Allan Jewelers is the best jewelry store around, especially the Chippewa location. They have a great variety of quality products and great prices. The Chippewa store has the best customer service; they are always friendly and helpful. I go to Allan Jewelers for every special occasion, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Ive always had great experiences at Allan Jewelers. Friendly staff. I feel like they really value me as a customer. Great quality products, and they stand behind their stuff. Theyll do their best to fix it if you purchased from them. Cant say the same for other stores. And they always suggest/offer to clean my engagement and wedding rings everytime I go!

Very, very poor customer service. I was looking for a place to have my jewelry repaired. Im sorry to say this place didnt work for me. I went to pick my ring up and still had a loose diamond. The sales associate argued with me. After a closer inspection she finally agreed and walked away. I had to get her attention to ask what they were going to do. Once again I made a trip to the store to find they didnt know what was done to the ring! How many prongs were replaced etc. So after two trips to the store, poor work on my ring and very poor service I wont be going back.

They resized my ring within a few hours & gave me an appraisal that was greater than expected.
