He was amazing to get it done and I would love to have him as our full time exterminator because me and my husband enjoyed his well manner and we understood that he was doing it to protect our family and would not put anything to harm us. Had a new technician today. He to introduce himself as Michael. Then he told me that Danny got transferred to Port Arthur. He did a great job he listened to what I had to say and did what I ask him if he could do. He set a few glue traps where I asked him if he could. He was very nice and professional. I look forward to having Mr. Michael as my new technician even tho I will miss Mr. Danny.

Always in a rush to just get in and out, and never within the time window they give you. Ive had to call them back to spray the trouble areas that were just pointed out to them, completely skipped the master bath and closets, skipped putting down glue traps where I need them in the garage twice. Had bug problems last month and took them so long to get here I had already taken care of it. They just didnt show up or call. Maybe its hard for them to find good people, but its about time to find someone else or go back to doing it myself.

Make sure to seek a second quote to insure you arent being taken advantage of by them. Was given a high quote with a 4000 dollar difference in price. Both Companies were nationality recognized and should have been somewhat close $$. Please Do your homework! 😤😡

If i could give no stars i would. Cant ever get them to show to when they scheduled. After using them for months still see little bugs. Have to ask them to spray every room when they do show other wise they spray one spot and leave. Horrible at calling back if you need them to. I would not recommend them what so ever. Am now currently looking for a new exterminator. After having to many issues with orkin will not use them again. And as far as there money back guarantee thats a joke as well you cant even get a manager to call you back.

Been an Orkin customer for over 10 years. Im on a contract and they come every 2 months to spray, inspect, etc. Local Beaumont office & local personnel are great. Only issue I have is with scheduling notices. For 8 years we stayed with same day, same time but last few years scheduling has been hit or miss and Ive had to call often to get a day / time that works for me. Otherwise all is fine.

It was great. He was informative kind and professional. He called to see if he could come early. It was professional to call to see if he could come early instead of just showing up.

I am unfortunately having to change My review every month I have been having to call to find out when they will show up a set schedule is not met and has caused me to miss the days work unfortunately this has caused me to seek another company and cancel My monthly service by no means is the tech at fault I believe it is the automated scheduling My tech is Levi he does a good job I had a preventive. Monthly treatment.

Did their job which was good but they charged me Saturday for that job and Sunday they charged my card for supposedly two months ahead which I didn’t agreed to, called they said I had agreed to easy pay which I had not check off or initial or agreed to on contract and they had just came a day before why would you charge two months ahead in two days

Received a text that they were here, so I decided to sit in my garage. They never arrived after saying they were here. I was home sitting in garage waiting for them and no one came. Tried to call the number but the office was closed.

Our tech Levi was wonderful!! He was very informative about everything he did!!

Showed up on time and covered outdoor/indoor perimeter for preventative pest barrier. I mentioned that I thought I had a rodent in the attic so the set up a trap to take care of it for me free of charge.

Tech James was prompt, professional and fantastic with my 2 pit bulls. They adored him and were comfortable with him. They normally are edgy with strangers but did not exhibit that with him. At 72 I am always nervous about strangers coming in to do work and trust my dogs reactions to them. He got a 2 thumbs up from them.

I have used Orkin now for the last few months. We pay to have 3 acre sprayed. Very poor quality. It seems that I have to call them and complaining. I was in part of my yard and got swarmed by the nasty mosquitoes. Just tired of complaining. All I want is to go out in my yard and not get bit. 😡😡😡😡

Y’all. My house is GROSS right now. Now as a mom with 5 young kids you know I’m scrubbing left and right. Plus we are under construction on top of it so things are all over and for us we have dust all over the whole house. It’s not pretty. The tech(?) that came out made it seem like no big thing. He didn’t see my house funk, he saw me and wants to rid me of our pests. 5 stars in my book. We’ll see how the results continue I think we have a follow up in 7-10 days and then will see where we go from there.

It’s like trying to move a mountain to get them to come out and then when they do or say they do come out they don’t and then you can get in touch with them because the phone number goes to the local person and not the head office so your complaint are for nothing and nothing gets done.

I’ll never use anybody else
