The technician Lance came out to program my key transponder on a Sunday night and was quick, professional and very reasonably priced. Exceptional service, cant recommend enough.

Called them to make a key to start my 2010 Nissan Rogue, guy spent almost 3 hours trying to make it and finally told me my ignition had been changed and that’s why he couldn’t do it. I called Bruce’s locksmith only took them 15 min

He was professional when helping us to unlock our car and even tried to help us find our keys in the car even though they were not found. My only complaint is we got charged for a 35 minute drive when it was a 25 minute drive from the locksmith based on Google maps.

WARNING...!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE..!!!If you are a place of business they will raise the price...!! I called for them to just pop a lock off a roll down door, guy said it starts at $60 then depending on how difficult the price could go up, makes sense. Well the tech literally drilled a hole and used a screw driver to get the lock out and charged me $140 ..!!! Thats more than twice what was mentioned and so when I called to ask why so high, the guy said because it takes skill to use a drill... Wow, Im in the wrong business, if I knew thats all he was gonna do and not even replace my lock then I could have done that myself... Biggest rip off I delt with, We will NOT approve any of our stores to use this company ever..

At my office we had a door that was not shutting properly. We called every door company but they all said to call a locksmith. Cody called us back almost immediately and then despite not being the right person, he actually fixed our problem. His advice was perfect and he did not even try to charge us. If I ever need a locksmith in our area then he is top on my list.

We got locked out of our 2017 London Air Newmar Bus at the Gulf Coast RV tonight! We called 409 Locksmith at 8:42pm. The guy answered his phone and said he could unlock the bus and would have a technician call me right back. The technician called back immediately and said he was 15 minutes away. 15 minutes he was here and by 9:19 our bus was unlocked. Service was unbelievable. Thank you so very much! Great job!

This service is terrible!! Do not use them! The operator told me $40, and then after writing up my bill, then said $95 + $15 service fee. My lock is very simple. This guy tried to get over on me for the simple fact that I am a female. Not to mention, showing up in shorts and slides in 30 degree weather. Very unprofessional. Dont waste your money or time. Call someone else.

After a long day shift a the Plant, in 100+ weather. I stopped by the local washateria to wash My work clothes. I locked Myself out of My vehicle. I didnt know who to call, so I Googled locksmith and was directed to 409 Locksmith. A Locksmith was promptly dispatched to My location and problem solved!!! The Locksmith was Courteous and Professional not to mention Fast. If the occasion should rise again, You can bet Im calling 409 Locksmith!

After waiting 24 hours and calling back to verify the technician would be able to make a key for my car, the initial operator hung up in my face. When I called back to ask why, I was called crazy. Obviously I was pretty perturbed, but still respectful in asking why the call had even ended in the first place. The operator, not knowing I had already made arrangements with the tech then said they wouldnt be able to help me any longer. It was a very rude experience during a pretty stressful situation. Tech seems cool, call center person was not. Luckily, I was able to use the other 24hr place in town for $50 less and a way friendlier woman on the phone. I hope service can improve for you guys. It would certainly increase sales.

Our office needed a lock change ASAP. No one showed up or called. I tried calling several times and it went straight to voicemail. Update; There was a miscommunication, but Cody called and came right away and did a great job!

Touch pricey, but I was the idiot who locked himself out of his car. Tech got out to me in less than 20 minutes of my first phone call and opened the door without damaging my car.

We have this magnetic lock at our location and it wasnt working so I called this company and specifically mentioned if they works with electronic locks and they said yes. They sent a guy here and he checked the lock and looked confused as hell. After just messing around here and there he told me they are not certified for electric work. At the end he asked me for $15 fees when I specifically wanted to get the lock fixed and also specifically said that it was electronic issue. If u cant get the job done then just say ur not certified and dont dispatch ur people. Wasted my time and took $15.

First when i called the office said it would take 15 minutes then he said that it would be 35.00 so i said ok cool the driver called and then tried to charge me 35 plus 15 and took forever coming i called the office back about the 15 service charge and let me know its only a service charge when they come and dont want it so i let the driver know that i talked to the office and they said it wouldnt be a charge and he was still trying to charge me extra so please watch out and make sure you call and check with the office

Horrible Experience I Called Them At 8 am and was told the tech would call me in 15 minutes i waited till nine and nobody called so i returned the call back and was told again tech would call me and that it would be 45 plus whatever they use and tine they take..Well the tech showed up and right away asked for 95 plus a 15 dollar fee i did advise him i dont have that much to just leave it as is and he asked for eveything i had which was 90 dollars and he didnt even take 2 seconds to open it..I feel devastated because i used all i had when it shouldnt have been that much i feel ripped off

Technician came to Nederland from Beaumont in 20 min. at 9pm on a Friday night. Took longer to do the paperwork than for him to open the car. Less than 5 minutes for both. Came through in a crunch. $90

These guys are great! Not only.did they answer right away at 1am, but they were also here in less than the time frame they gave me. I THOUGHT I locked my keys in my car, so I had them send a technician my way. I was also locked out of my house and when they tech arrived and opened my car was when I realized the key werent in the car. So he went ahead and charged me for opening my house and did the car for free! He made the terrible experience a lot easier. Will be using these guys any time I need a locksmith. Which will probably be today if I cant find my car keys.
