The store manager Anthony is very rude and condescending.. out of only two separate phone calls he implied that I was poor, laughed in my face, called me cynical, and claimed that the rude things he’s said to me can’t control how I feel and laughed in my face again at how surprised I was by his response. Asked Anthony for the corporate number but he gave me a a promotional benefit hotline number FOR ELDERLY & HOMELESS people in need.UPDATE: I was able to speak to the district manager who let me know that the old store manager Anthony has been removed from the store. I was also able to take care of my outstanding balance, judgment free from a polite man named Jordan. Thanks guys :) Would definitely recommend this place now!

This place is a joke the manger I believe is Anthony he is rude.. I bought numerous numerous items from this store a laptop a bed a TV a DJ system equipment a washer and dryer and now another washer and dryer set and the furniture set I have never had problems before anthony.. yes there have been times where Ive been late but I have paid the late fees and I have paid my bills off numerous times through them ..Anthony is rude and I will be returning this stuff and finding another place to spend my $7000 at

I have used them (or tried to) 3 separate times. Then never deliver same day. I ordered a couch online and then got a call the day before it was supposed to be delivered and told the couch was actually pretty damaged. So i cancelled the order. Then I went in and put a down payment on a couch in their show room, it was hard to get help. I work strange hours so i chose a Saturday for it to be delivered and the woman named Janna( i think) said they could deliver Saturday but seemed real hesitant, and said that we would get a call the next day (Thursday) from the manager Anthony. I didnt receive a call. i called the day it was supposed to be delivered and told the truck was broken, which i seriously doubt.

I ASKED MY BOSS MY GM AND HE IF ANYONE HAD CALLED FOR VERIFOCATION AND THEY SAY NOBODY HAS. I STILL HAVE NO RESOLVE AND EVERYTIME I CALL THE JENNA LADY SAYS ANTHONY(THE MANAGER WHO SET UP MY DELIVERY) IS NEVER AROUND. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE.. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. I filled out an application to start a lease on a product during their $5 start up deal. This was on Jan 19. Here it is Feb 3 and I still don’t have the product. AND....they even called me asking for payment. I’ve called several times and get many different answers/excuses. I’ve even asked that they return my money. At first they said it was refunded and then another person said I would have to come into the store to get it. I didn’t have to go into the store to give it to you, did I? This store lacks training, customer service and knowledge. And just to be clear, this is only ONE of many issues that I encountered with this store. I should have listened to the delivery guy from one of the other local stores who warned about their poor service at this store....

Went online and took the $15 get started deal on Sunday night. Text I received said to call in the morning that most orders placed before 4 PM are delivered same day. I called this morning and completed the application. The lady said she would call and get it approved right away and call me back. I called back 3 hours later. They said they would call me back in 20 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I called them back and they informed me that I live out of their range. I live 40 minutes from the store. Now after sitting and waiting all day, it is too late for me to call Aarons. I return to work tomorrow and do not know when I have another day off to waste waiting. Big waste of time. They did inform me that they will refund the $15.

Ppl are alot more courteous here than at aarons

They were very nice. My daughter who is 4 had to potty and they gladly let her use the facilities. They also explained how the whole process worked. Will be going back.

Dont even waste your time going here. Youre going to pay way too much money for only a piece of a room. My fiance and I went there and was approved for 3 items a loveseat, couch, and a recliner for almost $300. We went looking for everything that goes in the livingroom. Slo we went to Affordable and recieved a package deal for the same amount and got the same thing we were going to get at Rent A Center but better with an area rug, coffee and end tables, lamps, and a canvas picture. The customer service was much better as well.

If i could put the biggest negative sign on this business i would!! they are the absolute worse.they are not professional at all they dont ever have any information or they cant ever find anything because something is wrong with their system.the port arthur location was horrible but the beaumont location is beyond words. they are just down right the worse and this place honestly needs new management or shut down completely .

Rent-A-Center is try to work with all their customers let them keep up the good work and they have sales they do different things that you sent out flyers they will call you and let you know that theres a possibility that if theres something there that you would like to buy so I just want to say that real Asuna tries hard and keep up the good work.
