I cant say enough on my experience at this location. I was treated respectfully and staff was very kind. A Gentleman named Maverick was very professional answered all my questions in much detail leaving me feel comfortable with affordable quotes and there is alot of equipment at this location for everyones needs. Also there is much parking lot for keeping your vehicle there while using the rental. I personally used a uhaul van and I was blown away of the ride it was for moving. Very comfortable it gave me 20 miles to a gallon of gas with it fully loaded and air conditioning on. Needless to say I would recommend this location to anyone who is in search of a uhaul.
This place really knows customer service... My $19.95 pickup truck is rated at $79 total cost $161, for a $19.95 truck. Then to he debit that was put though my account was for $187. Plus a random $48 unauthorized withdrawal. There is still another $162 pending and $28 pending. I armoral the interior, vacuumed out grass, dirt and receipts from the previous renter...
Prices went up but thats covid for ya. Rented the 26 footer, oil was low and transmission very noticeably slipping. Brakes were a little spongy and squealed very badly. Very hard to downshift to allow engine braking. Rough riding. 5500 GMC Dually 8.1L has seen its day at 155k miles. Very nice people working there. No customer complaints, just not a vehicle recommended for a beginner!
Good climate controlled units. Good security, clean units, staff are great. Even the bathroom is great!

I was scheduled to have a hitch installed at 11am i got there early and checked in and handed in my keys. The tech said it would take him and hour and forty five minutes to install the hitch. The tech didnt even go out to get my vehicle until 11:10. Forty five minutes later the tech came out and told me they didnt even have the right hitch. He then offers for me to come back later in the day. I explained i drove 30 minutes to get there and didnt want to make the trip again. He then offered for me to wait 40 minutes for him to get the part from another uhaul place (which was very nice of him to offer to go get it) but then id have to wait for him to install another hitch on another vehicle then wait for mine to be installed. I asked for refund.

I ended up not needing to rent a van to move some furniture but the staff here is very friendly and accommodating.If I need this service in the future I definitely will go here.

Had a great experience renting a truck from this store. Both employees who I dealt with were very kind (Maverick and Katie, I believe). The truck was clean and gave us no problems during our move, and the tank was full when we picked it up. They had a lot of moving supplies in store priced at reasonable prices. If I need to rent again, I will definitely come back!

DO NOT USE THE STORAGE IN CHIPPEWA/BEAVER FALLS AREA!!!!! The ignorance of the store manager Kelly with the way she talked over me. Talked to her earlier in the month, now she tells me another. I told her i had to only make a payment cuz i couldnt afford the paymemt and she took the entire amount when i said i couldnt because i needed to pay for gas to get my kids to school. She said she has called me several times since the 8th(i live where there is no cell service). No missed calls not even a voicemail to call her back. Asked for her boss and she claims she does not have one...thats impossible everyone has a boss! I have her bosses number will be contacting monday since was out of office this evening.
Very professional staff, wonderful to deal with. If you need to rent a truck come here. I will be using them again soon.
