I was here as part of my job unrelated to the services they provide but it appeared to me the staff here show a genuine concern for the clients they serve to provide a true Christian social service.

It Appeared in my personal observation they have a possible Gender Inverted/Transgender Male working as woman counselor doing child therapy.Also, another counselor had many earrings in each ear and possibly other facial piercings. Often a sign of self mutilation and other personal issues. Several Times both the THERAPIST used personal information and problems regarding themselves as examples. This is a no no in therapy.They werent very helpful in my OPINION! Possibly because of their own personal problems based on information they divulge during Sessions.When I spoke with my insurance company about the circumstances of a possible Gender Inverted/Transgender Male counselor... theyre OPINION was; its the way things are going, we all need to get use to it!

Intake specialist very rude and deceitful. Counselors, case managers and famy based people are excellent and caring!

I see a therapist here and also have case management through this office. Much better than the place I went in Rochester.
