Steve at Verizon was the best to deal with. Took lots of time to explain everything with us. Very nice and informative.

Always an amazing experience! The people who work here are always kind and willing to explain anything to you, and they don’t push you into buying extra things like other Verizon retailers will. Kyle helped me out and I couldn’t recommend him more.

I came in to get a update on a new phone. My whole experience was great! He was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and funny. Made my experience go very smooth. I got the new Samsung Galaxy S20 and I very much enjoy it. Shout out to Kyle!! Definitely recommend him to anyone!!

Just left my appointment and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The workers were all so helpful and they made my time there very enjoyable! If you need any help I would definitely recommend going to this store in Chippewa, workers are very pleasant and make you feel comfortable even if you aren’t great with technology too!

Ryan Callahan at this Verizon wireless zone location is a complete Scam. He lies about total trade in prices and your monthly balance. Their service is terrible, they don’t even get reception at their own location and need a Verizon reception extender just to receive calls and texts. Overpriced accessories you can buy across the street at Walmart for half the price!!

He took time and explain all my options! Very knowledgeable and polite!

Very positive experience. I went in for a new phone and the associate, Kyle, realized that my wife could actually pay less for a better phone. He really hooked us up. Neither of us had our phones backed up to the cloud so it took forever to transfer our data, but Kyle stayed there with us until well after midnight to make sure that everything transferred over properly. He kept us entertained with jokes and clever antic dotes. Definitely the best experience I have ever had with a tech company.

We stopped in to the store this evening and we were not disappointed. The man who waited on us his name was Kyle and he had such a wonderful personality and was very easy to work with. He didnt try to pressure us into something we didnt want or need, he listed to what WE wanted. We upgraded my step daughters phone and he told me a few things about my account that I was unaware of. We laughed, Joked and took care of what we went there for. We left in a great mood and completely satisfied with our trip there. Kyle thank you again for all your help we will def be going into this location for all our Verizon needs.

This store is awesome. Everyone is so nice and patient. I saw Ryan get yelled at because the lady went over on her data and was blaming him. He didnt yell back. I have worked with Steve before and he is great too. When I walked in, the luck of the draw gave me Kyle. I wanted to upgrade my phone. He asked me a bunch of questions to learn what I do with my phone and suggested I upgrade to a much cheaper phone. He saved me a lot of money. Explained everything multiple times and even gave me a nice discount on my case, then found out I was a Veteran and gave me a little more off. Come to find out, he is a Veteran too!! I will definitely be going back to him when it comes to my wireless needs!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I am a hard woman to please, but Kyle managed to do it. I wanted a deal, and he got me one. I figured that I would be in there for hours. It always seems like these things take forever to do, but he had me out in an hour. He took his time and payed attention to my needs. He was working with another guy, Kris and he was super funny. All around this store is great. I did have to wait in line for about 10 minutes before I got helped, but it was worth it in the end. I will be coming back to give them more of my money in the future.

4 of the best looking men I have ever seen, and I’m not even gay. 3 bearded men and one baby face. Service is outstanding! Unless you come at midnight. I stood in line for 9 hours waiting for a customer service rep.

This retail store has lost my business because none of the men were wearing their masks, so I got a new screen protector from wal-mart their competitor and the employees in electronics wore their masks. I didnt feel safe doing my business for this retail location in Beaver Falls.

Having issues with my phone and they were able to make a quick recommendation and it seems to have helped. In and out quickly, great service in person, rather than 45 minutes on the phone.

Ive been going to this location for a few years, the faces may change but the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I delt Chris when getting my S9+, he answered all my questions. He applied liquid glass and gave great advice for getting to know my phone. Fantastic customer service. If you visit this store, keep in mind they usually only have two people working, it may take some time for one of them to get the next customer but its worth the wait.

IT was time to get a new phone so i decided to go over to the Verizon store to look around. Was greeted by two guys with beards! Kyle helped me make a new choice for a phone, Samsung A50! Great phone for cheap. I dont know if there is another Kyle there or not because the one I had was the farthest thing from rude. Not sure what the Cekovich lady is talking about. Although both of her two reviews are 1 stars and one is complaining about bushes of a CVS? Review from a real winner. Transferred all my stuff and gave me a deal on my case. Nothing but praise!!

Staff is very helpful and honest. Make the actual deals aware to you, which other stores in the chain have not proven to do the same. I will come to this store from now on, as they provide a level of service I have come to know and expect from them, raising the bar for my expectations from this company. The store at the Monaca mall has lied to me about certain things and neglected to provide certain crucial bits of information about my contract and discounts I receive from my workplace. This location cleared up the lack of communication on the mall locations behalf.

I can NEVER get a hold of an actual person to speak to. My phone bill is constantly different while I was told a set rate it would be monthly and its never been the case. Only been with Verizon a few months and Im absolutely sick of it!!!
