Excellent tour! We did two in the same day: the first was the one-hour history of Beaufort with some movie locations and inside stories. The second was the Pat Conroy tour which was fascinating. The golf cart was wonderful; I prefer it to a van since you can see everything at eye level and experience the gorgeous greenery of the Low Country. I highly recommend Beaufort Tours.

We loved the Pat Conroy tour of Beaufort. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Along the way, he shared additional information about movies filmed in this charming town. We liked being in open-air golf cart. Id highly recommend this tour.

We loved the golf cart History & Movie Locations tour yesterday. Bill Reynolds was very informative, sharing historical facts as well as current topics. We learned things we have not heard on other tours, especially about Pat Conroy. I preferred the golf cart to the carriages because it was easier to access and more socially distanced. We will pick Beaufort Tours the next time we go to Beaufort.

Our tour guide, Bill, was friendly and informative without being too verbose. He shared interesting stories about Pat Conroy himself, his books & locations in Beaufort that were used in films.The open air golf cart was ideal for COVID times & seat belts were present.Bill made sure we were in quiet locales to stop while he shared his expertise. There were two places where we got out to stroll around as he told us about the surrounding setting.He also had two informative videos to share to add perspective.

This was a WONDERFUL tour. We opted for a golf cart tour. Guide was early, very knowledgeable, and provided ample amounts of time for me to photograph the scenery. I was impressed and felt that it was well worth the ticket.

My husband and I had a fascinating 2-hour historical and movie walking tour of Beaufort. The tour guide, Kathy, was very knowledgeable and told many interesting stories about Beauforts past. Although we had visited Beaufort several times before, this took us to some parts of town that we had never seen and definitely gave us an appreciation of Beauforts history.

I went to Beaufort for the day from a stay in Charleston. My first stop was the visitor center and the very helpful Trudy recommended Beaufort Tours when I asked about a walking tour and gave me their number. I called asking about an afternoon tour and Bill called me right back. Despite being the only booking he agreed to take me. I had a wonderful two hours walking along the waterfront and historical district and point. Bill told me about the history of the city and all the movies filmed here, saw houses and locations from Forrest Gump, Prince of Tides, Big Chill and more. Great tour. Thanks, Bill, for being so flexible, too!

We had some Italian guests coming to visit and wanted to show them the Best of Beaufort. So, we arranged a private tour with Bill at Beaufort Tours. Tour of Sea Island Plantation and Gullah Culture. Visiting Beaufort for a few weeks, we took the historic walking tour of Beaufort with Davis. Davis was excellent! So well informed. An excellent guide. I would recommend the tour, and Davis, to anyone!

We went on the tour at the end of January. I have to say what a wonderful time we had. We had Anastasia as our tour guide. She was friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable on history. We really really enjoyed are horse carriage (Felipe )tour would definitely visit again.

I recently took the Pat Conroy Beaufort Tour with the Beaufort Tour company. It was most enjoyable and the guide was very knowledgeable of Pat and the area. Everyone who was on the trip enjoyed it immensely.

Excellent tour by Janet. I took a 3-hour tour but there sooooo much to see and do, we went for 4-hour and Janet was pleased to continue. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Pat Conroy would thoroughly enjoy himself if he were able to take the Pat Conroy tour. The places where the Conroys’s stories unfolded were brought to life with new insights...stories of the man and the writer.I am new to the area and will be taking all of the tours offered as they are so well done.

We had a fantastic experience with Victoria this morning! she showed so much passion for what she was telling us and had the perfect personality for the tour! My only suggestion would to be maybe have a small pamphlet with a map out the tour route and something stating that tour guides work for tips only. I remembered reading that online when booking but only after asking her how she got paid and her saying she works for tips only. Other than that it was amazing I definitely recommend this tour!

My wife and I had a great time on the Beaufort History/Movie Tour this week (mid December). The tour provided a wonderful way to see the charming town of Beaufort and easily gain insights into many historical and cinema highlights. The guide, Kelly, did a super job providing a local insiders view as well as a personalized tour which was quite educational. The entire tour was just a very fun way to get to know this quaint town as well as the local hospitality. Even a couple of ghost stories were thrown in for good measure (what town with history would not include mention of such past residents?!) Highly recommend the tour for all visitors as a way to get to know the place!
