Amazing, professional service. The only reason for 4 stars. This is a expensive luxury service. If you are knowledgeable about changing your own oil you can do it for 40 bucks. If you go here look at spending over 100. Very convenient, 15 minutes. I have a lump in my throat when I pay the bill.

This place is phenomenal. The staff are extremely professional and the facility is amazingly clean for a car service place of any type. And they have a screen that shows what is happening under your car. It is great!

Place is very expensive and the Tech is not very friendly. It cost me almost a 100.00 to have my oil changed along with a air filter. My car only takes 4.4 quarts of oil. I doubt Ill be going back.

If you need your oil changed in an extremely efficient manner and with a healthy does of courtesy, this is your place. Its not dirt-cheap or anything, but youre paying for convenience and professionalism. I highly recommend.

I have always gotten my oil changed by this company just at different locations and this is as good as all the others! I will continue to go there till they no longer exist.

I take all of my personal and work vehicles to Valvoline instant oil for maintenance. I felt bad though when this work vehicles fleet card was being a pain in the butt with authorization for the routine oil change. They handled it like the professionals they are and i was thankful.

Good place. Got me in and out in under 20mins. Just watch if you need more than 5 qts of oil, as they charge a 5 surcharge for 6qts or more

This Valvoline in Chippewa is the Chick-fil-A of oil changes. Respectful and friendly staff that are amazing at what they do. Never been here longer than 11 minutes. 10/10 recommend.

I would like to give a zero if I could I got a oil change left for vacation 1 hour into my trip oil light came on I stopped at a garage they said Valvoline left old oil filter gasket on put new filter on top of it all my oil leaked out will never use Valvoline again

First time there and very impressed.Fast, efficient, and professional. A little pricey if youre used to taking it to, say, the TLE at the Big Blue Box up the road but well worth the work done and I feel a comparable price to similar service at the National Chain Garage we usually go to by the mall. And unlike NCG, arent sitting around for a couple hours waiting for the car to get done after scheduling an appointment.We were 3 cars deep and the wait wasnt horrible. Took less than 20 minutes once in the bay, and we had a couple burned out lights and the rear wiper changed out in addition to the oil change. It was kinds like having a pit crew work on your grocery getter. Also, I didnt feel pressured to go through with the extra work.All in all would definitely go there again, and would recommend.
