cannot recommend their quick and professional service enough. My Crew Kahlil and Anthony did an awesome job cleaning my carpet and my love seat. Moved all my furniture and got my house together and smelling great again. The guys were awesome and we polite and fast. But after they left I went my basement to find dust and dirt all over everything and the floor. My son uses this as his gaming area and just moving in we have a lot of open boxes as we found we needed things. Im so busy I have not had time to vacum up the mess plus we have dust allergies. I guess I figured that would be part of their clean up. Otherwise we were very pleased with the work and outcome.

They were quick, polite, even wore booties when I requested since we have new carpet. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job!

Appointment time frame was between 8:00 AM - Noon. Rec’d a call at 8:03 AM advising the carpet cleaning technician was on his way & he arrived at approximately 8:30. He introduced himself (Nathan), went over the work order with me & started work immediately. Nathan, was friendly, courteous & very professional. I’m very pleased with the work - job well done! The couch was not moved, so the carpet behind my couch was not cleaned. That area is still soiled. There were also spots missed. I would appreciate a different technician to return to complete the job, or a refund so I can pay someone else. Stanley cleaned out our air ducts and furnace. Other companies are either overpriced, or they change the price at last minute, and also take weeks to schedule. S.S gave a next day appointment and offered more services at a better price. Bought a new house where the prior owner had a large dog.They barely spent 10 minutes cleaning the carpets. Left them soaking wet, and said they would be dry by the evening. Took two days plus fans to have it dry. Also left large mats of fur in the corners. Will NOT be using them again.

Was happy with the actual cleaning of the air ducts. Was a little disappointed that king size bed was moved but not moved back. Also they left a roll of air duct tape in the laundry room.

Nathan was effective in removing stains and odors from our pet. Our carpet is old but he managed to bring it back to life. He did a great job.

I was dogsitting my sisters young dog. She soiled my carpet in two rooms! It was not pretty even though I cleaned up. I called Stanley Steemer and they came out the same day. Did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them.

The cleaning was done quicker (less than 45 minutes) than in the past. Also, the workers did not use shoe coverings. I’m not sure if they raked the carpet, either. Finally, there was excess water on the non-carpeted floor that wasn’t wiped up. We were also not offered any future services.We’ve used your service since we moved to Beavercreek in 2012 and this was not the best service we have received.

Nathan did a fantastic job on our hardwood floor after we pulled up carpet and found yucky residue. It’s perfect now and looks great!

We had our air ducts cleaned. Darin and Lance did a great job and were very professional and polite. We moved into the house a few months ago and unsure when the last time they were cleaned. Lance showed me pictures of before (very dirty) and after and the ducts were perfectly cleaned. I recommend this team and company for air duct cleaning.

I had my ducts cleaned by Stanley Steemer. They did an amazing job, took their time and did it right! Both men were very nice and professional and showed me a video of the nasty build-up in my vents and the cleaning process. It was amazing to watch and so glad that I chose Stanley Steemer for the job!

My dog had used the restroom by my front door and then tracked it through my living room. I do have a carpet cleaner but it’s a cheap one with the bristles that basically just smears into your carpet. I was calling everywhere no one could get me in for a week.Stanley Steemer an Beavercreek Ohio came that day. cleaned my living room floor got everything out and deodorized. I was very pleased it was a little pricey 131 dollars but in an emergency like that call Stanley steamer thank you Stanley steamers .

The cleaning person did not bring my spot cleaner as promised & I had to pay before my products were delivered. Had to call home office to report the cleaning person so my spot cleaning could be delivered to my house.

They showed up 40 minutes late. They left black spots on the tile flooring. That was the reason why they were paid to clean the tile. The spots will scratch off with your finger nail. Not too difficult to remove them. The carpet still has a spot that they said they used spot remover on. Guess they didnt try very hard. I got it out. Poor service.

Loveseat came clean BUT left water all over my floor in the living room and dining room and charged me for a bottle of stain remover i didnt ask for or needed (suppose to be receiving a refund). i even tipped the guy, but then he left me with the mess. Im not happy with having to clean up

Friendly, two-person team who were very professional, courteous, and all around pleasant. Really kind to military personnel as well, which was nice. Carpet cleaning was done well and achieved very good results. They also took precautions to ensure the hoses and equipment did not damage the walls and doors by using specifically designed barriers. I will definitely use this company again.

Everything is clean, however gate was left opened and I can not chase my dog. It made me unhappy. Also the crew is always trying to sell me a plan.
