Do not recommend this salon, came in with a friend and she had to wait 40 mins for them to start on hers AFTER I asked who would be doing her pedicure. They were very rushed and just wanted to get done as fast as possible with mine. We told them we no longer wanted the service anymore and the man at the front and the lady doing my nails laughed. No apology at all, we had to walk out. Very unprofessional

Miss Kim was fantastic. I will be coming back, she took her time and did a good job.

Nails were thick and did not last. Pedicures were rushed and the gel did not last more than a week.

I like the way they do my nails and they dont try to rob you.

I got my eyebrows waxed here. They looked good but the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I felt like a burden the whole time and will not be back!

The only place I go. Henry (manager) treats you like family! Chloe does an amazing job on my nails. Never have I had a problem with nails,pedicures,or waxing.

Casey was rude and really hard on my hands she cut me several times and my nails are okay but they are super heavy and not the Lieght I wanted then or the shape she was in a rush to get them done and I had all the stuff around my nails

Mgr Henry very rude ! tech didn’t know about SNS nails gave me a cereal bowl over flowing with Acetone then came back cutting MY nails down to the skin then trying to put on false nails !!! Nooooo I said then she swapped with another tech who hurried me thru the SNS that I originally asked for but to short !! I went to pay and was asking for the tech name and Henry just walked off !! Are there only certain skin colors clients at this location?? Very Rude

You know this place had real potential but by the end of my 2.5 hour experience I will definitely not be returning. My nails came out really messy and rushed looking. The woman didn’t want to continue dealing with me so she left at the end and someone else replaced her. I’m not a picky person but I rarely get my nails done so when I do, I like to leave happy and satisfied. This just didn’t happen here. Wish it was different though because the store was very nice and some of the employees were kind. Idk, all around weird experience.

Waited over 45 minutes to have my fingernails and toenails Repainted, only to have three people who arrived after me taken for service. I was never addressed or assisted after I checked in the front desk. Finally I just left.

I am definitely not coming back to this place. The ladies were talking across the room to each other, they were not very attendive and they made me move chairs bc there was something wrong with the chair and the whole time they were just talking about it and wouldn’t attend me. I can see all of the layers on my nails. But overall I will not be coming back to this place

I went to get a full set with color powder for Christmas Eve with my fiancé on January the 2nd I had to go back because one was starting to come up and when I went in to tell the manger or whoever is at the front desk he told me to just let him put some glue on it. It’s now January the 4th and I had to get a full set at another business in Beaumont the gentleman was rude and did not seem interested in helping me at all from the very beginning. We basically wasted $45 Dollars to have new nails needed just over a week later.

The customer service is inconsistent. Ive gone and at times Ive gotten great service and then there are times where they treat you as if youre just another number. The prices are a bit much for inconsistencies in my opinion. There are some pretty good nail techs; Sophia, Lei and Lynn to name my favs. Im a regular customer and I really wish they would actually pay attention to customer feedback. But....I digress

I have been there in the past and understand that they are busy but geez! My 13 yr old and I went today at approx. 6pm and to my surprise they werent busy. Both our manicures and pedicures took less than 30 minutes!They rushed and didnt do a good job. The employees joked and talked nonstop- this was not relaxing. What a waste of money.

Been before for pedicures and was happy. Decided to try something new and get acrylics its been a few years. Asked for coffin nail shape got a version of it but definitely not quality. Probably alright for basic but wouldnt recommend asking for coffin shape

Rude to their customers. This is a get you in and out kind of salon. Not recommended for spa day or relaxation at all. The ladies that work there talk amongst themselves loudly the entire time. No idea what they are saying but it’s loud and annoying when you are trying to relax. I went several times. Same experience!

My daughter and her friend were dropped off for nail appointments and were completely bamboozled! The lady apologized repeatedly for her terrible work. She asked for a design with the letter J but the picture she showed was the letter S believe it or not the lady drew the S TWICE!!! Needless to say they took advantage of the kids and when i called back to discuss the guy knew exactly who she was and promised to refund or try to fix the issue. My daughter definitely didnt want the remedy she asked for removal and refund he became irrate and refused. He offered $5 for the botched design only despite the uneven acrylic. He yelled and tried to argue with me about me posting the pictures of her nails in front of a full shop. The lady who tried to fix kept saying ooooh it not good I have never been treated so terribly in front on my child. If this site lets me upload pics of her nails i will so everyone can see the work was amateur and sloppy. She is in highschool so i shouldnt have to sit next to her so she is treated properly. Henry is horrible and rude to the women who work for him also. I will never spend money here again!!

So disappointed in this place. My husband bought me a gift card for Valentine’s Day. I got a pedicure and a full acrylic set. One of my toe nails was crooked, and almost every other toe nail was partially painted which I paid extra for that specific color. My acrylic nails were also crooked which I mentioned to the nail tech more than once. Not to mention the fact that the woman doing my pedicure put my purse on the dirty floor! Never again will I be coming back to this establishment. Oh and they should really consider being more attentive to their clients and not be gossiping and yelling at one another from across the room.

Did not have to wait, got pedi and fill.Was able to relax well, with a great job done! Very pleased, try Carry for nails and Lynn for pedicure!

Maybe one of the worst pedicures I have had done. Although this is a beautiful facility and very clean, my polish was not do e well, not to mention the poor job done on my cuticles. So, I will find another place for my next pedicure.

I brought my eight year old and we both loved it. He said it was soooo relaxing!

I want so much to like this establishment, but their work is very poor. They get bothered when you ask them to fix, or do something. The techs do not seem there to please guests, and it takes forever! I have gone back several times to try and change my opinion, and it hasn’t changed, but after today I will not go back. My nails are bubbles, chipped and when asked them to fix, they said $10 to fix. No thank you.

The initial customer service was great , they helped me pick out my color and seemed like they were going the extra mile to accommodate my needs . Until the nail lady was actually doing my nails . Im not very picky when I get acrylics , if there is a mistake done I simply just let them go on as long as its not to noticeable , but I had to tell the lady that my thumbnail was crooked and she fixed it but in reality only Made it much worse . and she did them sooooooo thick . Ive gotten acrylics many many times and she just didnt seem to know how to do them AT ALL . As I previously stated before Im not very picky and usually Im satisfied and Ive gone to many nail places before but by far this is the worse ! I wanted to try a new place for my acrylics but I will be sticking to my regular spot .

If you want a sassy dry attitude come here. The manager who works the front is very unprofessional. I should have taken my tip back since he had an attitude when I requested change. I do believe he is stereotypical when it comes to black people. Ive seen the way he speaks to me, and when a white lady walks in. Ive spent a lot of money here, but I will be taking my coins somewhere else ✌🏾

HORRIBLE JOB!! I tried them for the second time and was trusty disappointed AGAIN.

The srewed me over.!! I got a pedi and it sucked I didn’t get a massage or anything. She basically just put my feet in the water and after that she painted them. I got my nails done too and one is crooked and some are super thick. The gurl even got super glue all one my finger. I would not recommend nor will I go back.

Ive gotten regular mani/pedi for more than 10 years and this was by far the worst pedi Ive ever had. When I told the girl that she simply shrugged. I was out the door in less than 15 minutes if thats an indication of the quality. There are way too many shops in Beaumont for poor quality and worse customer service

Very rude, barely understands English. My nails looked horrible. Had acrylic going over my nail bed into my skin and made my nails lift.

I was a drop in for a wax and the young lady was great. Nice results.

I have gone to many nail salons and this one is by far the best. Sofia is my favorite.

Their prices were okay, we got the deluxe pedicure and the massage time was very short. We were never offered a beverage and we were out within 20 minutes of sitting in the chair.Also I called ahead and made an appointment and still had to wait when I arrived.

Front desk receptionist is constantly yelling and rushing. Atmosphere is poor. One of worst places I have ever been, and I will not be back.

Got a terrible infection from their unsanitary tools-ended up having to have surgery and the owner denied everything. These people are very unsanitary and I would highly recommend that you go else where-any other place but here!

My nails always have something wrong with them last time one of them was crooked and this time I got matte and everytime I get them wet they get like a white spot under them and part of $30 for the set is so you get the shape you want and you have to pay 5 extra dollars for shape I don’t recommend coming here

It is supost to be a place you can go and relax. But most of the time it is tee o loud and the workers are talking to each other and not at the customer. Not being personable to the customer.

Prices are expensive but well worth it
