Horrible. Promised one thing, last minute changed to another. Equipment was sub-par, mended together. Plastic vent over master bed leaked. The equipment was delivered with burnt components, fridge did not work, nor air, and only some lights. When I sent photos of problems before I even connected equipment he accused me and tried to get me to pay for items. Offered me no resolution, ruined a week long family reunion, lost all perishable food. I showed him the only places I could have plugged in( a GFI protected outlet) and he denied all responsibility. I do not recommend giving them any payment info until you physically see product and test it. I will never use this company again.

If in need of a camper rental this is the place you want to go! Good selection, great prices and staff is wonderful!

DO NOT RENT A CAMPER FROM BRADS CAMPER RENTAL & THE CAMPER TRANSPORTER in Beaver Falls I was supposed to have a reservation online through this guy and gave him my info through a rental contract he ran the card TWICE for $200 each time we verbally agreed on only $200 (his contract only stated there needed to be $100 deposit and it never said it was non refundable). Anyway upon finding out he overdrew $200 I tried to contact him via phone to sort out the issue because I sent previous emails with my rental contract that were NEVER replied to, anyway the number provided on my rental agreement and paperwork and listed online and his website were all disconnected! It was until I found THE CAMPER TRANSPORTER number that I actually got an answer machine and left a message. After that I emailed him stating he over drew $200 more then agree to and I needed his phone number to reach him and if he did not respond I would call my bank and have him fully investigated. A few hours later he responded IN EMAIL that he was sorry about the over draw because when they supposedly run cards through a bad service area it dosent always go though and they run it agian, which is fine but then he persisted to say that he only does business with clients he has good relationships with and he didnt see that happening with the way I reacted and advised I rent from somewhere else. Friday I emailed him back in which I got no reply and tried to call him 3 more times. Upon thinking how the situation set with me considering I went out on a limb giving this guy my info (my bad by the way) I advised him today I wanted my deposit back and my rental canceled on which he responded AGIAN ALL IN EMAIL that my $200 was non refundable and my rental was canceled as stated in my rental agreement which it wasnt. THIS GUY IS CROOK AND AN INCOSIDERATE JERK! I found this guy through RV Share and hes listed online! DONT THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Im in the process of my bank filing an investigation and Im try to file with a magistrate too!!!

Wouldnt recommend renting the plates were expired on our camper we rented
