Super friendly, and down to Earth. The medical field is currently dealing with a lot. You must have patience with your people and treat them with respect and it will be reciprocal. I couldnt ever ask for better, more professional treatment.

The lady was so rude , I handed her my license and refused to hand me back my license. She put them in a chair away from where we were standing . I understand COVID but she appeared to be prejudice. She was ugly with the lady I. Front of me as well . She’s really in the wrong profession . This is the labcorp on Dowlen .

Awesome people and awesome service! I was in and out in under 30 minutes for all of my lab work. The two ladies (especially the one who took my blood) were so kind and welcoming. The young lady who took my blood started to fan me with a magazine because I was sweating and felt nauseous from the blood draw. It is rare to get that sort of customer service. I would highly recommend this place.

I made an appointment for the Beaumont LabCorp but when I went in, they didnt have the supplies needed to do the test. I told them Id go elsewhere. An hour or so later, I heard from Jason, who said he talked to his supervisor and they wanted to make things right. So they came from other towns, brought two phlebotomists, and all the supplies, to my home to draw the cultures. I am most grateful to all three for going the extra mile!

Ive been trying to get my results online for a week. The test was done on 3/1. The doctor got the results a week ago.Ive set up a login to the portal. Their policy for new users Delivery of your lab test results will begin once you are a fully registered user of LabCorp Patient Portal. If you opt for e-mail notifications, you will receive an e-mail message as soon as your results are ready to view. That has not happened.Ive filled out a request on their website. Ive received no response. I have another doctor that needs to see the results. There is no excuse for withholding my information.

Just another big company who makes it impossible to speak to someone locally on the phone. Never got through after trying several hours.

Went for a test, first time arrived at 11:20 and was told I would have to come back at 1:00 (they close from 12:00-1:00 for lunch) lady was very rude, no people skills at all. They next time I went in I got there at @ 2:20 and was informed that I had to come in before 1:30 so I went elsewhere, again the lady (same one) was very rude. Never did explain or have a handout on their rules of collection. Very poorly run. Do business elsewhere!

My one year old just had her shots at her dr and needed labs done. Well she had just fallen asleep in the car, so I walked in just to see what the current wait time was. It was kinda full. An older, nice lady behind the counter asked what I needed, so I politely asked her what the current wait time was. The younger, trashy girl working chinned in and very rudely said “you’re waiting behind everybody here,” without giving a time frame or anything. Just being unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

Yesterday in PT Arthur I waited 30min. And was never seen so I left at. I was there 15 min before they opened and third person there. The first person hadnt even gone back when I left at 730. Today I chose to come to Bmt. I arrived 5min prior to opening and was 2nd In line. I was in and outside at 7:18. They were very professional, nice, and efficient. The lab was also very clean.

Zero stars. No one there is friendly. They take their time doing absolutely everything. The parking lot is ridiculously small.

Staff ok... No problem with them... However they never have enough staff. The wait is CRAZY!!! and if u have to take a test that requires waiting...Due to the fact that they close for a hour lunch break!!!! Chances are u will have to come back since it may take u a hour just to get you started.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Short wait times. Office is clean.

Schedule appointment, arrive 20 main early. 12 people in waiting area. Only one employee their, trying to check in and take samples. Poorly staffed, my time is valuable

Low class unprofessional people running the circus. Front desk clerk was more interested in her heavy metal rock and roll music. Rather than talk to you....they point! Office was filthy.

Service was poor, the Phlebotomist was rude she was angry bc she had to open by herself, talking loud saying this was not going to happen to her again. I was so paranoid and thought she was going to take her anger out on my arm but she was gentle. But its it May 30th and I havent got my results back to my Doctor and I had this done on May 16th. Now Im angry.

Got the orders from doctor at least a week ago and they where sent wrong from doctors officeThey knew they whet sent wrongInstead of getting straightened out they wait till I showed up to get the labs drawn poor service on there part and to make it worse I called early to make sure I had the right place and was told we are very busy will call you back in 30 to 60 minutes guess what no return phone call

Lady that drew my blood was very kind and knew what she was doing.

I went at 8:00, I was in and out in 30 minutes! It would have been 2 hours at Quest. Had to change because of insurance. Glad I did!

Place sucks..... they are suppose to be open @ 7am never open on time. Pointless in setting an appointment. If you can go to quest try to go to quest.

Lady was rude, but I got my test done within 5 minutes of walking in. So it was alright.
