I was a first time home buyer that called to get a quote and on the other end helping me was Inez. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was very helpful, patient and informative. Being a first time home buyer can be very stressful but she explained all policies to me until I understood exactly what it was I would be getting covered and how it worked. She answered every question politely and was very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommended anyone call in and speak to Inez if you want a smooth, stress free phone call.

I called the office and asked about the Drive Safe and Save program since it did not show the discount on our current automobile policies. Inez informed me that that program was not available in California anymore but that we would be getting approximately $60 in discounts due to the pandemic. I was pleased with that. Then I said that we havent driven our cars much over the past year, especially during the pandemic. She asked me to send her our odometer readings so that she could see if there were any additional discounts. I did that and we received two refund checks totaling $110.77!! Inez was very helpful. Every bit that we can save on car insurance or anything at this stressful time really is appreciated!!
