I am sorry that you do not have 10 stars, Greg at Grinnell was absolutely incredible with getting my computer repaired. This company is all about service and that is what you want in computer repairs. Hardware takes care of itself, but the knowledge of what to do and the follow up is what really matters. I give this company more than 5 stars and will recommend them always. He is now working with my daughter on obtaining a computer. Love Grinnell Computers and Security.

For a lot of you, Im sure this will never enter into your dealings, but as a managed service provider, they have a lot of work to do. First, during the pandemic, we get a message our offsite backup is going to be discontinued... in six days.They didnt even offer any solutions. They basically said go find your own. Six days to find an offsite backup solution, vet it, and implement it? Youd typically want 90-180 days notice, with 30-60 days minimum. With six, I had to drop all other projects and work on that one first.Secondly, they provided no documentation of a nearly $30k server installation with supposedly redundant switches. I say supposedly because one failed, and it brought the whole system down, not really what youre looking for when it comes to redundant. When we asked for documentation, there was none to be provided.Im sure they do well at a lot of things, but as for smb MSP service, I would steer clear.
