Truly wonderful veterinarian care… I can’t speak highly enough. They took care of my puppy. We went to another vet in Beaumont at first and had a bad experience, so I am glad I found this vet clinic after that. They took great care of my baby, and when he died unexpectedly, they reached out to me and sent a card to my house. They really love their patients. I will 100% bring my next dog here one day.

I have been bringing my two dogs here for over four years now. Dr. Karnicki and her staff typically manage their time well. They are very friendly, treat the animals with love and respect, and have amazing facilities.

There are not many people or places I would trust with my cat, but Delaware Animal Clinic is one of the trusted few. They treated him like he was the most important animal there. The staff listened to to rattle on when I was nervous about leaving him there. They called me when his surgery was done and kept him safe. I wont take him anywhere but here. I was very impressed! Having just moved here and needing a new vet I found the entire team and Dr McCullough to be truly invested in my dogs care. The bar was set very high after having the same vet in Houston for 14 years. They reached that bar and I’m thankful I have found such an incredible vet practice!!

We brought our new puppy, a Great Pyrenees, to Delaware Animal Clinic for his second round of shots. They were very courteous and caring. Dr. McCullough is great. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

I brought my cat for his first visit to the clinic (we just moved back to the area and needed a new Vet), and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff were prompt in getting us in on our appointment time, took the necessary COVID precautions, treated me and my cat like theyd known us for years and were very professional and informative about my cats health. Ill be sticking with Delaware Animal Clinic as my cats Vet clinic of choice! Thank you all (especially Shelby and Dr. McCullough - whom we saw during this visit) for a wonderful first visit experience.

This animal clinic is for people who have an above average income. Prior to my visit, I was told that the price would be $180-200, but when I picked up my fur baby, the price was over $400. And the part I really didnt like is that I didnt even get to meet the vet, although that might be a good thing because it probably would have cost me more money. I like to meet the vet who is going to take care of my fur baby, but that didnt happen at this clinic. And I really dont think it has anything to do with COVID; its called money. In fact, I wouldnt be surprised if the vet never even saw my fur baby because sadly, many vet clinics have resorted to having a vet assistant do the work while the vet gets most of the funds for the visit. My fur baby has to have Apoquel which is very expensive. This clinic would not give me a script to get the Apoquel online at a much lower price. The building was spotless, and the staff member who assisted me was very nice and professional. Thankfully, I was finally successful in locating a vet, not local, who agreed to give me a script for my fur babys meds. And Im thankful that he worked with me because now she is also on an eye ointment and Proin. Im a very responsible pet owner, and I make financial sacrifices in order to provide for my pet. But due to the ridiculous prices being charged for everything nowadays, this dog will be my last one. I have used three vet clinics in Beaumont, but I will not use any of them ever again.

Hands down 5 star service. We needed a second opinion or our young pup and we were referred to Delaware Animal Clinic. Top not service 100% of the time! They follow up without being reminded, their staff is friendly and personable, and the doctors are very compassionate. I recommend their services if you are looking for a Vet. You will not be sorry.

Delaware Animal Clinic always been able to get us in quickly, and they take great care of my dog. The vets here always make great recommendations on how to proceed with care, without going overboard on tests and procedures. We will continue using Delaware Animal Clinic as long as we’re in this area.

Its so hard to find a good vet when you move to a new city - but we hit the jackpot with Delaware Animal Clinic. Extremely clean facility, happy techs and vets and very reliable with record requests/appointments. We also like that they have very upfront and fair pricing, which sadly isnt true for many vet clinics these days. Thanks for taking care of our Gunner boy!

I just transferred to Delaware Animal Clinic to get a second opinion on an ongoing issue with my dog’s skin. The diagnosis was the same as the one I was previously given, but the way it was relayed to me was easy to understand, compassionate, and informative. My visit was scheduled during the era of social distancing, and I appreciate all of the efforts taken by the staff to adhere to social distancing to keep everyone safe.

I dont have an easy dog. He is old, paralyzed, incontinent, and VERY loud when he wants attention/doesnt like something/likes something/is excited (okay so hes just very loud). Im new to the area and every move its always a challenge to find a vet that has the bedside manner and expertise to treat him. I had a poor experience at another clinic right before this, and despite coming highly recommended by friends, I was horrified. It might have been just a fluke, but I honestly didnt want to take that chance so I tried here after doing my own hunt.Ive been to a lot of vets because of moving and my dogs needs so Ive seen a lot. Delaware has been, by far, one of my favorites so far. The place is clean and everyone is super friendly. Aside from that, we never felt rushed at any point and everyone involved has bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of correctly and to our comfort. Dr. Karnicki was fantastic in explaining things on a level that we understood and she was just a joy to be around.We were informed at each step of the diagnosis and at no part did anything seem like a money grab. Although expensive because of his conditions, it was a lot cheaper than Im used to so I definitely enjoyed that too. My dog isnt a once a year visit kind of dog so Im really very happy to have found a great personable and knowledgeable vet here in town.

Made an appointment for 2:30 showed up early and checked in waited almost 30 min for someone to come out (which no one did )and get my cat since you can’t go in. When no one came I called another vet and left. Don’t waste your time or money they don’t care. The other office got me in right away and helped my cat. Won’t be going back.

I loved the whole experience. My fur babies first visit was wonderful. Everything was explained to me and left with a lot of info. Doctor and the other staff seemed like they really care. Loved Dr McCullough and the other lady that took care of us.... Cant remember her name. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is my new veterinary hospital!!!! They are wonderful!!! Even with curbside pick up and drop off due to Covid 19, throughout the visit they made sure I was up to date on what was happening. They called with an estimate prior to testing and after testing came up with a treatment plan under budget to meet her needs without me even having to ask. They said how they were sorry they took as long to reach out to me once my baby was back with them, because they had to take a few moments to let my girl kiss them and to love her back. Ive been blessed to have other super vets in other states and was beginning to loose hope of finding that here. I no longer have that fear. This veterinary clinic is where I will take my furbabies from now on. Thank you Delaware Animal Clinic staff for all you do!

I love it here! I recently moved to the area and hated to leave my old vet, but these ladies are every bit as sweet, helpful, and intelligent as the ones I left. Its easy to tell that they really care about every dog that walks in their doors, and like working with the humans, too. I wont go anywhere else!

We have just become new clients of DAC in recent months. Our former veterinarian retired and highly recommended Dr. Dawn, and we havent been disappointed.Our reason for transitioning was due to our dog being ill, and we needed some answers, The diligence, treatment and patience exhibited, especially during Covid, has been phenomenal. Unfortunately, our buddy has cancer, and they continue to be available with caring answers and treatment as needed. We are amazed at how sympathetic they are as well.We were not expecting this to be the journey we would be taking with DAC, but if we have to take it, I am glad it is with them.

Dr Chandler is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Clinic was very nice and clean.

Terrible experience. Doctor was great, waited almost 2 hours to be seen. And they have 1800-petmeds blocked on their WiFi so you cant compare prices. Good docotor but its a Racket

Very friendly staff and Dr Karnicki was wonderful with Mr Grey who was not too happy to be at the vet again. Nice new location and very convenient. She took the time to explain everything in detail and i didnt feel rushed.

Lovely staff and doctor. They are an advocate for your animals health by advocating for minimal vaccine protocols. They stay up to date on current findings to help you take the best care of your pets. This was the only clinic in town to carry the bivalent flu vaccine when there was an outbreak in the spring/summer of 2017. Otherwise I would have had to travel to Houston.

This atmosphere was so relaxed and calm which I appreciate in a vets office. The staff was so friendly and kind, and they just love the animals. I was impressed by the vet and the level of care my dog received.

Ive been bringing my pets here since 2003 and consistently receive professional care with great compassion. My dogs enjoy coming to their appointments and get lots of cuddles during their medical treatments. Staff is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough. They know me, my dogs and my new kitty by our names and we always feel welcome and well cared for. I could not envision going anywhere else in town for veterinary care and I think they know how picky I can be! Truly grateful for this team!

We have been taking our dogs to Delaware Animal Clinic since we moved back to the area in 2008. Our dogs are nervous when we get there but the staff always finds a way to help them to relax. Our German Shepherd recently passed and they went out of their way to help us arrange for his cremation and we received a sympathy card within a few days with a beautiful poem and a hand written note from each of the employees and the doctor. There are other vets in the area that may be a little less expensive but when you and your pet feel at home, that is where you need to be. I would and do highly recommend them to everyone that asks who we use.

The Vet and Staff at the DAC provide excellent care to every animal that comes through their doors. Every visit that I have had with them resulted in exceptional customer service and care for me and my pet. The Staff go out their way to make my pet feel comfortable during her entire visit. I switched to this remarkable vet and her staff, following a very bad experience with another local vet. The entire clinic is very kind, friendly and I feel has the best interests of my pet at heart. Dr Karnike comes highly recommended by the Beaumont Humane Society and is taking care of my mutt as if he were the finest of breeds!

These five and all the stars in the sky are not enough. Dr. Dawn Karnicki is a very loving and caring Veterinarian. She and the complete staff of personnel at the clinic are so helpful and genuinely concerned with your pets (patient) health and owners (client) well being. They are all completely professional. I can say with total confidence and experience that these people are the first choice for pet care in our Golden Triangle and surrounding area. They are worth a little extra driving time to make sure your pet receives the best possible care available. I have had dogs and a cat that Dawn and the staff has seen for many years. The clinic is always helping with reminder emails and regular mail to ensure the client keeps up with the patients appointments. Also a web site called Petly is utilized for client access for current information about the patient. Procedures performed and upcoming appointments are included plus much more. The clinics extended hours once a week, early start work time daily, and one Saturday a month all help the patients visits be more convenient for the client. The clinic offers special deals for some medications. Hug your pet today then give the clinic a call for their health. Its up to you. Your their voice.

I cant think of any other place Id rather take my new puppy. The staff was really friendly and everybody was super knowledgable. I couldnt be any happier with the service and they have gained a customer for life.

I moved to the area about a year ago and wanted a vet who would continue with the treatment regime established by my dogs previous vet. Dr. Karnicki did that and more. My dogs allergies are under control, and all concerned are happy about that.

They were very thoughtful and caring with me and my cat during a traumatic event in my cats life. I felt the service rendered was amazing and far better then I expected due to the nature of my cats condition. The price was lower than I budgeted. They were able to save my cats life, and then some. the Dr gave me different options to help with the financial burden going to the vet can cause. After I called with the initial emergency complaint I was told to come in and my cat was seen immediately. This was my 1st time to a vet in my adult life, so i have nothing to compare the clinic too. I feel its A+ and i would recommend to anyone.

My two-year-old Shipoo, Winston, and I love Delaware Animal Clinic. They are the most professional veterinary clinic I have ever used. They are very thorough in their preventative care giving me great confidence. They give me tips on how to be the best doggie master and they treat him like he is the King of the Day.

I have two pets that both come to DAC for their treatment. Whether its routine care or a response to unforseen issues with our pets, they have always been incredibly professional and responsive to our needs. We had a bad experience with a different vet in Beaumont that really highlighted the skill and quality of DAC when we ended up there for a treatment that worked! Our pets love the visit, and we very much appreciate their cat-only days for our little kitten. We will be coming here for years to come.

From the front desk to the vet techs they are awesome and friendly, Jessica, Melissa etc. Never had a vet who walks in and they begin talking to your fur baby and asking how they are doing and then address Mom or Dad to tell them whats going on. Our first visit we waited at least 40 mins to be attended, but ONLY because when the employees arrived to work that morning, there were three emergencies lined up. They apologized over and over and stated how sorry they were for the inconvenience. They treated my fur baby like if it was theirs! I love them and so did my little nugget. They showed him and us so much love, I couldnt have been any happier with them. They answered all our questions and always with a smile on! I highly recommend if you want your fur baby to be treated how theyre supposed to be treated.

Ive gone to Delaware twice for my new puppy. Theyve been great with him, supplied me with a ton of information, and kept him healthy.

We brought our (yorkie)Winston in the clinic on late afternoon after work.It was an emergency.He had been viciously attacked by big black dog.It was around 5:30pm. when we called the clinic to see if the vet could look at him.Dr. Karnicki was still there and they said bring him in.The staff stayed late to take of Winston.Everyone was so caring.All I can say if they hadnt been open that late and been that caring,I dont if Winston would have recovered so quickly.Dan Eisen

I have raised many dogs over the years, and have had many veternarians. Whenever my dogs noticed these vets buildings as we approached, they would become anxious and I had trouble getting them out of the truck. Delaware Animal Clinic is the only one that my dogs actually get excited about when we drive up to it, and they cant wait until we get inside. Need I say more?

They give wonderful service. The staff is always nice and helpful. Everytime I had a question they where glad to anwser it. They also take good care of my pets when I have to broad them. And great that they offer broading as well because if your pet looks sick the Doctor is right there. I would change vets for nothing in the world! Thank you for being such awesome staff.

I have been taking my cats to get yearly wellness exams at Delaware Animal Clinic for over three years now and I am very satisfied with their services. I never have a problem scheduling an appointment and they have a text messaging system that will automatically send me a reminder as well.The front desk receptionist greets me with a friendly smile and a Hello, how are you today?. After checking in, I am usually permitted to go straight to the examination room but sometimes I have waited in the lobby for a few of minutes before.Dr. Karnicki and all the technicians are very thorough in the examination process and I would like to point out that they are very gentle when handling my pets. Even though my cats hate going to get their wellness checkups, Dr. Karnicki makes sure to treat them with the best care possible. She truly cares about their well being! I always receive the best customer service and that is why I would highly recommend Delaware Animal Clinic to anyone who is looking for an excellent Veterinarian.

I arrived at 730 (when they open) & they were still closed, waited about 15 min before anyone showed up. The lady at the desk, still unpacking her things, asked if I had an appt & I told her no my dog is vomiting blood. She then in a dull tone says well the doctor doesnt get here til 8 & were booked up today so youre gonna have to wait. Ok cool so as Im filling out the paper, she answers the phone & happily sets someone an appt for 9 telling them to come on in. At least I know they didnt want my money.

Ive been a Certified Vet tech for 16 years, relocated to BMT and decided to work at the local EC. So I was very particular about Vets/clinic when I needed regular care. Staff are wonderful and caring, Dr. Karnicki (sp) is wonderful and knowledgeable! Best clinic in BMT!
