Super Nice and fast customer service so nice to have a store close! Had a storm today lighting struck close to the house and fried our old modem!! I tried every plug all thru the house and power light wasnt lit. Very Kind Newer Employee and Super awesome Manager had me in and out in less than 3 minutes! How amazing. Recommend you heading out to them if you have issues with old equipment or wanting to buy new!
Returned some outdated equipment. The girl was rude to begin with. And thought we was just getting service shut off. I could barely tell her we was there for new equipment without her trying to talk over me about the old equipment. But when she realized we were getting upgraded equipment she was a little nicer. Customer service was unsatisfactory. But it was quick in and out.
Paid me no attention. Walked in was noticed but not acknowledged. All other customers were assisted in a kindly way so it seemed. One employee to me seemed to speak a little to loud about a customers past due bill. One customer help a lady fully activate and teach some about the phone. Others im sure bill pay and other related. I walked out and still wasnt acknowledged the whole way out. If I were a secret shopper score would have been below 3 stars. Only reason not lowered is because my last experience was exceptionally good.
This store has awesome employees who always put the customers needs first and make them their top priority. They are very professional and have great attitudes and work ethics. I would highly recommend anyone to this store!
Lazy staff. Dont want bothered with tech questions, will pass the buck any chance they get, instead of trying to fix the problem.
Super friendly, fast, polite, and efficient. Had to exchange a defective cable box, and was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes!
Charged twice for bill payment. Now have to watch bank account to make sure it doesnt all come out.

Destroyed my grandparents front and side yards by using a ditch-witch to bury a cable. Did not restore lawn properly, left mud all over their driveway. An absolute disgrace. Shame!No response/action from Comcast corporate either.You are all an absolute disgrace.

Ive been to this location several times recently and the staff we very nice to work with. They took their time and explained things in plain English so I could reset and change out old equipment.

It was great, turned in our equipment and cut our internet/phone expenses by two thirds.
This store is definitely very busy, but the line moved pretty quickly. I wouldnt recommend going there to get new cable boxes if youre in a rush. With that in mind, the people working there are very helpful and friendly and took the time to tell me about their phone promotions. Ill be back when I need a new one.Thanks again!

Easy exchange on modems and cable receiver
Its difficult to rate a service store that cannot be contacted by phone. The number listed is an 800 number for Xfinity and a recorded message providing the location of the nearest store but no way to contact the store to get a simple answer to a simple question! I am more convinced every time I deal with Xfinity that this business, although claiming a sincere desire to help their customers , is only interested in how they can get more of their customers money!

The only thing I am able to give 5 stars in the person who assisted me. He was great. But what I am giving 2 stars is the fact that your company makes you go to the store for a early up grade. And when the store is completely out of phones and have no idea when they are getting phones in the customer service will not not help you.
Xfinity s logo should be we put customers last and money first. To save a little money ( and suggested by them over the phone) I bought my own modem not knowing the Xfinity voice will not work. Sales rep at the desk tells me the only way to get Xfinity voice was to rent the same outdated $100 modem for $15 a month. Cable companies wonder why they are so disliked!
What a beautiful new store! Its definitely a very busy location now that theyve moved to the plaza by Walmart so the wait times can be longer at times. Fortunately, they have a TV and different stations to learn about what Xfinity offers nowadays.Thanks to the entire team for my new Xfinity mobile phones and for always making my family feel welcome!
Picked up from this store today, spent over an hour online and on the phone trying to activate my modem just to find out that the people at the store never scanned it and I have to drive all the way back to have it activated. Very unprofessional, shows the quality of their service.
Terrible customer support... They will put you off until its too late to get a different product or cancel your service... I am leaving Xfinity Mobile asap... Unfortunately, I dont have a choice yet for other high speed internet so I am stuck with lousy service and horrible customer support there...Its not the representatives that work there who are bad, its the company policy and always excuses about how theyre working on it...
The staff is absolutely clueless. They had me come in two separate times and wait for over four hours total to upgrade my phone. Then they informed me I couldn’t upgrade because I had an apple claim on my phone. After they told me I could the last time I was in the store. I do not recommend XFINITY mobile and definitely not this store.
This store is the worst. Simply dropping off old equipment. No organization what so ever. Employees wandering around not doing anything yet Im standing here just waiting for I dont know what.
Went in to bill , terrible !! Kiosk was broken down. You have to walk around until someone behind the counter can help you.All I wanted to do was pay my bill and go.I liked the other place much much better you were in and out with no hassle!!!
Stopped in with my unlocked iPhone , was met by a nice friendly young lady, walked out in 15 min. later with a working phone on xfinity moble. A+ from me.
Ive been to this location twice. Both times I believe Nate was the employee that I spoke with. He was quick and courteous.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted very respectfully by a young gentleman and was waiting my turn but the whole time I was waiting a light skinned women behind the counter was staring at me very rudely making me feel very uncomfortable. I would never go back to this store because I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life.
We were there an hour before close and they were already closed and leaving.

I went there just to pay my bill, and the kiosk was down. There is no set area to form a customer line so no one knows who is next and they take people in a random manner, they take your name and information down on an iPad when you first go in but apparently they do nothing with it. I assumed it was to go into an electronic customer queue but not so. The employees stand behind the counter and talk to each other and play on their phones and have no interest in the customers in front of them. They won’t even look at you and tell you they will be with you in a minute. Worst customer service ever, I left after 15 minutes.
