Another excellent job delivered by Hector. I dont have pictures of the dirty conditions this cars interior looked like. But I am sure you can imagine a few years with out taking care of the interior. I do have pictures of the final results.

I had some major issues with swirls in my clear coat after my wife hired a guy from Facebook to detail my all black 2017 4runner. Luckily, I found Hectors services to correct the damage that had been done by the unprofessional guy from Facebook. Hector communicates very well with his clients and gives a detailed explanation on the work hes going to do on your vehicle. Black is a real pain in the butt to keep from scratching/swirling but Hector managed to get my clear coat nearly swirl free after an 8 hour day as promised, of course. I highly recommend his services!

Dec 15, 2019 Hector provided a great quote and timely service. He was on time and had my 2015 Subaru looking brand new again! I practically live in my car with all the commuting in So Cal. I had absolutely no complaints. The windows, carpets, and leather interior were perfect. He cares and takes pride in providing top service and quality work.

Call this man give me appointment and told me that the appointment was scheduled between 9:00 and 9:30 that was the day of the appointment but the day before he texted me and said to confirm that he would be there at 9:00 I waited till 10:30 never showed up said he would be a little bit late I said that was no worries never called told him I would just reschedule I would not suggest doing business with this person.

Hector and his assistant just today finished detailing my older Ford Fusion that we recently bought—and which somebody had outside and was unused for a lengthy period of time. In short, it needed tender, loving care without question. Three things stood out in my experience with Mobile Turtle (MT). First, the level of communication and professionalism was superb—and it helped that Hector’s attitude was one that was clearly ready to please. Second, timeliness and response time via text or a phone call is supremely important to some of us—like this reviewer—and so in these two service areas I’m also rating MT as excellent. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the quality of work surpassed my expectations. In my opinion, Hector and his assistant know how to pay attention to detail and they left my vehicle looking almost brand new. So, in sum, if you want to “refurbish” your vehicle and deal with a real pro, I sincerely can’t recommend MT enough.

Hector showed up and got straight to work on my Mitsubishi Eclipse. Through the entire process you could see the paint change. Dealer buffer swirls and hard water stains were gone. Once the ceramic coating got put on to the vehicle it was just perfect it was smooth all around. Hector was very professional and answer every question I had during the process. I have a 2016 Cadillac Escalade and had hired a person on Facebook to wax the car, which damaged the paint. I hired another to correct it, but he did even more damage.I found Hector’s company and he was patient answering all my questions, since I was a bit paranoid from being burned twice. I initially asked about a mobile detail service to paint correct the buffer burns and hologramming, I’m which he replied that he would probably only be able to get rid of 50% of the damage, but would be able to do 100% if I brought it into his shop. I opted to get it fully done and set up an appointment.He delivered the car in the quoted time and the car looks SPECTACULAR! Although he couldn’t get 100% of the defects gone (due to the previous damage) the car looks 150% better, especially with the ceramic coating.Thanks Hector!

Not only was he incredibly detailed in the cleaning of the inside and outside of the car, the polish he put at the end, made for a dramatic effect. A couple of weeks ago, I was stressing over my car lease that was about to expire. Three years with the car, riding my wife and kids (who confused my car for a restaurant and a candy shop), the car had taken a hard toll and looked horrendous. The inner upholstery had melted skittles, chocolate, and makeup stains (thanks to my wife), and coffee stains (thanks to me). Mobile turtle 🐢 has provided me with incredible service on my dirty F150. I have a toddler, 2 dogs n clumsy me who drives the car. I also requested special service on steaming my ceilings because somehow I got coffee or juice stains on them n it was an incredible job well done 👍🏼 I honestly feel like I was way undercharged for the service, the employee took so much time with my car and did not charge a penny more then what I was quoted over the phone.
