First year going to Accurate Tax and worked with Tammy on my corporate taxes and couldnt have been happier. I had tons of questions not only during my appointment but several days after. Tammy was more than happy to help me out and was very patient with me and all my questions. I will absolutely being going back next year.

How about no stars today!! We have been using this business for years and it has progressively gone down hill. We were later than usual getting our tax info in for personal reasons. So when we took the paperwork in on Friday we were told they would try to get it done by today (Tuesday, tax day). I called yesterday with a number we knew they would need and left my phone # if there were any problems or questions so they would call me. No calls, no messages. No We should file an extension. No Looks like you owe. NOTHING. I got home from working today and called the office. No answer, just a machine. No one called us. One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. There is no excuse for not calling. EVER. So now our taxes are late for the first time (I think) or not...we dont know. Important to us and I would think it should be important if it were your business.👎

I am bound by the privacy act, so I cant defend myself my partner or our company in this forum or any other forum. We can only do what the law allows. We as tax professionals cant file any tax return past or present without signatures. We communicate this to all of our clients. Too many times people promise to pay and too many times our profession has been burnt. Thats why there are programs that allow clients to use a third party bank to receive the refund, deduct preparation fees and issue the tax refund check to the taxpayer. As return data comes into our office, we prepare the returns in order of receipt. We CAN NOT put a client before another because they do not want an extension. If an extension is not desired then get information in timely. As the deadline approaches we tell all clients that are dropping off their information that we will do our best to get the return completed on time, but if we do not then their return will be put on extension and will prepare them in order of receipt. Say what you will but all tax preparers work the same way. Some even quit taking appointments and clients a couple of weeks before the April deadline. Tax season is long, immensely busy and stressful for a tax office. We all do our best to give the best possible service we can. Be understanding with your tax preparer and if they havent called you be persistent in calling them. We all get a little overwhelmed and tired. Remember we are working very long hours from early mornings and very late nights. We put you first over our selves and our families. We pride ourselves in quality of service and communication. Our company is growing daily and our long time clients as well as our new clients refer us to their family and friends.

I have been using Tammy for over 15+ years for both Business and Personal and can say she and her office are professional and timely, friendly and always answer all my questions.
