Im really beginning to like this place for a couple of reasons... One the customer service is exceptional. 2 they actually have really good prices on most things. And 3 they have a large variety of items especially items that you cant normally find at hardware stores Etc.

This was my first time in Northern Tools in Beaumont-the other day. I had a great experience there. A young woman named Rachel help me to find what I needed. She knew if I needed to purchase any other items that would me help me. Great store. I didn’t wonder around looking lost. I would go back there again.

I like Northern Tools because they carry top brands and harbor freight quality products as well. If you need a tool that you might never use again or for light duty, they have it. If your job relies on the tool to get done, they have that too. Safety products, especially gloves are hard to come by these days, they have those too. Price is high on somethings but somethings are reasonable.

This store is amazing!! Everyone is so helpful. The store is clean and organized and I was able to find the product that they showed they had online! Shelly and Tamesha were exceptional!!!

I don’t know why I don’t shop here more often. I had the best customer service here. Thank you Jalen for all your help today. Your kindness and helpfulness was much appreciated! I left the store with nothing purchased to do more research on something I wanted and it hit me that I couldn’t get that kind of service any where. Beyond exceptional experience. mr. Blake assisted me over the phone and when I walked in the store you give me a warm welcome with a smile. Together we did much research in store to differentiate between the products finding the one I needed. Customer service Paramount to all the rest in this area I highly recommend is definitely will come again

10/4/ 2020 Here we I am 6 Weeks after reporting To corporate northern tool being screwed over by the Beaumont Texas store service department. And they have done absolutely nothing. 9/26/2020 I purchased a Generac generator and the plug, the 30 amp female receptacle got bumped and broke way too easy. This is within 90 days but brand new and kept in the garage. So its still under original warranty and extended warranty. I brought it back and they charged me I cant remember if it was 20 or 40 bucks just to look at it and said I would get my money back if it was deemed a warranty issues. Anyway they called me said they replaced the plug. And it wasnt under warranty they may have even charge me more so today Im using my generator and the plug fell off. They glued it back told me they replaced it and Im out a generator during post-hurricane with 5 to 7 days of outage.

I went there and a gentleman name Reginald help me and when I say very knowledgeable.This man explain to me exactly what I needed to get my job done.I highly recommend his expertise on power tools

The assistant manager and female clerk at this store was very knowledgeable and helpful when we visited this store today. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but these folks know what great customer service is and you can tell the minute you walk in the door.

Love my new Powerhorse generator.....I went to the store at about 5 minutes after closing. Yes waiting until the last minute to get one for this storm....but the manager allowed us to come in and get one for my father who is elderly. I glad we still have that type of service around. They generally have what I’m looking for. Never had any reason to not come back into the store. Most everything they carry is good quality and reasonably priced. I have never had any problem getting the staff to help me, contrary to what has been stated in some previous reviews. In fact, the ladies at the checkout counter are as helpful and courteous as anyone could be. I have been a customer since the Beaumont store opened and I will continue to be that in the future. I can get what I want/need at a local store at a fair price, from friendly and helpful people. That just about sums it up. What else could you expect?
