Since me and my daughter been here you get no food no service no help ,there very unprofessional not only are they very unprofessional ,when we got here they said i had to much thing s an made me give it to donations while the lady is picking through my clothes telling me what to give for donations, they had no food nor did they have any snacks that were updated they gave me old meat and told me i had to wait 3 days for my grocery list to be approved roommate shared her food but didnt have nothin but old expired food they even got a donation of food an still Nothing they need to be investigated ,an if its for batter woman why are they making the woman feel more low about there self they dont even get one star i would recommend this place to anyone ,this place will make you worse as a person then help,i need this place to be looked at because they dont help with nothing

I tried seting up a appointment for counseling. A receptionist took all of my personal information and said I should get a call from a councelor soon. That never happend. Called again and spoke to the same receptionist, she didnt didnt know what I was talking about. I was transfered to the administrative assistant. She was very unprofessional and lacked class. Will not attempt to call again.

Excellent services that really helped. Saw changes by the second session. They are not trying to make money or drag you into more sessions. They are genuine and really want to help.
