I always get SNS over my real nails, because of work I have to keep them short..I love the atmosphere every time I go there!

Wish there was an option for no stars. Let’s start off when I walked in the door. The lady standing at the door was rushing me to pick a color just to have me be seated and wait for 20 minutes while multiple nail techs weren’t doing anything. When someone finally started on my nails she tried ripping the set I already had off with another nail tip . That is so bad for your nails so I asked for a soak off. During the soak off she made me rub my fingers against a paper towel soaked in acetone to get the powder off and when my hands got tired she kept getting mad and telling me to keep doing it. When it was time to start my new set I asked for long square! EACH OF MY NAILS ARE A DIFFERENT SHAPE. NOT ONE IS STRAIGHT! All of my nails are lumpy. Not to mention she cut me with the file. Needles to say I won’t be going back ever ! Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Funny thing, I thought the place I had been going to did a nice job on my nails until I went here. I have acrylics and I went for a fill in. The guy that did mine was like uhh theres a lot on here as he was dremmeling it off LOL. I didnt realize how thick it really was until I saw how he did them. They were much thinner and so pretty. And he was able to give me the design that the other shop couldnt I guess bc the other place doesnt use black acrylic powder but he did! Sharing a pic which doesnt do them justice!

This was my first time going here just looking for a different place here in Beaumont. I thought it was odd that there where not many customers in there, but after a while I knew why. The workers are very unprofessional they act annoyed if you want to change something even before the service starts, there was not a lot of thank you or just warm positive welcome here. It just felt very foreign to me they did a lot of talking and joking with each other the entire time in their language.Overall the pedicure and the nails were done very well they just definitely need to work on our customer service skills because I definitely won’t go back there.

Came in for a simple short set. Nails uneven, lumpy and THICK. The one nail that needed a tip wasn’t even glued all the way down. And that took 2 whole hours!

I stopped in to get a gel mani/pedi. Place was ok. Employees were nice..most if them. Problem is that ..my shlac paint which should last at least 2 weeks..lasted 3 days!! I got it on sunday..today is Wednesday and it is already cracking off!!! Also when i went to pay, i found out they were $15 dollara HiGHER than my regular place..not again!

I love this place! I am here from a different state and needed to start over at a nail place. I have been getting my nails filled and pedicures religiously for years. So a good nail place is a MUST since I go so frequently. I walked into Luxury Nails without an appointment with my mother for pedicures and we got seen right away. They offer drinks while you are getting it done also! I CAN tell you it was the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten (Ive been to my fair share, Im super picky). I had Amy for my pedi and she did amazing!I made an appointment for a few days later to get my nails filled with Amy. Again, it was so great! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. And Amy Rocked my nails! I felt bad because I am so particular about how my nails are done. But Amy was patient and did everything to accommodate what I was wanting. I showed her a photo of what style I wanted and she nailed it!I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! And the prices are amazing!!!! This is absolutely the place I will be coming back to!

My daughter and I went to Luxury Nails & Spa after seeing lots of great reviews and we were NOT disappointed!!! We went on March 24, 2018, around 8:30am. The place was spacious and beautiful. Dana was gentle and meticulous doing my nails (dipped, coffin shape). My daughter got a pedicure and shellac on her toes. We were so impressed with everything and WILL return! Prices were great too and were communicated to us BEFORE we checked out!! Highly recommend Luxury Nails & Spa!!

This used to be my favorite salon for about 2 years, but the past few times I’ve been I’ve been cut twice because the techs are not gentle at all. This last time I showed them a picture of a very simple natural set of nails and they got the color, shape, and length wrong. Did not even cut or file nails when I got a pedicure. I felt like they did everything rushed, and didn’t really care how anything came out. Sad to say their quality has gone down, will not be returning:(

I tried this place out because I had problems with my old nail salon. They had great reviews and when I called about the price, I was told it’d be $28. When I got there, it was clean and professional and my acrylics looked great. I was charged $40...and three days later, a nail came off. A day later, another one. All of my acrylics are lifting now. Will not be returning.

Went for a gel manicure. Edges are not clean, bubbles in the color coats, old polish was not fully removed and is showing through. Design that was drawn looks like it was done by a child. Not worth the 50.00 I spent.

That true they are very clean. Far as quality services for the prices Ill give a zero. The nail technical had polished all over my daughter skin/ feet. The lady who did her eyebrows had her eyebrows uneven. Very disappointed for the services and the outrageous prices.

My new favorite nail salon! A friend and I took our girls for a treat “girls day” here yesterday. All 6 of us were pleased. This is by far the best dip nails I have ever had! The pedicure was relaxing and well done. Overall a great experience for us all!

I got my eyebrows waxed here and it wasnt the best. They were very nice but I wont be coming here to get my eyebrows done again.

Such a wonderful experience! After reading the good reviews left, I decided to try this place out. It did not disappoint. Very nice facility with nice decor. Everyone there was nice and accommodating. Not overpriced at all. Will definitely go back. **update:kind of disappointed. The last two times I have made an appointment with a particular person and both times they were either short handed or running behind. I know you cant help being short handed but it happening each time is not what I was expecting**

Very nice salon. One of the best pedicures Ive had in the area by Anna. I got shellac and she took her time with my massage and everything even though it took a while longer! My only complaint is that we had made an appointment and still had to wait almost 45 minutes before a technician got started with us, but in their defense we were about 10 minutes late.

Showed a picture of the ombre nails I wanted and they did them to perfection and the pedicure was very nice! Quick service and excellent work. It was one of the best nail experiences Ive ever had.

The guy that did my nails was really rude. The lady who did my husbands pedicure cut him... needless to say, we wont be back.

It was good the pedicurist was amazing, I think his name was sonny but the manicurist was terrible . One of my nails was crooked the finishing touch was also terrible like three of my nails are rough not like the smooth top of the nail like it should be. For the money I paid for the pedicure was worth it but not the manicure 3 stars.

Lost me as a customer, they do good work but prices changes every time we go. Then when you ask the lady act like your crazy. I dont recommend this place due to pricing. Its a nice place, good people just need stable pricing.

This place is awesome! Its huge an clean the staff is wonderful and very friendly. They take great care of you. My pedi was so amazing I felt like I was walking on clouds when I left.

I expected more from such a spectacular looking salon. It has been two weeks since I visited bc my regular salon was overbooked and my feet does not look as if I had a pedicure. I normally can go one month in between pedicures, but not this time. My toenails were also cut at a slant. For the price I paid, I should have received a better service.

I came into town for a class reunion. The lady that did my dip powder nails, nicked me three times with the dremmel grinder. She left lumps in my nails. I had to ask her to straighten them out twice before leaving. I still left with lumps and now eight out of ten nails are all cracked just one week into the wear. I have been wearing nails for a very long time and never have damage to my nails between visits. I dont think the lady that did my nails had a license. She was really awful. Will never go to this salon again.

Today was my first time going to Luxury Nails & Spa, and I brought my sister with me. I really enjoyed the professionalism, the look, and the service. I will definitely be back.

My sister went in took 2 hours they didn’t cover up old nail color asyou can see from the pics. The tech if you can call her that actually ground down her cuticles until they are literally bleeding. She was going out of town to see me in Dallas. They owe her her money back. The only thing that was said was sorry. Ridiculous.

I got the #2 pedicure and the Gel manicure. It was wonderful and relaxing. The ladies speak little English but are super sweet and make sure you are comfortable.

I went Today for a fill & pedi. The pedi was great! But, the girl that did my nails was awful!! Almost every finger is bloody from her filing & the previous color shows thru. I’m very dissatisfied & would NOT recommend them.

The regular mani was 17 dollars today, included lotion and massage (I never got, it wasnt offered or given but was on the menu), cuticles clipped which was barley done (the trimmer touched each cuticle in one spot then went to the next nail) at all and one coat of polish. There would have been no clean up of the dark polish off the underside of my nails which I had to stay seated and ask for before she hurried me over to the drying area which had zero magazines to occupy me. The overall experience was bad and waste of money. This was CERTAINLY the lady who did my nails, I dont know if you might get lucky with a good lady, but this randomly chosen lady was BAD.

This was my second visit the first time was about 3 months ago I had a very good experience, the second was awesome for a beautiful pedicure as for Kathleen, ask for Tina if you wear Nails she will make a believer of you I havent worn them in 20 years and Im back at it because her attention to detail is second to none

1st time to go their and was highly please with all my results. The nails were great and the eye lash extensions were on point! Ill be back again.

Writing this under my husbands account- My mom and I had a girls day here this weekend and after much reviewing chose this spa and I’m so happy we did. They have the nicest girls working there and they definitely take their time and make sure you get your money’s worth. For a basic mani and pedi we were there a total of 2 hours but we were being pampered the whole time. Also very clean and organized here. I highly recommend this spa and will be back very soon.

Sweet people, beautiful atmosphere, terrible pedicure. Offered complimentary water and wine. Toes were barely cut after repeatedly asking for them to be shorter. 2nd coat did not cover the nail so it looks like two separate layers of polish, and the edges of the toenails werent painted at all. Looks so tacky.

My sis and i came for my bday. I was completely finished before they started on my sister. They also started two others and left her waiting. Ive been watching them sit ppl in chairs and left waiting without notifying theyll be waiting a while.The pedicure was standard, nothing fancy...It was ridiculous and I wont return due to the lack of communication.

It was my first time going there and i loved how calming the shop was and beauty of the decore.I was told by a customer at my job about a guy name brian who did her nails and i went thursday and he did an amazing job on my nails and feet..Thank you so much Brian
