My Dad uses them to go to places that he doesnt want to drive to. They handle everything!They are great. We went to Nashville with my grandmother when I was a teenager and also to Vermilion,OH on a mystery day trip. Mom and Dad went a lot places with them since I moved out to join the Navy and I married a Hoosier. I get to come back August 27 for a day trip to Put-in-Bay,OH.Update:Dee and Tom were great! Top notch!

Friendly fun relaxing nice time. Anyone wanting a nice vacation can have one here. Im looking forward to my next trip already.

Great people and they make just the perfect amount of stops. Movies are great and makes the time go faster.

My husband and I went on the Mc Carters tour to see the Christmas play at the Sight and Sound Theater, and had a WONDERFUL time.The Mc Carters tour guide and driver took good care of us and made the trip very enjoyable. Looking forward to our next tripL

Good place and nice people they are doing all they can with whats going on with covid. Any time I have ever had a question about pick up stop times, drop off stop times, or if the kids are running late, they always are very helpful and very quick at giving me an answer. They have to work in tandem with different secondary schools and Blackhawk. They do a great job. I just wish they made the kids use sanitizer every time they get on and off the bus.

Horrible service would never recommend it to anyone. Driver was nasty to everyone. She was all over the road and when we asked for the air to be turned up she bumped it up 1 degree. Absolutely horrible never use this company

Was standing at bus stop with my children in a snow storm and the driver went right past us did not even slow down. Had to take my kids to school and was then late to work because of it ( which counts against any potential bonus I earn along with my pay being docked ) . We have been on this bus route for over a year, no excuse. I pay school taxes and part of that is to go towards transportation to and from the school. This is the third time I have had to take my kids to school due to their error. Wish I could make that many mistakes and still have a job. Oh and when you call to the garage all you get is the run around.

If I can give a 0 I would. The driver was terrible. She was rude and I will never suggest them or use them again.

I been on many trips with McCarter Coach & Tour. The entire staff does an excellent job every time.

We took a bus trip to Niagra Falls. 1. We were told that we would be there until 6 o clock, we were told upon arrival we had to be back at the bus by 4:30. We also were promised one stop along each way, the first stop was 3:30 hours in on a 4 hour trip, and we had no stop on the way home. Not to mention the bathroom conditions were deplorable. It was horrible service. I will never use theyre bus services again.

Its a free service for me as a student, but i find it interesting that on my way to votech everyday each bus has a different problem, usually problems that seem rather fixable. (windows wont stay closed, door was flapping in the wind, rattles from im assuming exhaust heat sheilds) those problems are simple to fix but almost an entire year has gone by and the same buses have the same,old problems. Another thing is the drivers...the votech drivers seem to be the worst of the group, for example im on the bus right now and the bus driver just cut somebody off in traffic...there was no need for him to be in the lane...on this same bus its freezing even though the heater is on its 40° outside yet the windows wont stay up so a small group of us have to fight that...this is actually ridiculous...terrible company that doesnt care about customers

Whoever drives bus 332 drives like a jerk. Almost smashed into us multiple times, was looking at papers coming down the highway instead of looking at the road, and kept almost slamming into the back of us when he was slamming on his breaks to stop. Whoever this man is, he needs fired. He should not be allowed to have children in his vehicle!
