Absolutely fantastic service. Ron the owner as nice and accommodating as can be. Rich is an ace mechanic. We will always being our boat back here if it needs work. We live in Illinois where 2 mechanics supposedly fixed our motor. Thank you Beaver Dam marina for saving our vacation

I was on vacation from Ohio, and discovered the bow stop that holds my motor in place while it is in tow on the trailer was broken. Since it was nearby, I stopped by Beaver Dam Bay Marina to see if they had a replacement. Although they did not have one in stock, they offered to order it and have it the next day, but hat was not an option since I needed it immediately. They proceeded to give me directions to a place that would have the part. Professional, friendly service even though they did not make a sale...and they kept the Browns jokes to a minimum...lol

These guys are honest and stand behind their work. I had an issue with a motor I had serviced there and then sold. Long story short they took the motor back in and took care of the problem. The problem was not caused by these guys, but another marina that the buyers took the motor to. I WILL recommend Beaver Dam Bay Marina to everyone needing their services. You have earned a repeat customer for sure. Thanks agin!

My wheel bearing when out near here. I was stranded and had to go here. They charged me $440 to sand my spindle, put a new hub, and bearings. I could have bought a new trailer for $350. I asked them how much it would cost on the phone and they refused to tell me. Then I was stuck paying just so I could get home.

I was missing my ignition key and when I went to here for a new key, they did not have one in stock so i would have to order one...Ron then was nice enough to give me the one off his mercury motor set. So i had mine right away and he would get the one that was getting shipped
