The branch manager, Raelynn, was extremely helpful. Was coming from out of town and she agreed to meet me outside of normal hours and had all of the paperwork ready. She also asked what accessories I may need. Cant say enough good things about the service. Like that they have their trailer selection online.

RaeLynn, Cody and staff are so knowledgeable and helpful This is our 1st new trainer purchase and their knowledge was more than helpful. The Beaumont Big Tex Team is an outstanding group.

Because the Sulphur La Big Tex would not fix my dump trailer which I purchased from them, I took it to Big Tex in Beaumont Texas. BIG MISTAKE! Jeremy told me that it would cost $2500 to fix the trailer with everything that I wanted. He had the trailer for 2 months and never touched it. I brought it back home today. Every time I called Jeremy he told me that parts had to be ordered which never were. Work would be started next week, and next week, and next week. 8 weeks later, I brought my trailer home untouched. He is not and honest, or honorable man. Save yourself the trouble, if you have a Big Tex trailer that needs any kind of repair, do not bring it here. If I could rate this place a 0 stars, that is what it would get because they did 0 work in 2 months. Apparently a $2500 paycheck did not mean anything to them.

Never received a call back

Came in to purchase a trailer from the Beaumont store during the COVID-19 outbreak when they only had 2 BigTex people in the store. The store manager RayLynn was outstanding and the shop guy Cody was very helpful as well. While I was there, several customers came in and out of the store. They greeted every one as soon as they walked in the door. I highly recommend the staff at their location. I felt bad for them though because they were the only 2 working. They need help...

Sounds like theyre going to do a great job on my trailer. Brakes and great. Lights are great. We need a new plug for the truck and then it will all be perfect.

Absolutely top notch customer service. I somehow made a mistake and bought a trailer over the phone from a dealership that is hundreds of miles away from where I live. When the problem was discovered the Big Tex family did a great job of taking care of me. They worked hard to get my financing changed to a dealership that was close to where I live. A corporate officer even got involved and contacted me frequently to make sure I was informed and to make sure the process was easy. A huge thank you to Chris at the Buda location, RaeLynn at the Beaumont location, and Rick at corporate. I will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come. I highly recommend Big Tex!!!

Had the worst experience ever. I got a trailer rewired that was not done correctly. I had to take my trailer to a different place to have them correct the install. To top it all off. Michael the installer didnt have the handles to my trailer in stock so he says to come back and he will put them on when I had time. Well to say the least he was very rude and got loud saying that he doesnt have time. He sure was super nice before he got my 700 dollars. They wanted to charge me again for the hardware and so I still didnt get my trailer finished The staff inside of building were AWESOME amazing how terrible I was treated after I paid But I guess Michael has the last say and he is definitely not a customer service person. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place at all They were nice when I first came to this place but dont be fooled.
