Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish. First time buyer through Summit Ford in Beaver Dam and I honestly was beyond impressed. Adam was my salesman and J was my finance guy. Both were very personable, genuine, knowledgeable, upfront, and made my purchase experience actually enjoyable. These 2 guys answered every question I had. I never felt mislead or rushed like other dealerships Ive dealt with. They have my business as long as theyre there. I recommend that anyone thinking about buying a new or used vehicle to do it at Summit Ford in Beaver Dam and to ask for Adam and J. I dont bother with reviews ever and Im not easily impressed. Bought a used 2016 F350 and thank god we bought the extra warranty. Weve put less than 5,000 miles on the truck since we purchased it in june and almost $10,000 in repairs. Obviously they dont check anything before they sell it. If anyone is thinking about purchasing a used vehicle from here, I would advise having your own mechanic look it over first. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Everything went pretty smoothly. All my questions were answered and I received a lot of photos of the car, which really helped in making my decision to purchase the car. Cant wait to receive it and hopefully, there will be no issues.

I wish zero stars was an option. We came in on 5/1 to look at purchasing a new Explorer and/or discuss details on what it would look like to purchase our lease. After some discussion my husband and I decided on a vehicle. At this point we made an appointment to return on 5/6 to carry out the sale. We return on 5/6 to do what we had discussed back on 5/1 and nothing was prepared, so we begin. When financing was brought up we stated we didnt need financing. IMMEDIATE attitude change. We were then told, finance is busy, you can leave and he will call you when he is ready. Right, but remember we dont need financing through you, Ill be writing check. Yeah, he still has stuff he needs to do on his end. He will call you and you can return with the check. Fine then, so we left. 5/10 rolls around and we had not yet heard back, so I call. I was transferred and to the finance guy with no answer so I left a detailed message reviewing the 5/6 encounter and asked for a return call as I would like to purchase the vehicle. Crickets, no call back. 5/11 I left a message, no response. 5/12 I call and asked for a sales manager, I was transferred with no answer, so I left a message. Again, no returned call.This is disheartnening as this would have been our fourth vehicle transaction at this location. Two when it was still Beaver Dam Ford and one just this last November when we got my husband a truck. We will not be returning to this establishment for any reason.If you come in not needing financing they will wipe their hands clean of you. It is bad business.

Finely got our flex in for a recall repair. And a safety check was done. I should have the rear brakes replaced, also a front end alignment. The estimate was extremely high. $440.00 for the brakes, $129.95 for front end alignment. Im getting the work done at Beaver Dam Tire for half the cost.

After spending the last 2 months searching for a clean Mustang GT and being lied to constantly by other dealerships, Summit Ford completely restored my faith in dealerships. They made the buying process extremely easy and had most of the paperwork taken care of before I even got to the dealership. I have to give a special mention to Ryan Klug who was extremely helpful and trustworthy during the whole deal. I will definitely be back when Im in the market for another car.

I was 10 minutes late..Not an issue at all..The service department was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I came back to pick up my car everything was explained as to what was found in the inspection. Great job!!

If I could give zero stars I would. If you pay for vehicle with your own financing or cash they dont want to deal with you. They make their money by using their financing places. Especially dont use them if your out of state. U have to file your own taxes with your state and get your own plates, even though I paid them to do it. I had to call them to find out where the plates were. They said they have to mail me a check for the money I gave them and do it myself. Now I have a week left on the Temp plates to try and get this done. Do yourself a favor go to any other dealership then Summit Ford.

I went in to Summit Ford for service on my 2013 F150 and walked out an owner of a brand new 2020 F150. The rebates were hard to walk away from and my sales rep, Daniel, and Finance Manager, Jay, were both a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics, I felt very relaxed in the whole buying experience. Also thanks to the young lady that helped me with my servicing needs and who provided me a big red bow to put on the truck when I gave it to my wife as a Christmas present. She loved it!!!

I brought my car in to have the clutches checked out, when they told me they needed to be replaced they were willing to do it the same day! I had my car back 6 hours later and it felt like I was driving a brand new car. Plus the customer service was awesome.

My Wife and I came in looking specifically at a pair of Ford Flexes that were on the lot. I had found these online in a casual search, and being from Beaver Dam, we figured why not? Adam Olig was great, showed us all of the features on both vehicles, and we took a test drive in each. After about a week of back and forth over some minor pricing issues, we came back and purchased our new-to-us 2016 Flex! We were very happy with Adams attention to detail, as well as the once-over with all of the features with my wife after the purchase. (After driving a 24 year old Explorer for the last 13 years, this was like getting into a NASA spacecraft for her) After we picked it up, we realized that Adam (or whomever) put the plate stickers on backwards! HAHAHAH! Its ok guys, It was the end of the month! Great experience, we will definitely be bringing our Flex to Summit for service in the future! Thanks again Adam!

Worked with us on price, after a bit of tug-of-war, and was very happy with that. Was a little disappointed that we gave Summit Ford a 3 day heads-up and THEY scheduled the time of pick-up for 9am. When we arrived, they thought we were financing with them, previous conversation we stated we were not. Also, when we arrived the vehicle hadnt even been pulled into detailing to be cleaned and ready for us upon arrival. Wish there was better communication between their sales, financing, shop, and management. Overall we got the vehicle we were looking for, but it could have been a smoother transaction and less waiting around.

I went to Summit specifically for the Ford Flex with tow package that was on their website. It was pouring rain when we got there. Mike J. pulled the car into the service department for me to inspect it.There were a couple of issues I noticed on the test drive. They fixed those items for me and I picked it up 2 days later. One issue wasnt able to be fixed that quickly so the next week their driver came and picked up my Flex, left another Flex for a loaner and returned mine the next day!!! ( an hour each way). The service was here was exceptional. Zero pressure. No cocky salesman. Patient in negation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUMMIT FORD.

After they completed their inspection, it was extremely evident that Summit did not do the vehicle inspection and simply put check marks in all the green boxes at my last service.I recommend servicing your vehicles at Countryside Ford in Columbus. After selling the vehicle twice before I came to test drive them. I settled for another vehicle which We love. The staff were very friendly and informative. After being at the dealership for 5 hours we left satisfied and happy with our purchase.

Great place to buy a vehicle. We were able to do it by sitting in the comfort of our home. After an initial phone call at closing on a Saturday and a few emails on Wednesday our salesperson (Madison) was able to negotiate a deal and we picked up our new F150 on Friday. We especially appreciated being able to work over the phone and internet due to COVID 19 which meant the same day we visited the dealership we also drove home in our new truck. The dealership was 45 minutes away, but was worth the drive. Thanks to Madison for his patience and help!

Had an appointment for the works package at 2pm and did not get out of there until 3:20pm. I arrived at 1:50pm. I usually go to Countryside Ford Quick lane for the works package. They did give me $5 off and the total was $65 and countryside usually cost $56. $15 more for an 1:30 works package.

Our salesperson, Daniel, made our shopping experience wonderful. This dealership was accommodating not only in bringing up vehicles for us to test drive, but meeting our expectations in price. We really enjoyed the teamwork of this dealership. While Daniel was assisting us, another salesperson helped out by bringing up the truck we were interested in test driving. That was really surprising to us! Shar didnt skip a beat in our paperwork and Daniel helped us get on the Ford assist website. It was definitely a 5-star experience.

This is the second time that we have had recall services completed. I am disappointed with the time estimates that we were given. You should have company advised estimated times for recall services.The first recall you said one hour. It took more than four.This recent recall you said four hours. It took one afternoon plus overnight and another half day.Sorry, we gave you the wrong estimated time. This is twice. If we buy our lease vehicle. we will have it serviced elsewhere.We love the Ford F 150! We do not appreciate your service department.

Disclaimer-I work for Summit Ford and I can truthfully say it’s the best work environment I’ve ever been involved with. From the care and service they not only show their customers but also their employees. A great management staff that’s always willing to go above and beyond.

Brought my truck in to have them replace front struts. First off, it took over 3 hours and a lot more than I wanted to spend, but after a day of driving noticed a large pop sound and grinding. Took a closer look and noticed that the tech who struggled at putting them in, put them in backwards! Needless to say I was very upset. Yes they fixed the problem, but to only receive an Im sorry and heres an oil change on us, just doesnt count with the fact something major could have happened with a family in that truck. They had one job and failed to read the difference between left and right.
