Delivery service company, that has successfully delivered a few replacement appliances for me. They took great care unloading my new appliances.

I would give zero stars if possible. These people were awful to deal with. One day we waited around all day for appliances, and they never showed up. They finally delivered them the wrong day and said they couldn’t do the installation that day. So we rescheduled installation....and when they came out they said they couldn’t do it because it would involve electrical, masonry, carpentry and plumbing work that they’re not allowed to do. It was installing a microwave and dishwasher by the way. I payed for the installation to save us time and stress, which is the most ridiculous part of this.I never write reviews, but I am so upset that I had to share this experience.

If I could rate a ZERO I definitely would. Dont use these people at all H O R R I B L E!

This company is HORRIBLE. We’ve been waiting on a delivery since October! They never answer their phone, they said 4 weeks ago that it would only be 24-48 hour turnaround on installing a microwave/vent combo. Well today is November 21st. Their interpretation of 24-48 hours is jacked! Never use this company. -50 Stars!

These people will not answer the phone. Shame on American Home Shield for continuing to use these people.

Sorry services!!!! Delivery scheduled for 01/08, not delivered because they did not have the right phone number! You had the address though, youre not delivering to a phone! Rescheduled for the following Tuesday because they only deliver on Tuesday in our area, now we wait the 7 days. We get a call the day prior to confirm the 01/15 delivery b/w 8-12. Now its Tuesday 01/15 we get a call at 10:30 saying they overloaded the truck and our appliances are not on there! So guess what, now were not getting our appliances until Friday!They refused to let us speak to a manager both times! Who refuses to let customers speak to a manager! Home Depot find somebody better to take care of your customers. We will not be ordering from you all again because of this company!!Update...Guess what?! They did not deliver our appliances ON Friday! Sorry, sorry,Sorry. Lied and said to us as well as Home Depot manager that noone said that theyll deliver on Friday.Um Genuises, you were on a recorded line, Liars!

HORRIBLE!! They were the installation company for our American Home Shield claim. The guys they sent out couldnt even install a microwave. Its crooked & not flush. (One side is over an inch from wall) They drilled unnecessary holes in my cabinets. We called Monday (finally got someone to answer the phone) they said someone would be out Tuesday between 8-10 am. No one showed weve called every hour and no one will answer. AVOID!!

They will not answer phone calls. Been trying 4 days now
