Beaumont drill shop manager Matt is the most unprofessional person you will ever meet. Constantly yells and cusses at employees. Will do anything in his power to make the employee look bad, just to glorify himself. Every driller and helper works extremely hard there meanwhile matt sits in the AC playing on facebook.. and yells at the shop guys for taking a water break. Multiple helpers and other employees have left due to him but they havent changed anything about it. Would be a great company if they got rid of this plague.
